I am in town during vacation and did a walk in, they were very nice here. My nails look very good, not quite what i asked for and wanted but still look good.

Nancy was such a sweetheart and she really took her time to make sure everything was how I wanted. Will definitely be back!

Had a great experience with my friend and her tag along three year old. They had a kids chair for her and were gentle and fast. My shellac and pedicure took less than an hour and a month later my pedicure is still going strong. My shellac lasted over two weeks before a tiny minor chip. That was my first time but I would definitely go again!

Went there for simple pedicures with my daughter and granddaughter who were visiting from out of town. I was very disappointed. I felt we were rushed through especially my granddaughter. My daughter and I started before my granddaughter yet she was done before us! The boy who helped her did have to help another girl with a manicure for a short time but when he returned he finished my granddaughter up real quick. He rushed right through it. I will never go there again. I have never had such a bad experience there as I have been there in the past. There are too many of these nail places to settle for that.

I thought Luxury Nails was fantastic! One of the best places Ive been to in Omaha. They helped pick out my color by testing it on their nails first so I could see how the color really looked. Very friendly & incredibly relaxing!

Nancy was incredible! I have never had a nail tech who was as diligent as her. Every step of the way she showed me my nails to ensure I liked them before proceeding to the next stage. She was so friendly and after hearing that Im very good at chipping my nails, she added a second top coat to ensure I dont mess them up with all of the extra work that comes with the holidays. If I could take her back to Ohio with me, I would. Definitely reccomend her.

I started out at one nail salon about two years ago and after they screwed my nails up, I ended up at Luxury Nails for a quick fix. I have been there ever since and take my friends and family there. The customer service is always great and the staff is friendly. If I have any issues after I leave, they fix it as soon as I come back in, which isnt often. Very creative in pedis and with shellac designs. They know me and what I want the minute I walk in! Highly recommend this salon.

My friend loves this place and has gone for year, but the nails I got were terrible. They are really wide, very bumpy, and the polish isn’t on the sides. I asked multiple times for her to fix then and and she didn’t. She was very rough with the drill and kept hitting my fingers and left me bleeding.I came in with old acrylics on and asked if she could take them off. She used a nail tip to rip off the old nails. Some nails didn’t have acrylic on and she was breaking and ripping my natural nail. I’m not complaining about the place because there were other good workers there that I saw and that worked on my friends but I didn’t not enjoy my experience.

They did an amazing job and I loved my experience. Definitely going to go back!

Luxury Nails is a great nail salon! They are attentive and always seem to have enough staff to accomodate everyone who walks in the door. They do a great job of both manicures, acrylics, and pedicures. Also, their prices are extremely reasonable.

Customer service is amazing! Quality of work is fantastic!

I discovered this place recently and have had Jennifer do my shellac manicure for the 3rd time. She does a wonderful job, takes her time and I never feel rushed!

Kathy and Nancy just took me and my girls in at 8pm for manis and pedis and did an awesome job. Lovely ladies and a super welcoming environment. Wish we lived closer, this would definitely be our regular salon!

Worst pedicure experience I have ever had. I had to sit in the chair for over 20 mins soaking my feet in cold water. When the nail tech finally came over she was rude and painted my nails quickly and sloppily. I will never come back here.

I am beyond mad I came all the way from Edwardsville to get my eyebrows done because I love how Lisa does them however since shes pregnant or whatever ig she doesnt know how to work anymore which I can understand but dont touch my eyebrows if youre not feeling it my eyebrows are hideous and my best friend nails are messed up after one day and she paid extra I will not be going back to that place 😡😡😡
