Could not understand English well. My 1st time there. My 13yr old got acrylic set. She liked it. 40.00 for child is too much. I had hot stone pedicure. It was nice but i paid lesser price for same service at another location. Ill go back there.

Got there within the closing hour but they were still able to do my nails and in good time. Didnt have to wait long to get started either.

I did have to wait a while, but the people are super nice! My daughter and I both got manicures and they were done pretty quick, and only $20 a piece for a basic manicure.

Top Q Nail Salon at the Westroads was awesome I booked another appointment in 2 weeks my feet field magnificent my nails even though they are short or gorgeous yes I will be visiting again I was blessed by the Asian man who was powerful but gentle you rub them feet made him feel like I was walking on the cloud

The lady did great on my nails. She was gentle plus they turned out cute! Walk in no appt needed and this was on Memorial Holiday wknd!👍😀

I went in for a fill and color. Not only did they burn my cuticles with the dremel, they didnt have a pink that wasnt a shellac. A pink. They didnt have pink... So I tell them just to do all black. When it was completed, the mail surface was not smooth and flat, it was raised and bubbled on my left hand, along with sharp edges that were not filed down properly. Today is almost four days from when I got them done and one of the bubbled nails just popped open and it was still wet paint underneath! Now my nails and my shirt are ruined. I cannot believe how much I paid and tipped well, for such terrible service. Never again.

If I could leave zero stars I would. It was awful. The nail tech I had was talking on her phone the entire time, didnt ask what length or shape I wanted and just went ahead and did whatever she felt like, she was extremely aggressive to the point where I pulled my hands away at least half a dozen times. It was so awful I asked her to stop and paid for the manicure and refused to let her put polish on. You couldnt pay me to go back to this God awful place. Save your money and your sanity and go literally anywhere else.

This place is so bad. The only thing they can do is paint your nails and yet you still have bumps from the polish. This place can’t do acrylic nails. You ask for a circle shape they give you a side point. They can’t do designs and once I went in with dip on and they put shelliac on top. This nail salon should not exist or get better nail technicians.

Quick and they do a good job

I went in yesterday and paid 155$ and 20$ tip. This morning i realized my shellac was off my nail. It literally wiped right off. I live in Grand island Nebraska which is 2 and half hours away I called and explained the situation and theyre refusing to refund. They said I could go back and get it fixed but thats not possible. The gal I spoke with said she dont care what I do but theres no refund and she cant help if I wont drive there. Normally when someon e does shellac they do a good amount of coating and this guy did 3. Very poor service and horrible quality.Update: hasnt even been 24 hrs and another is smearing off. 😭

Uhh when I left my pinky was bleeding it was painful and she wasnt careful at all there are bumps on my nails from the glitter nail polish..

I went to get my nails done. Asked for a full set. The lady who did my nails said $40 I felt like that was too much just for the size I wanted and the color I picked. Didn’t get acrylic or anything else added just plain jane. Normally I’ve paid 22 or 25. They also can’t speak English very well. Hard for them to understand what I was saying. I couldn’t communicate too much. So they went with what they thought I said. They also talk amongst each other and we have no clue what they are saying. That’s just not acceptable. Idk what this world has came too. After she was all done they were alright. Paid for it and left the store. Got home a few days later my nails begin to break really easy. I was so not happy. Went back again and was thinking they weren’t gonna charge me because I never had this problem before and it was their fault because the nails was thin and I felt like they did that on purpose so I can come back more. They charged me $10 for two nails and then $5 for a different color. Big time getting over. Then days later my nails continued breaking. I have a 6 month old and I have to do different things. I didn’t break them on purpose. But all too be said is I WILL NEVER SHOW MY FACE EVER AGAIN!!!!!! For now on I’m putting into supporting my own ppl! We are doing nothing but making these other races rich. Smh! That’s what they come here for. We gotta do better ✊🏾

Was just there and customer service is horibble. My technician didnt speak to me the whole time. The tools and reused. The cleanliness of the store is definitely lacking. I had to ask the technician to fix the same nail twice and then she quickly threw on my top coat and tried to send me to the drying table. I had to then ask if they did designs because no one had asked if I wanted a design. She seemed annoyed by me. Told me to go back to the seat. Did a quick design. Didnt ask what I wanted and the design doesnt even match up together. Definitely wont be going back here.

They did not use the disposable covers for the pedicure. Cut all my natural length off my nails and used a drill on my natural nail bed. My fingers are now in pain. I asked for French tips and the length is uneven on certain fingers as well as the shape.

The pedicures suck ! She barely put any effort into making it relaxing, and didn’t take her time. Will not be back !

Went here with my niece not even a week ago, customer service was not great. They cut my nieces foot with the file and my nails are chipping. Terrible, but what do you expect in a time crunch.

Ive been going here for years for express pedicures, its usually busy and crowded, and I have always been satisfied with the cleanliness, service, and price. I came on a Thursday afternoon and found it unusually quiet and peaceful. I treated myself to a V.I.P. pedicure, and it was wonderful in every way. It was the perfect stress relief that I needed. I will definitely ask for ROSE next time, she is an experienced technician with a gentle touch.

I would recommend this nail salon to anyone.

The water was barely Luke warm. The hot stone “massage” was a joke. They touch you with rocks...my toes look like they already need redone...will definitely not be returning...

Not a good experience. The manager told me to come back 20 to 30 minutes for a nail repair. I came back and waited an additional 20 minutes for one nail repair. Nail technician came over and told me they could not do my nail because it was too long. I’ve had my nails done there before so that was a little confusing. Why not say that when I came in?

I have absolutely no complaint of the outcome of my nails! Theyre gorgeous and exactly what I wanted! Love them! The guy who did my nails was a tad ruff and it hurt a little when he was filing my nails but other wise AMAZING job!

My Grand daughter was here for Christmas and she wanted her nails done for a present. My first time in a nail place. Very busy but also getting them in and out quickly.

My 6 year old daughter and I walked in at 7:15pm to get our toes and nails done. We waited over an hour to get service for our toes then when it was time for my nails they still didnt even start my daughters toes smh. Then when they did start her nails they did a crappy job and tried to say it was her fault. After another hour of getting my nails done the guy messed up my nail (nails were crooked, badly shaped) I asked him to fix it. He shaved off 2 of my nail polish and told me I had to leave with my nails looking bad. We left at 9:30 still without any good service I couldnt believe the horrible customer service I received from this place. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone! Not even my worst enemy. They need to be ashamed of their self. I will never return here for anything. If I could post a picture of my nails on here I would! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE TO GO!!!!!!

I have been here what feels like hundreds of times in the last few years.I went last Thursday (my wedding was on Saturday) & got the deluxe pedicure and my nails painted. 9 out of 20 of my nails bled and my right big toe was dug at so hard that it is now infected.

What a waste of my time! My sister called 25 minutes before we arrived to see if they could take the two of us for acrylic manicure. They said yes no problem. And when we got there they said they were closed when their store hours still had 45 minutes left. I thought that was absolutely ridiculous! Terrible customer service! And they told us that we never called them! So disgusting! Learn Customer Service!

Nails fell off with in 3 days and I went back to tell them and he just glued under my nail making the glue drip down my finger. the lady used the nail drill on my nail and I kept telling her she hurt me and she didnt care. every time I go here my nails get worse.

Got my nails done Friday. Got a shalack manicure done. It’s not Sunday and two of my nails are off 😡 waste of $25 !!!!!

Let’s talk about how when I called earlier last friday, the person who answered was rude af. When I walked in, and got in the nail techs chair, he acted like he wanted nothing to do with me in the first place. When I asked if he could add these diamonds on my nails, he added them and they looked OK. Not good, not bad, just OK. He didn’t even put my top coat on my nails until I got to the dryer. Not to mention he added no top coat on top of the diamonds but just on the polish above it. There is an APPARENT LINE OF DEMARCATION ON THE NAIL. NEARLY EVERY SINGLE DIAMOND HE ADDED HAS FALLEN OFF!! The acrylic looks like it’s not enough on there and there are dents in the nails. And I know for DAMN SURE MY NAILS DIDNT LOOK LIKE THIS BEFORE BECAUASE I GOT THEM DONE IN KANSAS CITY AND THEY LOOKED AMAZING! ALL I WANTED WAS A FILL! I’m embarrassed to even show people my nails and I don’t even recommend this place to anyone. I tried being nice about it and even tipped the rude nail tech who did my nails. I had the worst possible customer experience here and I will never return.

If you go there for a fill, they charge you an extra $5 to remove shellac. Thats ridiculous because in order to do a fill, you have to drill the nail! He did a good job, but the $5 is a little tedious.

My nails started to peel the next day. Their service did not last long.

Most awkward nail experience Ever. The design came out sloppy, uneven, and only vaguely resembling what I had showed them. The shellac literally Burned, which has never happened to me in the past. Customer service sucked, not even a forced hi, how are you? Just talked amongst themselves the ENTIRE time.. Im completely blown away that they have 4 stars, when they deserve at Most 2.5-3. (Because overall cleanliness isnt bad, if you dont mind reused utensils, and Im sure its hard to mess up Solid colors). Im really not a hard person to please, but the more I look at my nails, the more disappointed I become with them. They dont wear name tags, so I cant review the nail tech individually, but I have no desire to go back there.Edit: forgot to mention, waaaay overpriced for what I received.

Would no longer recommend anyone going here. Got my nails done 4 days ago and today a tip popped off exposing a growing fungus. Well, I know these things happen, so went after work to see if they could repair. After sitting down with the original nail tech who did first work, he wanted to charge me an additional $12 outside of the $58 that I previously spent 4 days ago. I asked him do they guarantee their work? He said, yes. He stated the $12was for re-polish. I told him nevermind, that I will polish my own nails. He walked away with an attitude instead of apologizing for mess up. I will never patronize them again! And neither should anyone else. Not only because of bad business dealings. But also because they do not sterilize their tools after each customer. Which is due to the reason for the fungus that grew under my nail that took only 4 days to form.

This place is a hit and miss. The staff arent friendly(not everyone) and the customer service is poor. They sat and spoke with each other during the ENTIRE PEDICURE. No personalization with me what so ever. One of the other workers noticed my face of Disappointment. He said something to my tech she looked up at me made a response to the other worker and they shared a laugh. Very rude! I wouldnt recommend coming here unless you have to.
