I applied a week ago drug screen, machine testing and I still haven’t got a job assignment yet they say call and I do I get transferred they say “I will email them and reach out to them” then I’m sitting and waiting for another long response nothing. They are nice but communication isn’t the best at all.

If I could I would give this place a 0 out of 0 stars. They are always mispaying you and when you want a response you get literally nothing for weeks on end. Not to mention the level of professionalism that is non-existing. If you want to work for free this is the place. Don’t work here if you have to work holidays because they will only pay you the base pay! Don’t work here at all worst agency in the IE

I’ve been working for this agency for like a year and had no problem I get this new assignment at Addidas warehouse and I’ve been working their for about three weeks and I’ve still haven’t been paid they haven’t issued me a time card so I’ve been using timesheets I went to go ask the lady in the front seat that represent ProLogistix and her name was niomi and she gave me a hard time rolled her eyes and gave me attitude when I was just asking for informations towards my pay didn’t keep it professional at all so I decided to speak to a supervisor and she calls the security on me but the security said I wasn’t doing anything wrong so far it’s been very disappointing

Havent payed me my last two checks, tryed contacting them no one answersd, the time they did answer i was hung up on. Looking yo seek legal action

The staff here is great! Lucy and Claudia are awesome! A lot of perks working here including free forklift certification. And great paying jobs. They both helped me out a lot and Im grateful for that. I miss working there.

Traashhh company to work for I’ve been with them for a year and every time I need something they are not helping they asked how it would be ethical to them to help me because of my assignment and to change it they told me they would put things in my profile to make it harder for me to get a new one. I’ve only had one assignment the entire year I’ve worked for them, and they have messed my pay up a hand-full of times, when you call to talk about an issue they have some kind of attitude towards me like it’s my fault they didn’t pay, I recently called because I didn’t get paid and they told me to wait till Friday then when I did they got on the phone d asked” aren’t you hired to the company already?” I would think that they would know these things?!?terrible management skills! I highly suggest not working for these people

I have been calling Prologistix everyday all week trying to get them to connect me to Evelyn at this branch, she said she had a job for me. The call center ladies always tell me that Evelyn didnt pick up her phone but that they left her a call back message for me. She has not returned my calls. I dont see why she finds it okay to waste peoples time as if we dont have lives and bills to pay as well. She needs to get back to people and let them know if she will be working on serving them or not, instead of just stringing people along. We arent just cattle, we have bills to pay, dont waste our time so we can move on to other employers or agencies instead of waiting around for a call that will never arrive. Is this what you want representing your agency, Prologistix?

Girls at the desk are very professional and polite. Great jobs average pay but overtime is there. Claudia one of the recruiters is the best shes so helpful, nice, smart, and just very well spoken. The fact that shes beautiful just tops it off.

I needed a job desperately and they told me they have an immediate opening and I can start in couple days. Ive wasted 4 hours there taking competency tests which Ive passed easily. Then I took my drug test which i passed easily. Then Lucy Corona took me in for interview for 5 min and she told me that she emailed the client that Ill be starting there in two days. One week passed still havent heard anything and Im here struggling to pay Bills and take care of my daughter who has stage 4 cancer and Im a widowed father. Call Lucy back and when she picked up the phone she was listening to a loud songs while talking to me over the phone. This is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional and a big F You to my face especially when Im about to lose my daughter and home

Absolute trash, the employees there swear they can handle every situation, literally just act clueless, they were no help with my situation I had on going for a month now, I really wouldn’t recommend this agency, and if you still decide to apply keep track of your hours and try to take pictures of time cards or punch ins because they will really try to say you didn’t work when the facility has a sign in sheet THEY ARE REQUIRED to keep Incase the run into problems. But they don’t keep anything because they are unprofessional. Even management or the HR couldn’t handle my situation let alone call me, because why ? I don’t know, but they definitely shouldn’t be representing Prologistix, just damaging the name. I’ve never had to make a review about any other agency this place was just unpleasant

Ms. Gray the branch manager is correct in having potential applicants take a competancy test to see if they are qualified. What Ms. Gray doesnt understand is that when people are hired you are trained on the spot and showing up is more than a test. Youre given the opportunity to improve. What where these tests? They were specifically targeting how to use PowerPoint, Microsoft word, Outlook. What does that have to do with taking orders, showing up on time, and learning? Nothing. Dont apply to this agency .

I have worked for this Agency for over 2 years this past year I had an unfortunate twist of events that caused me to resign a job or two.. but again following their steps of finishing the work day and contacting the Agency about the situation And I most definitely did.Today I called in to speak to someone about updating my certification of Forklifts and I was greeted by Rebecca the Office Manager and she went through all my resent jobs of last year I explained to her the some of the jobs I did resign but I finished my workday and the others the job was ended due to the Employer not me! She went on to say that: You (as in Me) and ProLogistix are not a good fit. I was scratching my head I have followed the rules I was and am respectful to every job site, and more. I carried myself as a representative of ProLogistix I was there on time, had proper attire, hard working and the cliants saw this and because of it ProLogistix got more business.All I wanted was to update my certifications for work, and I was treated like I misrepresented, never on time, called off, bad work habits, etc basically a Terrible employee.She has now blocked me from working at any Agency related to ProLogistix like Select.All over a temper tantrum this manager! She needs to GO!!!

Bad experience with this agency. I work 9 hours weeks ago and here it is two weeks later and only got a portion of my pay. They paid me in increments of small payments, one check was 32.00, another was 41.00 and they still owe me 26.00 . They want you to come to work on time but wont pay you on time....Dont waste your time with losers like this!!

They deactivated my profile for no reason and when I called to get it reactivated they never answer their phones and I was told by a recruiter named Evelyn that I will have my profile reactivated and that she will contact me back but she never did at all and it’s been 6months and then the Corprate office is telling me that they can’t work with me and that they can’t reactivate my profile and they stole pay and hours from me as well so honestly I will NEVER WORK WITH THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY TO WORK FOR

Prologistix is one of the best agencys out here in the Inland Empire. I have worked for MANY staffing agencys for last 6 years, and this one by far has the best representatives in the office. The staff here is amazing and professional. If you REALLY have the expirence they are looking for guarantee they will find you a job, a good paying, possible temp to hire job. I feel bad writing a horrible review on this, because overall you guys give a good starting payroll but there no point if you guys dont care about your employees, i was suppose to get paid friday and i never received my money so i called and let them know early so they can fix the problem and told me they would get a hold of me but never bothered to call me back so i called back and still apologized for bugging and their response was well we are going to close pretty soon i dont think youll get paid today so i let it go waited till monday and the lady literally got loud w me on the phone saying i told you i was going to call you and didnt want to speak w me because the tone of my voice, i apologize for being frustrated on not getting paid but i thought it was so rude of her to act that way. It is Tuesday and i still havent got paid and no phone call letting me know whats going on. I simply just want a respone on when will i get paid. I will most definitely not being coming back to this branch because the way they got w me on the phone.

Horrible, angie and Evelyn are very unprofessional people they treat employees very poorly they are not helpful instead they give you bad attitude very unprofessional. The branch in Ontario are way better very helpful and professional.

If I was able to put 0 stars I would, they are so unproffessional the way they go about things. I spoke to Angee regarding my pay check and still havent recieved it she just went on about how im not supposed to speak to my employer but yet didnt care to give me answer she said she would call back and never did and still yelled at me through the phone. Then I called back to ask for corporates number and they put me on hold for over 15 mins and would refuse to give it to me when they finally did I called corporate and aparentally it was the incorrect number. I am so upset never have I had issues like this in the past.
