Me and my daughter went here to get our nails done and it was horrible. My daughter nails look like a kid did them. The lady that finished up my nails Made my finger bleed. the guy was rude and rushed on taking my Shellac nail polish off I asked for a manicure and they did a poor job on that the girl that did the manicure cut so much of my cuticle and made it bleed I wanted shellac nails polish and they try to hurry and missteps on putting on the shellac so I had to go with regular polish. I would not recommend this nail shop to anyone.wasted a lot of money. Horrible horrible horrible

The tech did a very good job on the pedicure. The art work was very good. Would go back for more services

My manicurist educated me on how to test my ingrown nails. She held a very great conversation. Im very pleased with how she treated me. Very friendly.

I make the drive and its worth it! They are so welcoming! My tech is so talented and can do pretty much any design that I find. 100% would recommend.

The store owner is a very rude person ! I will never use his service again! The service is also not great with high prices! Recommend use an other nails store !

Got pedicures and manicures with my husband, we have absolutely no complaints at all. I got SNS for my manicure and love the color!

I tried a few places and nothing compares to this place. I will never go anywhere else. I have referred several people here. Everyone are soo happy!!!

Edit: i wish this review could’ve stayed at 5 stars but i think my most recent visit to this salon will be my last. most importantly, they had a customer with NO mask receive a full service right next to me & multiple workers saw and said nothing to her. there is a mask mandate in effect, and i did not feel safe. on top of that, the acrylic fill i received was way too rushed, and almost always they leave the under sides of my nails sharp & unfiled. last, the prices are good, but they are never consistent. i got a $5 upcharge for “long” nails that were less than half an inch long. not trying to steer anyone away from going but i will not be back.edit 2: they gave me fungus between my nails and the acrylic. obviously not sanitary and didn’t do a good job. avoid this place.

Loved it nails only stayed in good condition for like 3/4 weeks tho Ive had them last longer from other places

Ive never had to wait long, they do an awesome job, and its very reasonably priced. Ive been to other Pro Nails and this one is my favorite by a long shot. I get a basic pedicure and it really lasts a long time. Plus the whole process feels deluxe to me, even at the base service level. They dont skimp on the leg or foot scrub which I appreciate and it never feels rushed. Its cleaner than some places Ive been, if fairly basic. I keep meaning to get my brows done as they only charge $10 I think which is a bargain! Overall if you just want an affordable great pedicure, I definitely recommend Pro Nails in Miracle Hills.

I came in at 11:45, they didn’t open until 12, but they said to come in they were ready. We go in, and they were telling us to figure out a color. We were browsing and she took them away and says here come over here and look at them in a chair so we did. They again were rude and said you need to sit here when my friend was standing looking at another nail set. I waited over a half hour for anyone to start my nails and there were 3 people working with no other customers in. More customers came in and they told them it would only be like 15 minutes to get a mani/pedi and I have yet to even had mine started...? How could there be room for all of us if no one has even started myself but started another couple that came in after me, and did pedis On them before me ? They had no appointment either.

My nails still look like I need a fill, I just got them done. I went into this shop and was not satisfied with how I was treated as a customer. Ever other customer was greeted warmly and thanked after they received service and I did not receive the same treatment. I went on my lunch break. I had called in advance to let them know I would be coming in on my lunch break and that I had a limited amount of time. I guess that was disregarded because there was no urgency in my service. I did not repeat myself as this was my first time at this shop and I did not want to rush them or seen impatient. I know good work takes time. I tried to make conversation with the man doing my nails. He put in an AirPod so I guess he didn’t want to speak. Overall I was not that satisfied with my service.

I had the BEST hot stone pedicure. What a wonderful job, so relaxing. Very nice people and pay attention to your requests. Will be back soon 👍🏼

Pedicure service was a little rushed. But the outcome was great!

I come here about twice a month to get a shellac manicure, and occasionally for a pedicure. The staff is always super friendly, remember me, and do a great job. The services are priced fairly, and the staff is very professional and do high quality work. I see Anthony every time, and every time he impresses me!

I called on a Wednesday night a little before 6.30. Most salons close at 7, this one is open a little later. I had a business trip the next day and wanted to be sure my nails were done. They were able to get me in quickly, and not only that... did a great job, fast!If youre looking for pampering, not sure if this is the place, but my nails look great and I got a shellac manicure in about 30 minutes. I vey much appreciate them getting me in last minute as well.

I have been going here since 2012 and love it. I never have a long wait, they do take appointments. Their prices are sooo reasonable and the owners Tommy and Sunny are great! The salon is clean and I recommend Samantha who has done my pedicures the last 3 times she is so sweet and amazing at what she does!

I always call to see what time they can get me in on my lunch hour and let them know I am on my lunch hour, they always tell me a time and when I get there there are no where ready to start. Today I showed up 10 mins late to make sure they are ready and the girl that was doing my nails wasn’t even there. They wanted me to wait 10 more mins as she still was not back.

They are reasonably priced and there long lasting very good at what they do I would highly recommend them

My regular nail tech from a different salon was out of town, but they were conveniently close reasonably priced and did an overall good job.I had a fill one my nails ( acrylic) and a spa pedicure, the pedicare was wack felt rushed and she didnt focus on the of heels of my feet or toes but calf massage was ok.I may return but will request or emphasize certain things.

So rude, only did design once and i didnt like it, i asked them to redo it and complained i was too much work then began to yell in my face and tell me i dont know what i want!! my design was only a simple letter smh i would NEVER come back and i wouldnt recommend anyone to come here..

They discourage customers from coming just because closing time is near instead is taking the customer being that they are still ACTUALLY open for service

I Went to this nail salon a couple months ago. The staff was so friendly and talkative. I went again today and the lady who did my nails was VERY RUDE! I asked her if she could cut my nails down cause they were to long and her response was ”MY GOD WHY YOU DONT TELL BEFORE, I ALREADY FILE!”. I had already told her that I wanted them shorter but she ignored me. Then once she started painting my nails she didn’t fully paint my whole nails which I asked her to do 4 times! A staff member shouldn’t be reminded that many times! I have been to this place many time before and they always charged me $25 but today I got the same thing done same shape same everything and they charged me $5 extra for idk what reason. Finally, when I was ready to go home I asked her if I could go and she didn’t say anything but rolled her eyes and her hand motion was as if she was about to Swap a fly. NEVER COMIMG BACK!

I had an absolute horrible experience. To begin, while I was getting my nails done the lady cut me very badly & the bleeding wouldnt stop. I should have left right then and there, unfortunately I didnt. When I get a full set it usually last 2 weeks before I need a fill. The nail polish began to come off 3 days after getting them done. & before I even reached a week of having them 4 NAILS CAME OFF. When I went back to try and get them fixed I was accused of lying and told I did not look familiar since I didnt have a receipt but made an appointment. So very very upset.

Awful!!! crooked nails and did not fix them when I asked. Hair under the top coat. Did not clean under nail made me bleed by cutting my real nail too short

I love going and getting my nails filled every two weeks, the staff remembers me when I come in and I always leave happy and with cute nails!

I use to go here all the time and never had this bad of quality nails and after 3 days my shellac is chipping and mind you I just got 2 of them redone yesterday and the same nail I got done chipped this is ridiculous do not go here if you are getting shellac I’m highly upset

I did not like this place at all! the lady who did my French tip nails acrylics rushed to paint them. There is also 2 small hairs in two of my nails. I will not be going there anymore.
