Worst agency to work for they dont reply to your messages and do not answer or return calls.I had gotten into a little incident at the job, had to take the drug test twice because of their bad communication with the clinic they sent me to.My drug test results came back negative and even sent them copys but never received a call back or nothing to see when i can go back to work.Andrew Zelaya onsite recruiter was pretty cool but Josh Christie my representative was the worst doesnt even live in California.Will never apply through them again. Listen to all the other bad reviews on here and Do not waste your time!

I was offered a great job by the company I was working at (Schneider Logistics) the main boss came up to me and told me to get hired on asap, only to find out I was sidestepped by Kelly services. They requested I get hired on but Kelly services did nothing and left me out to dry, I tried to go back but I was blacklisted... what a sham. Hindsight is 20/20.

The dialogue between the recruiter and the employee at the Ontario branch is extremely poor. Messages are not immediately passed along in the office, there arent responses to emails, nor do they return calls in a timely fashion. It is unfortunate that they would prefer to get rid of some hard working employees with a perfect attendance record rather then to take responsibility for their lack of communication. Things happen, but if you miss one thing, even if you try to call, email or explain the situation long ahead of time, be prepared to be shunned and for them to act as if you didnt try to reach out. It seems like all they care about is filling slots and if you try to make them look bad watch out. We dealt with Karla and it seemed great at first, but things went sour after she was spoken to about the issue of not responding to any calls, emails or office messages early in the morning. She specifically said she does not respond to early morning calls, but after trying to inform her of a situation even later in the morning we still got nothing. Only until after it was time to show, all of a sudden we receive a rude phone call. Messages at the office were left as well. Its not at all professional, so as a warning just be careful who you are dealing with at this agency. They may not care to listen about what you have going on, they may just care about their quota. Im honestly so disappointed.

I love love love this company I have been with them for almost a year....they have been there for me through two hospital stays and kept my job for me...you must communicate with them and do your job hands down and be very dependable and they will have your back I was offered a permanent position two months on my first sight, I only refused because Im waiting on the right company for me..Thank you Kelly Services and Happy New Year

They dont have your back let alone they terminate you over the most smallest things possible. They lie about work and put you on a permanent ban so you can never work with them again very unprofessional and I recommend anyone looking for work look elsewhere And I really mean look Elsewhere.

My personal experience with Kelly Services has been super positive. As soon as I went in I was offered a 1 day job. Right after that I worked for 1 year at a warehouse with great people that I miss. Poor Staffing Agency. I was a walk in when I moved to the area and was hoping to find a more suitable employment opportunity. I sat at the front for over 10 minutes before acknowledged. (the set up is an open bull-pen style of cubicles) I filled out the paperwork they required. The manager met with me after talking to the receptionist in great detail about my search and told me I needed to rework my resume to show more admin skills because she had several opportunities for Executive and Office Manager positions and she gave me her card. She wouldnt even take my resume as she felt it wasnt viable until it was reworked so I thanked her and went home and did just what she asked. Ive NEVER received a single response. No return email. No return to calls left on voicemail. No acknowledgement that I ever came in. Their words were opposite to their actions. I do not recommend this place at all, just a waste of time in my opinion. Im not one to complain, it is very rare for me to write a negative review.

If I can put no stars I would, Joanne Tovar is so unprofessional. She doesnt listen, she hear what she want to here, she try to be right about everything when she dont know nothing. She is very disrespectful and need to be fired because how unprofessional she is. She literally argues with the employees and talk to them disrespectfully. Like she doesnt deserve her job at all.

I HATE working for this company every time they create a problem for me they give me the runaround when Im trying to fix it as if I was the one who created the problem. Most of the time they dont even help me fix the problem I just have to wait until Time fixes the problem itself. The second I get converted Im going to report this company to the Better Business Bureau

This is not a review for Kelly services this is because the directions on Google maps is wrong. The address is correct but it will take you to the previous location off of Mountain. Just a little heads up since no one gave me one even though people had complained that the GPS was taking them to the wrong place!

Please avoid this agency. The worst agencies I worked for by far. A lot of their recuiters are misinformed and don’t really care about their employees. Still waiting on my referral bonus it’s going on two weeks now. Their reason for not “processing” my referral yet is due to delay. Cathleen the “branch manager” was very unprofessional in handling my situation and lied to cover up one of her workers. If I were you I would choose Aerotek or Right Choice.

My experience was of a phone call, I explained Im looking for something manufacturing however Id be open to general labor. The lady explained shed need to send an application over email, this was September 28, 2016, to see if I qualify to even come in. She explained about the position never releasing too much information. I waited for a few hours and called back several times that day and she just forward me to a voicemail. I tried calling all day hoping that Id get an email however it never came. If this is there professional standards Id hate to see what they think is unprofessional. From my experience this establishment is very unprofessional and not worth applying, if you need to jump through hoops just to get an application or to see if you qualify or to not even be given an address, its daunting and arrogant. Its easy to place some one to work it shouldnt be the other way around. Think twice before calling..
