I really like the new manager Kristy! She runs a great shop and has a ton of energy. Kristy also cut my hair today and did an amazing job. Ill definitely be back to this location 👍

The Stylists were and are very personable and make the experience that much better. When I am in town visiting my daughters I will continue to visit this Sports Clips.

Sports Clips as a company sends out a email blast coupon specific to the store we set as our favorite store, but cant be used at all the stores. The code is in ths system as the cashier checked for me, but I still cant use it. Seems like a rip off to me and you would think the manager of the store would still honor nope. I will stick with great clips from now on. What a joke

Elka is wonderful. I never get a good haircut the first time I visit a barber/hair stylist. But Elka nailed it. Looking forward to our next visit.

Horrendous experience, I went in for a free veterans haircut on veterans day. She denied my ID card that had a Veteran stamp to verify my veteran status on my drivers license. I also showed her my DD-FORM 214 and she said my husband has the same paper, that wont work. You have a veterans card even though I showed her the proof on my DD-214 AND my drivers license. She kicked me out of the store and denied all my forms of identification.In the state of Indiana there is a V stamp on the back of your ID card that says veteran. The star in the upper right on the front of the card means it is a federal form of identification. I was denied service because she wouldnt accept a legal proof of Identification, and she denied all proof of my military service.If I could rate in the negatives I would, she was an absolute nightmare.

This Sport Clips location is convenient and great service. Stylists do not make you feel rushed. Environment is relaxing and appealing and stylists are very friendly. Everything is kept nice and clean. Triple play is my favorite service. Cannot beat relaxing hot steamed towel and massaging shampoo. Feel refreshed and like a new man. Highly recommend!

Biggest complaint was first impression. Both on line and on sign in the window, it said, No Wait. It lied. I probably had to wait 10-15 minutes, which isnt bad, but I would have liked to have known that. My hair professional was named Jordan, had a good, firm hand shake, looked me in the eye when she spoke, and was very professional. She was also a very adept conversationalist. She did NOT overtalk, which I often find people feel the need to do in this environment. She asked friendly, conversation-spurring questions, answered my questions, didnt OVERSHARE when answering my questions, and let comfortable pauses be there without feeling the need to fill them with inane topics just to keep dreaded silence from happening. She did a great job on my hair and did not seem at all bothered when I actually wanted a little alteration at the end. She took her time, I took her longer then average, Im guessing, and she remained friendly, professional and upbeat the whole time. I would definitely give a positive recommendation to this location and this stylist. Thanks for the great experience!

Good place for family haircuts.

Went to get my husband a hair cut at 415pm. Doors locked and lights off. No note saying temporary hours.

As you can see in my reviews, I’ve been to a few local barbers. I have never been to a chain. This location knocked the others out of the park. Stylist was friendly and did a great job on my hair. Prices were fair. The extra treatments were great! Booking online seems easy.Only negative- The person sitting at the front desk had head phones in and was on phone. Didn’t acknowledge me until I asked what to do. Typically I would drop a star, but I realized he was reading his google reviews 😂. Here’s your shout out bro!Highly recommend

First time going to this location and all of the stylists were amazing with their hospitality and creating a friendly atmosphere. RaShada was absolutely outstanding and did such a great job cutting my hair exactly the right way. She was so personable and did an excellent job recommending products and asking for feedback during the cut. Can not speak highly enough about her professionalism and outstanding customer service. She made my day.

I go here for my haircuts regularly. Even though I go here regularly, I dont always have the same stylist. You can request your stylist at check in but from my experience everyone has done a good job. I like that you can check in online instead of waiting at the store. I know other places offer that too but so far in my experience Sports Clips has been more accurate on their estimated wait time.

Waited 45 minutes and still no haircut. Even though there was a rude staff member on the phone at the front desk, I wasn’t greeted by anyone. I took a seat as I don’t like to be rude. Still greeted by no one as the two ladies came up to the front to check out people.Finally I asked the lady how much longer it would be since two people who walked in after me were helped. She stated she didn’t know I was waiting even though you have seen me there sitting for quite some time and decided not to speak.I ended up walking out after her and I exchanged some words. I definitely don’t want some rude person touching my hair.I will never return to any Sports Cuts nor would I recommend coming here.

The haircuts are always good, but guys DON’T let them tell you they know how to trim your beard if it’s long. I made the MISTAKE of believing the “stylist” knew what she was doing.HORRIBLE place for anyone serious about their beard.Lesson learned.

Was in town and had time to kill so I thought I’d stop in for a haircut. So glad I don’t live near this store! The experience was terrible and nothing like other stores. First, checked in online with a “0” wait time. Walked in with 2 waiting and 3 chairs in use. The board said 5 min wait, with the other 2 listed at 17 and 32 minutes. For some reason, the other 2 were seated before me, and I was left waiting almost 30 minutes. Why offer it if it won’t be honored!? It took over 45 mins to get in and get out...so much for a 5 min wait. Second, it seems the stylist like talking more than cutting hair. People were in the chair 2x longer than any other SportsClip I’ve visited. Finally and most frustrating, the quality of the cut was bad...even terrible. How hard is it to use a 1 1/2 clipper and blend the top? The stylist did not come close to what was asked (other reviewers commented that they had a similar experience). So, glad I don’t live near this store...it’s definitely on the never again list.

I was in about a week ago for a haircut & beard trim, the first thing I said when asked about my beard was I did not want any length taken off other than what was needed to clean it up, pretty sure to clean up a beard does not entail taking 2-3 inches off 1 side then replying when asked that she had to level it out, thought it would fill out over the next few days but have gotten more upset every time I look in the mirror, cant remember her name at the moment but I do have a business card with her name on it, she should never touch another beard, ever, she was that inept

Amy is just awesome! I have looked for a professional and pleasant stylist to do my hair for years and I have found her. Just a great experience!

Good haircuts

My son and I just came from there and the customer experience is amazing. The ladies were super friendly but the great thing is that they can cut hair with the best of them. We are fans now and will be back! Big shout out to Makayla and Loreal you both delivered happiness!

Jasmyne is just phenomenal! She had it all under control. She knew exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it without me having the ability to spell it out. Best looking haircut Ive ever had! She did a great job explaining what she was doing and why and had great tips for what to do and what not to do! 10/10! I will go to Jasmyne every time from now on!

If you like a good high and tight or close shave cut I recommend asking them to use the super shaver it gets closer then a straight blade or razor shave without the stubble. The mvp is worth every penny.

Buyer Beware- if you purchase the Season Ticket promotion at Sports Clips in Indianapolis (where you pay $160 to buy 10 haircuts at a time at a discount) they are not honored at every Sports Clips location.This Sports Clips would not honor Season Tickets purchased at the Keystone location. From a customer perspective this is like buying a McDonalds gift certificate and finding that your local McDs wont accept it. Its a bad corporate policy and makes all Sports Clips locations seem less professional.

Horrible service

Elke is very rude and hostile. If you check in online expect to have any walk-ins put ahead of you so it defeats the purpose of checking in online. When checking in online the disclaimer states your spot will be held for 30 minuets past the checkin time, that is not the policy at this location. You have been warned, there are plenty of well oiled Sportsclips, just not this location and more specifically ELKE!

My stylist was great and not a long wait time.

Was seen promptly, stylist was very attentive to my needs, and thorough. Everyone there was polite and professional.

Staff was very genuine and knowledgeable about products and services. My new favorite salon/barbershop.

Are you trying to piss people off with the giant wait board that isnt correct. Not to mention I just watched a stylist spend 45 mins cutting a fade. So my initial wait time of 18 mins has turned into over 45 mins. Oh and Ive been on deck for 15 mins. This is a joke. Customer service also includes getting people in and out in a timely manner. Not just a good haircut. Wont be coming back.
