My girlfriends car was towed from private property and their website says open 24 hours but we were charged additional fee because they said they were closed Saturday and Sunday when the car was towed Friday night at 11:50 PM and they even charged us for Friday night storage

They claimed they were going to arrive in 15-20 minutes, about 20 minutes later & still no tow truck . I called back asking when they arrive, they said in 1-2 hours because the tow truck broke down. You can’t just casually claim your going to arrive in minutes, to hours 🤦🏽

I’ve never seen a customer service representative as rude as they are and 2 people hang up on me. I just wanted to ask a question. Just look for a different towing company

Our driver went above and beyond to take care of my truck. He was friendly and did what it took to get the job done and save us time he made an otherwise difficult situation less stressful.

I was in need of a towing service after I had a blown tire. When I called everything seemed like it would go over smoothly, and the driver would arrive in a 10-15 minutes. 30 minutes later I call them back asking where the driver was and the representative said the driver is leaving NOW (and not 30 minutes ago like they said the driver did) and would arrive in 10-15 minutes. I get a back 10 minutes later saying the driver couldnt find me as there was a miscommunication on my location. I then decided to drive my car which again had a BLOWN FLAT TIRE to an open parking lot and send my location on my phone. The representative then calls me ten later to tell me the driver cant find me even though I sent my location on my phone to him. The only good part about this whole experience was the driver I had was very friendly regardless of the circumstance. I found his genuine personality and empathy to be a bright spot in what was otherwise an awful experience. Oh, and I was not offered any discount or apology for their lack of accountability for being over an hour late. The representative (I didnt get a name but the driver had them in his contact list as a Colton) only threatened to repossess my car if I didnt pay full price without offering any apology for their lack of accountability.

Worst place to call for a tow truck, you should be more polite when answering phone at night ahs...

Leaving 1 star only because I have to. This place is an absolute mess!! The people there were rude and completely unprofessional!!! Went there to pick up my personal items from my van. They wouldn’t even let me look in the vehicle to get my personal belongings! They threw everything into a trash bag, including paperwork from the glove compartments and water bottles that spilled all over them. How do I know they didn’t take something?! How do I know all of my belongings were given to me??! I don’t!!! They are a shady “business” ! I don’t know how anyone or company work with them at all! NEGATIVE ZERO STARS!!!!

Please avoid this place! Looked at a cheap car. The odometer had been altered and the head gasket was leaking. They tried to hide it with a fresh oil change and some gasket sealer. These people are con artists.

Fast response. Picked up my truck. Towed it to my residence with no problems. Ray is very nice and very helpful.

My truck was told which they tried to call it a recovery so they didnt have to pay for the damages their Tire lift went through my engine but they blamed it on DWP saying that the guy stepped on the gas then they said theyre not taking responsibility in a phone conversation there was three different statements but the son sent me an email stating that its going to the insurance company the father Jose Acosta decided that he was going to tell me that I owe him $2,000 because he had to recover the vehicle the vehicle was running the police department saw it as well but told me my truck was not worth nothing and Im not getting anything and that hes denying dont ever do business with Pepes Towing because they may wreck your car and then tell you that its your fault everybody elses fault but theres I have talked to several people that have had Towing from Pepes and they have said the same thing theyll say its a recovery because it hit something but the gentleman have the story not proper said that the truck was in a house that hadnt happened it had not six bricks out they just were concerned DWP in the police department wanted it winched out because they thought that would be the safest for everyone however the gentleman back into the engine with the tire lift they dont want to take responsibility and theyre going to put a lien on my truck telling me I have storage but havent returned to call however the sun sends me an email at 3:15 a.m. in the morning telling me that its going to the insurance company never did I disrespect this gentleman but he was very negative and almost in a threatening manner dont do business with Pepes if you dont want your car jacked up or at least not deal with mr. Acosta Jose Acosta I dont know who he is probably a nice family man but when it comes to business I wouldnt do business with him at all bless their company God bless everything that they do but thats not an acceptable behavior not in business dont do business with him if you dont want to get jacked up

ON A FRIDAY, 10;30 A.M. I ORDERED A FORKLIFT TO LOAD A CRATE ONTO MY TRAILER; I GAVE THEM THE DIMENSIONS AND WEIGHT AS WELL AS A GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF WHAT I NEEDED DONE. THEY AGREED AND CHARGED ME $150. FOUR HOURS LATER, THEY SENT A TOW-TRUCK THAT WAS NOT CAPABLE OF DOING THE JOB, AND CERTAINLY NOT A FORKLIFT, AND THEIR ONLY ANSWER WAS THAT THEY COULD SEND A BOOM TRUCK FOR $450. THESE PEOPLE WASTED OUR WHOLE DAY WAITING ON THEM TO SHOW UP, THEY SHOWED UP WITH THE WRONG EQUIPMENT, AND ON TOP OF THAT THEY WANTED MORE MONEY!! THEY PRACTICED VERY POOR WORK ETHIC WITH ME AND COST ME MONEY AS WELL AS LOTS OF TIME. I STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT YOU LOOK FOR JUST ABOUT ANY OTHER COMPANY BESIDES THIS ONE .

This place is a scam!!! my car got towed there from an accident and when my insurance took pictures they had stoled my radio!! the funny thing is that i took pictures of the car as it was getting towed.. i call and they keep saying they will call back and no one calls !!! Avoid them at all cost !! my lawyer now will file for a lawsuit !!

Tried to charge me $700 to go 17 miles. Then tried to say its because the police have prioity. What does police prioity have to with overcharging customers. If u dont make enough money from the police department drop the account. To pass on the charge to customers is ripping them off.

Holding STOLEN PROPERITY FOR RANSOM. ON THE 11TH THEY TOWED OUR SCOOTER AND NOW THEY WANT 810.00 DOLLARS.

I went in to ask about more information about my car that had been towed there after a car accident when I went to the window to ask for help the lady was on the phone 99% of the time that I was standing there she was rude and just kept talking to her friend and I didn’t even get the information I needed . 10/10 recommend everyone else to go elsewhwre .
