I have followed the owner Tran/Tiffany for the last 10 she does the best nail designs EVER!!

Probably one of the best pedicures I have ever had with a great price. Highly recommend.

Its not often I post a negative review but I was so put off by the service today. Called ahead ask if there was an alternative to the drill to remove dip polish. I was told yes. Explained the situation to the nail tech when I got there. She was incredibly rude, told me to relax and proceeded to use the drill anyway. Told her 2 more times before she stopped. She then told me if I don’t like the drill then dip and shellac are not an option for me and SNATCHED the color pallet out of my hands. She made it very clear she was annoyed. After she finished removing the polish, I decided it was time for me to leave. She charged me $30.

I got my nails “dipped” and they started chipping and breaking off after four days. They also were more expensive than other salons I have visited. I will not be returning.

My sisters and I had a great experience getting pedicures! The staff was friendly, they joked around with us a lot, made sure we were comfortable, and did a great job overall!

I was lost when the gentleman who did my pedicures left the salon. But, I was presently surprised when I walked into this place and he greeted me at the door!! I highly recommend!!!

Nina was awesome! I got an acrylic fill with French and she did a super job. Very personable! And the salon is very clean and beautiful.

It was MF amazing. Im planning on going back every other week now. Why have I not experience this before?

Found this place through reviews and location. And im so extremely happy I did! Staff was super friendly and offered a cold beverage. Went in for their CBD pedicure and was not disappointed. Dina did an absolutely amazing job! I have terrible feet that hurt all the time and she really made sure to give me the best pedicure. My feet feel absolutely amazing and will definitely be coming back!!

I make bi-weekly appointments here. They have a very kind and polite staff each day. If you dont know exactly what you want, they do their best to talk you through so you know what youre getting. Their work is as good as the service they provide.

New management that’s professional, knowledgeable, and has taught his staff the correct way to do nails! I highly recommend Pacific Nails if you like a natural looking dip nail. They’ll take their time to do it right and you won’t be just another customer in an assembly line.

Had a pleasant experience with the salon and I enjoyed my pedicure. All working staff had PPE that appeared to be changed between clients and dividers to limit contact. Liners were used in tub for pedis. Tools appeared to be sterilized new packs. Id return!

Tried this place out because it is close to my house. Its hard to find a good nail tech. Ben does my nails here and he is awesome. I have been coming back ever since the first shot at trying a new place.They always seem to be able to get me in when I call last minute. This nail salon is clean. The staff is NOT rude like most other nail salons Ive tried. I do not feel rushed when I go there.This salon gurantees their work with a card that they give you at the end of your service.I know how hard it is to find a GOOD nail salon. Ive tried many. I am very picky about my nails and have found a place that will do them right. AWESOME NAIL SALON!!!!

So this was my first time trying out a different nail salon. And I was the most impressed by not only the caring staff, but the cleanliness and welcoming vibe of the place! Definitely 10 out of 5. And I will be coming back again. I got a manicure/ pedicure and they made sure I liked everything from start to finish.

This place is horrible. Evil people who talk to you like youre dirt. Tyler glares at me every single time I went in there. He made my cuticle sore for days. He doesnt care about his job and talks about you in his language then grunts and laughs at you. His wife Nina did all my tips crooked because she was tired. They both missed steps and was an all over painful and scarring experience. Do not recommend!

TERRIBLE.I got a dip powder manicure.One positive is that there was no wait! (But thats because no one was there.) I was taken right back. And I was there for OVER TWO HOURS. She was perfecting them, she said. But they could not look worse. Uneven color. Uneven shape. Not thoroughly covered nails.I am literally embarrassed because they look so bad. SO BAD.Inexperienced nail techs here that are sloppy and not trained.DO NOT RECOMMEND. Go elsewhere.I get my nails done regularly; Ive been to probably 40 nail salons in the area. I have never had such a poor experience.SO BAD.RUN.

I have been going to this salon for several months and have always found it clean and welcoming.I was distressed when I read the previous negative review...not at all true. I had a manicure today and have an appointment for a pedicure next week. I highly recommend this salon. I suggest that regular customers step up and offer a positive review for all the staff at this salon.

Keep going back to this place with an appointment. Every time they have overbooked or taken large groups without having enough help. Had a manicure done and kept asking him if the base coat and top coat was old because it was stringing everywhere and he said not to worry. My manicure lasted 2 days before the Polish started falling off. Will try one more time and then maybe look somewhere else.

Love my nails! I had my nails done as well as a pedi, very relaxing and they did a wonderful job. This place is very clean and everyone was so nice, I will definitely be returning!

I just went for the first time with my parents. Not only were they immediately accommodating to get us in, but our pedicures were amazing, and they were very personable and friendly. It was a great!

Replying to my 1star with false information is not a good way to handle business. I came in to get the dip powder removed. That was the only service I requested when I came in alone (no daughter with me as you stated). The nail tech was prying off the dip instead of just soaking them as I requested several times since she was taking layers of my nail off with the dip. After she sliced through my nail and into my nail bed, she finally stopped and soaked the rest. Three of my nails are now paper thin and the one she sliced into has been throbbing all day today. I wasn’t going to post how bad it was, but since you are asking and tried to insinuate I was upset about some fictitious eyebrow waxing incident, I am happy to share my detailed review.

Got there an hour before they closed, I did call before I got there making sure it was ok to get my nails dipped. The guy seemed very annoyed he had to take care of one more customer for the night. Didn’t talk, rushed through it, left my hands a mess. Was not impressed with the service, but the place is very clean.

I love going here b/c they are super efficient and always work hard to get you in if you are a walk-in (I always am). he overall quality is awesome and the shellac lasts for 2+ weeks (im super hard on my hands).The reason for not giving them more stars... Generally, the staff is polite but, my biggest pet peeve about this place is that they constantly try to up-sell you on services, even after you have reviewed and chosen the service you want. They up-sell so much to the point of trying to make you feel like the service you chose is of lesser quality and tsk-tsk at you for the choice. Ive been here 10+ times and it happens every time.

I only made it 15 minutes into my manicure/pedicure. My hands and feet hurt so much and my cuticles were bleeding. Easily the worst nail service I have ever had.
