I really liked my gel pedicure and the technician gave a great massage, which made the whole experience. However, one week later and I have ingrown toenails on 8 of my toes.When doing the dip powder I requested they not use the nail drill on my nail beds and the woman started doing it anyway. This led to a mini argument and me eventually giving in and saying, “whatever, it’s fine, ruin my nail beds.”When it was over I noticed she did not go all the way to my cuticles, and it looked like my nails had grown out.The photo is one week later and filed down. It looks like they’ve been growing out for weeks!

Used to be a nice place. Perhaps the pandemic has everyone jaded. My last pedicure was poor quality and my nail tech was on her phone the whole time. I had asked her to be gentle on a delicate spot and she ignored and made me cry out in pain while filing my heel.Shellac mani today after I decided to give it one more try. My tech rushed me through my color choice and had fungus on his thumb which the nail was almost falling off. He ignored my requests and gave me a terrible manicure. Dirty tables, dusty equipment, sleeping Techs in pedi chairs and just an overall lack of care or professionalism or concern. Gross. I will never ever be back.

My nails came out looking really pretty but literally came off the next day. I didnt do any hard work, but wash hands and the French tip all peeled the next day. Usually lasts a few weeks but paid 65 bucks and then they fell off the next day. Called and the person who answered said there was nothing they could do about it.

Love this place! We came as a group to prep for a wedding. Everyone’s nails turned out beautiful. They even give you an insurance card with at least a week warranty to say they stand by their work. It was a refreshingly calm, and easy salon visit!

My first time here I sat with Kevin, for a manicure and pedicure and it was the best pedicure I ever had. I usually never came here but I was sold just from the pedicure. Every time I came back I was more than happy to see Kevin, I just love him. My last set I wasn’t able to see kevin But Lisa took care of me and I loved her just as much, she is so talented. I had a nail break and they fixed it for me free or charge. Amanda, the manager is always welcoming to me like it’s her own home. I will never go anywhere else but this place, these people treat you like family. Highly recommend this salon to anybody!

Fast, careless pedicure with poor results. The polish was not applied neatly and did not even look like it was done at a salon. This is a photo of my nieces pedicure TWO DAYS after she got it done: almost completely gone. Horrible experience.

We love Aksarben Nails! They are clean and provide an amazing experience. I usually get the Hot Stone pedicure and it’s fantastic. I always leave feeling so refreshed and pampered. They have excellent customer service. The owner is so kind and remembers us! I would recommend this to everyone looking to have a great pedicure or manicure for a totally reasonable price, with great service.

Best place in Omaha to get your nails done, hands down!!! Ive followed the owner Li Li when she owned NT Nails in Midtown Crossing and theres a reason. Shes the most compassionate business owner who really cares about not only her customers but her employees. She really goes out of her way to make you feel special. She made a special experience for me and my girlfriends before I got married, catering to us all while we were getting our services done.Overall, you will leave having the best experience and feel rejuvenated in this clean and gorgeous salon. Ask for Kai Kai or Ann to have the best pedicure and BB for your nails.

Got the job done but were rushed and unrefined. The acrylics I had put on had no shape and were a bit crooked at the tips. The color was lovely and the lady doing them was adequate. I cant say Id recommend for the price. Photo was taken after 2 weeks grow out and me filing them shorter.

I got a shellac. Im very happy with it. It didnt take long either. I was in and out In 30 minutes! I will be going back 😊

Busy, professional, affordable! My daughter and I are fans!Edit: 11/7/2020I absolutely love this place, but this is the last time you get my business.I went in for a soak off and and full set. Annie or Ammie uses nail clippers to cut off my acrylics with shellac and then proceeds to use an acrylic nail to remove the rest. I was in tears. $70 for my nail beds to be ruined. My nails are in the accompanying pictures. I love the end result, but my fingers are throbbing. The liquid that seals the power burned like crazy. Never again.

This was the first time I got a pedicure the young man that did it was knowledgeable about the services they offer and was very polite,he even redid my polish when he found out it had not dried all the and the polish got on my feet. I did not have to wait long to be seen,I would recommend Aksarben Nails to family and friends. Thanks for a wonder experience.

My entire experience was bad. When I got there they didnt understand what I wanted even after I showed them the picture, they didnt even try to help me match the colors I was going for in the picture and I told the lady I wanted them to be matte and she completely ignored me. I was getting them done with a friend and they sat me at a completely different spot even after I had told them I was meeting her there not saying it is a big deal but they were not busy at all and I could have definitely been seated at least near them. They also came out so bad, they looked nothing like the picture I showed them, which it was not a big deal to me at first because they still looked good, but the more I looked at them the worse they got. The lady made the acrylic way too thick, there were lots of bumps where she didnt flatten it out and she didnt polish the entire nail at all there were spots where she missed and I didnt notice until I left. She also cut me she got the nail sander way to close to my skin and it bled and left a scab. She also did not say anything to me besides does it look fine which doesnt bother me but I am used to a full on conversation and she was hardly focused on me at all she kept getting up to do something. They also did not even last, no wonder they give out a 7 day warranty card because they dont last anything longer than that. My nails started lifting about 6 days later keep in mind the last place I went to they lasted over 16 days which is a very significant difference! I only paid 55 plus a 5 dollar tip which I wasnt upset about because that is pretty average but if I am going to be paying so much for something I want it to last longer than 6 days.

My sister was recently in an accident, brought her to the Salon for mani/pedi in her wheelchair to get ready for her daughter’s wedding. Everyone was sooo accommodating and kind and professional to her.Thank you again for treating her with so much dignity!Well done. I have been coming there for over a year an knew it would be a good experience!

My Favorite place to do my nails in Omaha, all the workers are great. I brought my friends for a birthday spa thingy, they loved it. I always ask for Linda because she is amazing...and my go to. She’s Tiny but mighty when doing those nails....

The staff at Aksarben are always really nice whenever we go there. They do a great job on a full set and the last pedicure I got there almost put me to sleep in the chair it was so relaxing!

We had to wait 30 mins to get in, even with an appointment and felt very rushed and way too busy. The quality was very poor and we said we were disappointed. They did offer to redo because they saw how poor it looked but at that point, we just wanted to leave. I would’ve much preferred a refund at that point. Will not be coming back and wish I had spent my money elsewhere! It’s a bummer because my friend said they used to do a really great job.

I got a full set of acrylics and just wanted the clear shiny polish. They charge 30.00 for the nails and my bill was 50.00! A week and a half later they already need to be filled. The worst set of nails Ive EVER had!!

My nail tech did exactly as I requested, color shape and style were all perfect. 100% will be back. Also the boss lady is so sweet and funny and accommodating. Thank you so much for the great experience!!!

I always come in as a walk in and I barely have enough time to pick a color before I’m seated in a chair! They are always busy, but do a good job with my nails. Spent time filing down my old dip and letting it soak off. The dip always turns out great and lasts 3 weeks!

They are very nice and professional. It doesn’t matter which tech you go to, they are all very talented!! I appreciate your customer service and your friendly conversations. I’ve heard many customers complain. I have never once felt disrespected or listened to. Aksarben nails are the best in Omaha.

Had an appointment at 10:30 didn’t go back until 10:50 and left by 11:11. The did not clean the instruments, the foot scrub they wanted to use on me had someone else’s dead skin on it and I had to refuse it being out on me. The guy who did my nails, also cut my toes from how rough he was. We still tipped well, but will never be coming back here and do not recommended this place to anyone.Quality was fine i’d give it a 6/10, but they rushed everything, so you’re not getting the full time for everything you’re paying for.

They are clean, always ready and it is even comfortable enough for a guy to get one without any shame or judgement. We never feel any negative vibes while here. They just give a very well rounded service each time we go.

They rush doing the nails and dont care, its about getting as many people done as possible. All I wanted was a manicure they rushed it I had nail polish all over my fingers even on the bottom.(I do a better job on myself)This place was awful. If your trying to have a relaxing time with friends or family dont come here.

The staff is very polite, quick excellent service. The staff instructs you wash your hands upon entering due to the current pandemic. They also wear masks and have glass separators at each station. Eric did a wonderful job!!! I left relaxed and happy.

My nail technician, Lisa, was amazing! She was very knowledgeable about her craft and unbelievably kind and gentle. Lisa also took her time during my pedicure and dip appointment. Amazing.

5 days in and Ive been being careful with them and they still broke.. very disappointed especially since I payed so much and for two people. Left a good tip a good $250 and they want to just fix the two broken nails. If those was that weak I believe the other nails are weak. Never will go here again.

Not impressed. Turn and burn, I paid $42 for maybe a 20 minute pedi. If you order an upgraded pedi it should not rushed. Definitely not worth $2 a minute.

I have come here for over a year now. I love that there is a warranty when getting shellac done and I have only ever had to use it twice. There are a lot of great nail techs, but I go to Lee every time. My nails have become longer and stronger since I started coming here. Highly recommend.

I went to aksarben nails for the first time Thursday got a full set of acrylics. 3 days later Saturday I had a nail break in half and didn’t even notice it had happen or what happened to break it was just gone . I’ve had acrylics before end never had this issue . I called today (Tuesday ). They told me to come in and fix it . I had to wait 30 mins . I got it fixed and had to pay for it. Not even a hour within being home I notice another broken nail that I did nothing out of my normal driving home and it’s broke. I called back again the lady was extremely unhelpful told me I should be more careful. They only guarantee shellac for 7 days . I told her I’ve had now 2 broken nails and it’s only been a total of 5 days . She said she would have a manager call didn’t ask for my information I asked if she had it ? She said maybe call tomorrow same number. Do not suggest going here. Will not be going back horrible first experience

This is my favorite salon I been here a few times and the first few times I was her first my full set the ladies did a great job so I keep coming back and I tip very well but the last time I was sat with a man he was super rough I said I wanted white dipping powder he did ombré I said I wanted rhinestones he said he will do rhinestones next time even though I told him I wanted them when he first started on my nails he was rushing then he didn’t even finish cause the nail tech beside us was having a difficult time with her customer so she came to me all upset and mad and just slapped the oil all over my fingers I am so disappointed I really loved this place and my nails fell off a week later I’ll be back because I know they got some good nail techs but I’ll never sit with him again

I was really impressed and pleased with their work.

Went in and it was a mess. Employees were yelling at one another and there were a lot of people everywhere. I initially went in for a shellac manicure but somehow during the yelling of employees I ended up getting a dip manicure which was more expensive. Then when they were filing my nails they tore the skin off of my finger to the point I was bleeding. However after that the shaping of my nails were all wrong and I felt like I was thrown out of chair when it was done. I have come to this salon before but have never had the poor service that I had today.

This single handedly has to be the worst set of acrylics I’ve ever gotten. All are uneven, tilted, bulky, and are shaped like the flare. I asked for a thin square acrylic and got exactly the opposite. I would not have paid $65 knowing it would turn out to be awful. If I could give a “0” I would.

I came in for a pedicure and an eyebrow wax. The low prices attracted me, but the quality matched the low prices. They rushed through my pedicure and it doesnt look good. The stones they used for my massage were cold, not hot. The eye brow wax was rushed too but it doesnt look as bad as the pedicure. Next time Ill spend the extra money and drive a little further to Minabella. This is not the nail spa if you want to relax for an hour and you want a quality finish.

While visiting Omaha I chose Aksarben Nails to get my pedicure. The Salon staff assigned to me was Linda. She did a wonderful job and I enjoyed our conversation.

My toe nails were not done professionally. It was way to thick and caused feet to hurt in shoes!

Went in to get an acryllic set removed. the nail tech started peeling them off with pure force! No soaking or applying any kind of solution... i asked twice if he could soak before ripping off the nails. nope! ran outta there after 4 fingers... and theyre still sore.

Been going for years, my nails always look good. If you have any issues they will fic it right away!

I went and got my nails with ANNIE. She passed me over to a new nail technician after putting glue on. The new technician didn’t file down my nails. I told her is thick and not even one side of longer than my right hand and she didn’t even care. She rush to do my nails and told me to wash my hands. My nails are thick and uneven and they don’t do anything about it and started talking in Vietnamese. My nails was $80 and I gave $20 tip. You should at least listen when I said is too thick and not even instead of rushing me out the door. I’m disappointed.

I was in there area and I had to get my nails re-done. I walked in today 10/21/18 and the lady sat me down right away. I told her that I wanted an overlay and shellac. She recommended to take off the overlay and redo it, I agreed without even asking how much it would be. Once she was done she said It will be $51. I had to double check I heard her correctly and she said $51. I was flabbergasted..way to expensive. I didnt even get a full set with the fake nails. All I got was an overlay on my natural nails. Very over priced that is for sure. I am sticking with my nail lady in Lincoln, which I should have just waited to go tomorrow. Also as you can see the pictures, the nail technician didnt paint my nails all the way.

Tried going back to Aksarben after a year & thought I’d try them again...Waited over 30 minutes (even though I called), 3 people came in as I waited with same issue, they rushed through my nails, shape was horrible/ color wasn’t even,Then up charged my daughter (11yrs) $10 for “shape & length “ shape I was ok with because it was a coffin shape, however her nails were extremely short. But was more upset they said they told her prior which was untrue..Definitely disappointed...AGAIN

Went in for a dip manicure. Ive never had dip done before but was excited. Instead of a manicure, the guy went straight to work on the polish. No cuticle cleaning, nothing. And at the end of the 10 minutes it took him to dip my nails, I get handed a bill for $40. They also told me and my friend that if it starts chipping that we should come in for them to fix it. Seems like they could have just spent a little more time doing a quality job instead of letting customers risk having to come back to fix shady work. So I dropped a fair bit of cash just to have my nails look like I painted them myself with my dry, cracked cuticles looking a hot mess. Dont bother.

I’ve been coming here for about a year and it’s gotten gradually worse each time. Between the service and the quality of their products, i’m over them. Save your money and time.

I made an appt for 12:30 p.m. 4/24/21 almost two months ago for my best friend and I to get mani/pedi together.We arrived early only to be quickly disregarded and rushed to pick a color. We were not seated together for our mani, and I had to request from the loud asian lady for us to be seated together for our pedicures.My acrylic set with coffin tips is completely unacceptable. No cuticle work was done, the man immediately went to filing away and gluing tips on. Once he was finished it looked as if the nail had been grown out for 2-3 weeks and already needed a fill. When I asked why it was like this he said if he painted more shellac and it touched the skin it would bubble when growing out. He didnt offer to fix or clip cuticles.Move on to the pedi, cold towels were wrapped around my legs. It was rushed through so quickly that not even all of the product was used.Not a place I would recommend for the quality nor the price. If I could give no stars I would.

Went in to get a shellac color change, the woman said sit down pic a color, even before I could pick a color I got seated in the chair for the man to do my nails. The color I picked he said that would be $10 extra for that color (They should put that on the color wheel then) Ok fine, I picked another color, they didnt have that color so I picked another color, they didnt have that one either(4 different color picks later)! Then the lady comes over and takes the whole nail basket away from me leaving me with a few nail swatches to choose from. I didnt even get to choose the colors I wanted and laughing try to make light of it, I asked him if I could get a discount b/c all the colors I wanted they were out of!! He laughed and said NO haha! The job he did was ok except for the whole color situation but you wont be getting my business again. It felt very rushed, I even took my mom to get a pedi for her bday and she said it was not relaxing and was very rushed. Will not be back! Very Disappointed as this place had some good recommendations.

I came in for a pedicure ! I asked for shellac & it came off the next day... I had to come back to get it fixed. My pedicure was rushed & sloppy they didn’t take time on it at all for the hot stones they rubbed my legs with them ONCE just once swipe that’s it....my nails weren’t filed or cleaned up... would not recommend

Every time I go there, it’s always a new experience. Today wasn’t a good day, the lady that was doing my nails today was very aggressive with my hands & ended up messing up one of my nails. I asked her to fix it & she didn’t do a good job. Then when I got home i noticed all my nails on my left hand is longer than my right hand. I would recommend the guy manager he does a great job & is so nice.

I was the tall Latino guy that came in tonight. I didnt have an appt but was helped immediately. Great pedicurist (Thank you!) and pedi with also scrub, lotion and hot stones. Loved it. Im from Southern California but will be back when Im visiting Omaha again!

I went in for a mani/pedi on 1/21. they had you go in wash your hands then get you seated. They had used used/dirty tools on my feet and nails. When they used the hot rocks, one was too hot & burnt my leg. I felt so rushed to get it done. The girls were friendly and professional but very dirty.

Went here about a week and a half ago, dip was chipping on the 2nd day. Went to go get it fixed and the other nails that were fine started chipping as well. Won’t be going there any more after this bad experience.

Charged me80 wen I want ask for my kid and me only cost 54 still charged me 80 so take it as you want trying to take your daughter into a money fight isnt any way you want to be a good dad so diggerland can eat it or help me out and be like you all are a free one well I mean and looking at it now looks like it dont make no sense but get rid of my shoes then I guess you know what Im talking about if not then Keep On Keepin On good night love you world

I will NEVER go back to this place! I went there the 1st day that salons opened backup which was Monday May 4, 2020. I always(from my normal salon pretty nails) get dip with white tips. The woman doing my nails used dip on my nail bed and regular white fingernail polish on my tips. It was chipping the VERY NEXT day!! $50 for NOTHING! The only reason I didnt go to my salon was because they had chosen to not open up quite yet. When i get my nails done at Pretty Nails they last for weeks! My last set lasted the whole time the salons were mandated to be closed. Not here! You get 1 day!

Everyone is super nice and great at doin my nails every time. Whenever I go here the wonderful ladies recognize me which shows me the care for their customers. 10/10 definitely my go to place!

Shellac pedicure - Lady was very sweet. The water was scalding hot and I had to ask twice for it to be turned down. Tools were rinsed and placed in a CLOTH carry bag... I cant and dont want to think of how many nasty germs 🤮. I pay extra for shellac so I dont have to worry about dry time and can be poolside without thinking about chipping. Unfortunately they did a terrible job painting my toenails. The polish is smudged and chipped.Full set French tip - I cannot even explain how bad my nails look. The acrylic is so thick. The lady cut the tip of my finger with scissors and I had to ask her to stop at least 5 other times to prevent it from happening again. She also cut my cuticle with the dremmel file on several nails.Save yourself time, money, and blood... dont go here
