Went in to ask if i can add more bass to my car. And i got all these unreasonable prices. Almost like they were trying to just sell me. Yhey said 1-2k plus the equipment. My car already sounds really good just needed an extra kick. Went somewhere else and got less than a third of the quote.

Went to this shop to get a quote for a simple install of an in dash unit. The price was ridiculous compared to any shop in the area, even bestbuy. I asked their reason for $400 in an install fee and he said “because they don’t just hire anyone off the street:” plenty of better shops around.

Excellent customer service and good installation but for a high price

I went in to add some speakers & an amp.I am very old school and set in my ways.The associate that helped me was very informative.I purchased and had installed a complete speaker systemwith boom boom, an amplifier, and a blue tooth HD radio.It sounds like I purchased more items than I originallycame in for. I am so happy I did. The radio was a last minuteadd on. Now I can answer my cell phone hands free with just the touch of abutton.This is safer, and the whole system sounds great!My Al & Eds associate, listened to my needs, and the sound I was looking for.We accomplished this with quality items, and under my original budget.I highly recommend Al & Eds!Theres nothing a man enjoys more than playing with his new toys.

Great customer service. Very helpful and knowledgable. Sale guy knew I just needed advice on self-install and still treated me like any other customer, with respect and even gave me a reference to a website to better assist me in my efforts to install rear speakers in my car.

These guys understand how to make your music sound GOOD! Thats why I asked them to install my stereo two times -- once in my old car (last year) and now in my new Jetta. My commute is so much better than it used to be!Their expertise and craftsmanship make for such a better end-result than going to a basic retail store, guessing what you need, and installing it yourself.

I have been going to this Al & Eds location across from The Ontario Mills Mall for as long as it has been open. I have had 2 complete car audio systems, 2 alarm systems, and numerous other components installed. The service is very professional and the equipment is top quality. The store manager (Dallas Setyadi) is very knowledgeable and never has a problem answering my questions. I will continue to purchase and have my car audio and security systems installed here.

This shop is incredible!!! Just to let you know, I live approximately 60 miles away from this location and I will ALWAYS go there for any of my audio issues or purchases! Heres my story ... I had a problem with my boats sound system approximately 2 years ago Al & Eds fixed it at an incredibly reasonable price compared to a local audio place in south orange county. Recently my tower speakers went out on my boat so I decided to drop my boat off with Dallas at this location and he was, once again, more than fair. The work was done perfectly and the price was so incredible that I have personally decided that all of my audio needs will always go through this location even though they are 60 miles from my home. Im telling you ... Al & Eds in Ontario is the only place to go as they are competent and extremely trustworthy. Thank you Al & Eds, thank you Dallas and thank you to your entire team!!

Al and Eds did a great job on my car. They were fast, professional and courteous and I would and will use them again!

I had them make a box for my subs and wanted them placed under my rear seats. They not only made it work but made a custom Chevy bow tie for my Silverado. They were so affordable I had them wire the whole system together also.

Good stereo shop, but you may want to look elsewhere if you are on a budget.The shop carries pretty quality stuff at the higher levels and has some pretty well known and established brands. Their selection is albeit a bit small and the shop is on the same side of the spectrum. The labor prices are decent and they will work with you for package deals.I figured I wasnt going to get much with a budget of 350$ and I was correct. The package they worked up was only two front speakers and a double din head unit. When on crutchfield I got infinity speakers x4, a JVC KW-R930BTS head unit, pre wired harness, and all the mounting brackets and hardware needed for $339.96. So if you are on a budget, dont expect a whole lot.Overall, the staff was friendly and the shop was clean. If you are looking for high-end audio supplies or custom installs I can see the appeal of this shop for that type of customer.

They are really easy to work with, found everything i needed for my Saturn Sl2 and even recommended which speakers to get and i purchased the ones they suggested and they sounds amazing, very good customer service to. I will recommend them to all of my friends.

Went to store with a problem with a kenwood system and came away with a pioneer system. The help and the attitude was really great in getting the sytems changed out. In and out of the store in a half hour. Will be be back for more systems in the future.

Dallas at the front desk is really helpful in help you get the right system for your car.Darren the installer super guy sat down and explaine how he was going to install each item. I was in a rush to pick up my son from school my car was ready in record time, Darren was on point and very clean with his work. ON THE FIRST OF OCT I WILL HAVE NEW SPEAKERS AND AMPS PUT IN TO GO ALONG WITH THE NEW HEAD AND XM UNIT. ROCFORD FOSGATE WILL BRING MY RIDE TO LIFE JUST LIKE THE 18 WHEELER OF MINE.
