This was my first and last time going here. My aesthetician left me with burns under my eyes from the 22 scrubs, peels, lotions, etc. she put on my face. The front desk lady was less than helpful when it came to finding a giftcard that supposedly “never expired” but somehow did not have in their system. The lotion at the front desk smelled great but that is about the only positive thing I could say about them.

What a lovely experience! This was my first visit to FACES and I was wowed by the professionalism, comfort, and cleanliness--not to mention the expertise of the staff! I had a massage with Kelly, whose depth of experience remediated a muscle concern. I have had plenty of massages, but never one this deeply therapeutic. I will definitely see Kelly again!

First time trying FACES and will definitely be a regular now. Amazing facial by Kristi! Looking forward to getting them done regularly now.

This is what my nails looked like ONE DAY after I got them done at Faces. Paid $300 for a spa day...I expected MUCH better. The massage was good and facial was great.I am updating my review because the owner has offered me another opportunity to experience FACES at their best. The staff was extremely friendly so I will take him up on it. I will update my review after my second visit.Update...I went back and Janae did my pedicure and my nails. She is great! She does excellent work. My nails are beautiful. This is what I expected from F.A.C.E.S. I am happy!

I called the day before because I had a really long week and could really use some pampering. The front desk gal was super friendly and managed to get me in!!! I chose the full day package with the milk and honey wrap and hot stone massage followed by a manicure and pedicure. Wow!!! Well worth it. Kelly, the maseus was phenomenal and Gina (I believe) who did my nails was so sweet. I will be back for sure. Thanks again for making this mommy feel like a million bucks.

I love Faces Day Spa! My family gets me gift cards for my birthday,Mothers day, Christmas etc...My experiences have always been wonderful. I get my facials from Kathy and today I had a pedicure with Shelly. I also have had several massages from Shanon. Every service was more than fantastic! Very relaxing and professional. Its my favorite place to go when I want me time!

My therapist, Makelti, was very attentive to me and did a wonderful job. I will definitely go back to her again.

I had my first peel this past weekend with Carmen. I was a little nervous as to the thought of how much will this hurt. I LOVED IT!! I had the Chocolate Mint peel and it was one of the most relaxing hours I have had in a long time. I have been going to Carmen for a long time for wax services but I now need to add this to my must have splurges. Faces Spa is great. I travel a lot and see a lot of high end spas but Faces is better than all of them. Thanks Carmen!!!!!

I went to Faces on 5/19/18 for a lactic peel and microderm. The ambiance is fantastic and the service couldn’t be better. Gina was great! Very knowledgeable and personal. I’m looking forward to my next visit with her!

I received a gift card last year for Christmas and waited a few months to use it. When I finally went, it was amazing. I received another this Christmas and I made an appointment 2 weeks later! This Spa is fantastic, the massage with the aroma in the air was very calming.

I have been a fan of Faces for many years now. I often request Shelly for my pedicures and manicures and Amber does a fantastic job with massages but to be honest I have never had a negative experience at Faces. I often request services at the last minute and the staff there are always willing to get me in so I have had experiences with several of the staff there and all of them are excellent! Ladies, if you want to be treated like a queen, this is the place to go. Everyone is so lovely and willing to do whatever it takes to make your experience exceptional and unforgettable!

I took my 16 yr old son to see Angela for a consultation due to acne. She was very knowledgeable about teenage acne and after he received a teen facial she suggested he start using Glymedplus. We heeded her advice and I am happy to report 2 weeks later his face is cleared up and his confidence restored.

I recently visited Faces Day Spa for the very first time. It was a wonderful experience the staff was extremely pleasant and professional. My wait time was minimal and the service was completed quickly, efficiently and with wonderful results.

I booked services for 4 people at the same time for a girls trip. When we arrived for our services we were told a tech failed to show up and one member of our party would have to sit in the lobby receiving no service. Nobody called to let me know this was an issue or to allow us to make alternative plans. Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism displayed.

I left this place after getting a deep tissue massage, spending $175 including tip in the process, and pretty much felt the same as I did before I had entered. Ive never had a legitimate massage until then, so I dont have much to compare it to other than to what Ive learned to expect from hear-say. During my massage I felt hardly any pain- therefore I asked my therapist why that was and she explained that she first rubs the superficial upper layer of muscle in order to reach the deeper layers without causing much discomfort. It sounded reasonable, so I trusted the professional and went on my merry way. However, after being given time to assess and listen to my body, I can confidently say that was not an effective session. I did not spend that much money to merely have a relaxing two hours in dim lit room and meditation music while someone is rubbing my skin in the mean time...I am most definitely willing to endure pain if it means I will get real results in the end.

After pulling a muscle in my back I booked an appointment for my first massage. Kate Prokop was warm & friendly making my experience comfortable. It was such an enjoyable experience that I cant wait to return to pamper myself again!

Masseuse I had was awful, but place has potential, very nice, clean, staff was nice.

Our first couples massage appointment was cancelled by the spa on the day of - when the spa called we were told that we would receive a discount at the rebooked appointment to make-up for the last minute cancellation. We ended up rescheduling a week later and really enjoyed our massages. The masseuses were attentive to specified areas and the facility was clean - we saw the tables getting fresh linens immediately after our appointment. The only reason this review isnt a five-star is because the promised discount wasnt honored.Review Update: We were contacted by Faces Day Spa about the discount overlook and were mailed a gift card in its stead. We were pleasantly surprised at Facess customer service follow-up and decided to change this review to a five-star. This spa definitely makes it a priority to ensure their clients receive a satisfaction guaranteed experience.

I made an appointment and it was late getting me in and I paid like 30 bucks which is normal for a pedicure and it was nothing to write home to my mom about thats for sure and it took less than 30 minutes to do my pedicure and paint

After originally getting cancelled, this place made it right. Worked with us and got us in the following weekend. Great experience and would definitely go back!

The new location provides easy access and the pricing and abundant services are the best around. The past several years its been my pleasure to have Zhannon as my esthetician, her facials are more than amazing and Ive discovered the most pain free waxing from this Spa. Ive heard many clients rave about the massages & other services which I plan on checking out soon. I love being able to purchase my favorite products on the spot. This is the spa to be pampered from head to toe with the highest quality of products and not have to break the bank!

First time visted on April 20th great place my massage was great i felt so relaxed I cant wait to make my next appointment. I wasnt pleased with the nails department they didnt ask what I wanted just assumed & did what they thought I wanted, the most irritating part of that was they left the cuticle softener on so long it dried out & they proceeded like normal I still had hang nails & such at the end I didnt even bother to tell the nail tech. I was also told that I was getting a small meal that I never got when I asked at the front desk to ensure I wasnt paying for something I didnt get they said they didnt charge me for it but couldnt prove it? I was hoping this could be my new spa place but unfortunately it isnt I will return for massages & waxing the staff was very polite besides those minor incidents.

I’ve been looking for a new place to get my eye brows done, and was referred to this spa by a friend. Zhannon was my esthetician, and she was fantastic!! She took great care of me, and the atmosphere in the establishment was very relaxing. It was honestly one of the best wax experiences I’ve ever had, and it was refreshing to receive such good/friendly customer service at a spa.Keep up the good work! :)

I am a long time customer of Faces Day Spa and love the experience, the customer service, the kindness, the knowledge, the products-everything about this spa. I have never had an experience at Faces that was anything short or fabulous.I am someone who has gone to several spas including the Bellagio as well as the Venetian in Las Vegas. I do know a great spa when I find one, and Faces is IT! I would recommend it to anyone. The services are amazing, the employees know exactly what they are doing and the prices are reasonable. Faces is one place you will return to again and again. After your first visit, you will know what it is like to be treated like a movie star.........I can not adequately explain how wonderful and pampered you will feel-youll just have to go yourself!!!If all that is not enough, the owner;Dan, is also one of the most kind people I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Dan has a heart of pure gold. I cant say enough good things about Faces as a Spa, the estheticians who work there or Dan who oversees everything. It is an experience not to be missed.

Great decor. I recommend booking massage outside of rush hours as some highway noise can intrude into the sanctuary.
