We were really pleased with the men who installed them. They were very friendly and very professional. We had just gotten new carpet and asked them to take their shoes off when they came in...they were awesome about it, they never complained once about our request. They were always there on time. It was a pleasure doing business with you guys and we would highly recommend you to everyone.

Dont do it. DONT. Red flags!!! If I could give 0 stars I WOULD. At first, Jerry seemed on the ball, respectful of time and ready to help us with your kitchen remodel. A little hard to get a hold of but nothing too alarming (now I see the red flag). We were very straightforward that we were in the preliminary stages. He came back with design plans a couple weeks later and we told him, we would be in touch once we vetted the designs. It took us some time, we ended up hiring a designer, we knew we were gonna spend quite a large amount so wanted to do it right. I let him know after a month or so I didnt forget about him and when the time line of moving forward was. I contacted him early March letting him know we got plans. He asked me to send them over so I did. I followed up two weeks after that and he said, We just had a home show and are very busy Ill get back to you next week. Well, Ive been waiting to hear back since March 19th (it is now April 8th) for a bid on our kitchen plans or even a call or email back. Ive emailed and called for an estimated time or to at least schedule a time to go over our plans and get the ball rolling but zero contact back. While I know he said he is busy, so are others, not calling back or contacting back is unprofessional, rude, and just ridiculous. We know well after several bids our kitchen was going to be around 55k-65k and will ABSOLUTELY take out business ELSEWHERE. Unreliable before he even got started. We will be going with Todd Sanwick who is JUST AS BUSY, but not shady.

Very poor customer service, difficult to get a hold of anyone to help you with existing problems that our under warranty by their business. Didnt return calls when they said they would and it is still not resolved.
