Here is what I’d say. I got my nails done on Sunday, and it was a decent job — I got compliments on them from some friends. However, by Tuesday I was texting my friend and it just flew off, and after they were done with one of my middle fingers it started feeling sore the day after that it started oozing stuff so I’m pretty sure it’s infected, but I don’t recommend.

I had an appointment to get acrylic nails, and not only did they not come even close to the design I wanted, they REFUSED to listen to what I wanted on MY nails!! Let alone the fact that instead of replying the nail down when it popped up the guy just put the acrylic powder over it so now theres a gap between the work done and my actual nail!

They got me in short notice on a Friday. Amen he first pic is what I wanted except the pink I chose, the 2nd & 3rd pic is what I got mind you one week later. One nail broke I’ll go back to fix

ZNails never fails me, they have the sweetest staff. They are fast, efficient, with great customer service skills. They always make a point to converse and remember me! I moved to CA so I haven’t been in here for almost 2 years yet they knew my face and welcomed me. 10/10 will definitely be back again

Love the style and application of my nails...downside I only asked for clear polish which was coming off the next day, I polished my own nails(the pic is my polish work)...they told me one price in the beginning and then changed it at the end...I

My nail tech made my nail beds bleed and my pedicure and manicure are very poor quality. I have done better at home by myself. I am going to have to redo it. My friend was pressured into services she did not ask for.I would recommend finding another salon to go to if youre looking for quality work. However, the staff was friendly and seated us very quickly.

I got a pedicure and brought my 4 year old little sister with me and they treated her so nicely! I’ve never had someone be so gently and caring with her while providing amazing service!

Had my nails done a week ago (7/8/21), I went later in the afternoon and even called ahead and told them what I wanted and asked if they had time. They said yes and gave me a time to show up. When I got there I felt like the floors were dirty but against my better judgement I sat in the chair. I felt like the people who did my nails rushed through it since it was towards the end of the day, but they said they had the time. I did a dip mani and have already lost 2 nails! Not happy that I paid close to $70 for a basic pedi and a dip mani that didn’t even last a week! Not happy with the service, quality, or price

Horrible service and horrible product. Had to go back to get nails redone because it looked like a 2 year old did them. Ask the day I had them done 4 different times to have them fixed and showed them my concerns and they were just too busy I guess. They brushed me off until I called and spoke with Lee the owner and she said they would make it right. I even had an appointment and would not have wasted the time or money here especially how I was treated by management both visits. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!!

12/08/19 Update: I went back to the salon on Friday and someone else does my nails. Tammy was very apologetic and expressed regret. Apparently she is a capable of doing ombré dip powered just not with the shape that I have - stiletto.12/05/19 I’m m writing this as I’m walking out of the door. God bless Tammy she was so nice. But my nails look awful. I paid $60 for an ombré dip set & can’t wait to get this mess off my hands. I’m even more upset because I asked to have my nails done exactly like hers. She was eager to do it. I was under the impression that she did her own nails...only to be told near the end of her working on my hands that another tech in the salon had done her nails. She drilled my cuticles so badly that they bled. She never stopped to tend to the wounds even as I drew back and flinched in pain. And there’s so much build up on my skin where the dip powered set and bonded. I’m so upset. The top coat of gel polish isn’t uneven, has ridges in it as has a ton of air bubbles in it. I basically threw money away and I’m embarrassed to be seen with these on. I’m here on business from out of town and there’s no way I can do anything or would be seen with these huge things on. Now I have to take another Lyft to Target to get a bottle of acetone today soak them off.Then she had the audacity to tell me she could do my eyebrows. If my nails look like this, there’s no way I’m allowing her to touch my face.If the shop can fix this for free I’d be willing to revise my review but I don’t even think I’ll have time to return at any point during my business trip. I should have just gotten regular acrylic in a basic shape. I’m so distraught.

My sister had shawn (i think that was his name?) Do her acrylic nails. They are amazing and he was fun to talk to. Connie did am AMAZING job on my eyebrows. Its a bit of a smaller place but they are friendly and reasonably priced. They also had an adorable child sized pedicure chair.

Walked in for a manicure & pedicure today and was told they had time for me. They had other appointments that came in while getting my pedicure. I mentioned I was fine waiting if she needed to get someone else started, but she just rushed to get mine finished. There are spots on my toenails that arent even painted, and other spots where she didnt bother getting all my previous color removed that you can see under my new color. There is paint all around my toenails on my skin, and she didnt even go over any spots on my feet where I may have dry/calloused skin. While getting my mani, again other appointments came in. I told the gentleman that I was fine waiting if he needed to get the people started who had booked appointments. He also said no and rushed to get mine done. There are weird lines and spots all over the nails, large patches of clear shellac on the sides of my nails/skin that he didnt bother to clean up, spots along the sides of nails he missed coloring, globs of shellac underneath the nail, and he failed to round out the square tips when I asked. The more I look at my nails, the more I hate them. First and last time going to this salon.

Z Nails and Spa is so far the best place I have found to get a manicure and pedicure with shellac. They also do an job waxing my eyebrows perfectly. They are my forever go to place for all of the above. Cant say enough good things about their services oh, and how incredibly nice and friendly they are, five star review across the board.

They messed up the entire shape. Not the colors I wanted. Its so ugly. Never again. I told them it was messed up and they were acting like it was my problem. He fixed one nail because there wasnt any color on the corner. It was all around terrible.

Ive been thinking how rude the owner is. Not to mention the crappy job she did after I looked close. She argued with me after I explained what I wanted done. Then proceeded to file my fill in and skipped my own nails underneath. She never buffed the nails of smoothed them out. My ring finger was nearly filed off as she smiled. I let it slide..its only been 5 days. I cant even fathom arguing with a customer. Let alone her husband sticking his nose in with his 2 cents. Ive been here several times but never again. I will drive the distance. Beware of Kim. (Look at the pics I posted.)

Let’s start with the Pros because that list is nice and short. They were ready to go when my appointment time came.Okay onto the Cons. The first thing you notice when you walk in is the smell. No, not the smell of acrylics being done, but a lingering sewage smell.Next, the guy that did my moms nails did such a bad job that she was almost in tears. The owner had to take over. For mine, I picked a sparkle purple and the color came out bright pink. WHAT?! When questioned about it they had no idea what happened. So they don’t know their own product either. Turns out it was temperature color changing. I’m surprised it didn’t turn red because that’s how mad I was getting.You have to go through their storeroom to get to the restroom aaaaaand there’s a gaping hole in the ceiling. Creepy. All the floors in the place were dirty too. Nothing worse than a grimy nail shop.Overall it took 2 hours for a gel manicure. No one has that kind of time. It probably took so long because they filed my nice long natural nails down to nubs. I DO NOT recommend Z Nails.

Every time I come I end up getting cut on my fingers from then and it burns very horribly and the seem to have attitude to there clients

I love this salon. Tammy is wonderful and has a gift of making you feel better after a hard day or week. My nails always end up so cute and they last!! I get the shellac. Ive gotten the dip powder for French tip, very fancy!

Best price for shellac in town. Very pretty, too! Tammy took the time to make my nails even and well-shaped. This was my first time there, but it wont be my last. The regular customers seemed very happy. I was seated immediately no wait. Tammy was very kind to me. We talked about our family and our churches.

Today I went to Z Nails for the first time to get a shellac manicure. I am very happy with the results! John aka Jimmy John😬 did a great job! He was very quick but I didn’t feel rushed! He did a great job!

Have been here several times before and most of the time I had wonderful experience. For some odd reason lately this place becoming very odd. The lady who did my nails start preaching about god and performing weird blessing on me. I start to feel kind of uncomfortable coming here lately. Although I love z nails and their services.

I got a manicure here, been going here for years since they were owned by previous people (lord i miss them), and ever since new management things have been not so good and poor quality. Last few times i got a dip manicure, i noticed they kept filing/buffing my natural nails more and more and more to the point where it BURNED last time while getting buff. Something told me to stop going after that last time and now a month later ive taken off my dipped nails to find multiple fingers have red overbuffed/filled painful damage. I noticed when very busy they tend to not pay attention to what they are doing. Please save your natural nails life and dont go here. Management has been rude on multiple occasions (to other customers i witnessed, not me) and is constantly trying to nag you into spending more money. I hate to say this but i wont be coming back to the salon ive been loyal to since i was in high school. Currently looking for a salon to repair my sore damaged nail beds

I was a long time customer, but not anymore. My pedicure usually lasts twice as long, but it didnt this one time. When I spoke to an employee about it, he was very unprofessional and did not do anything to make up for the poor quality pedicure. I think they are under new management. I wont be going there any more.

They hound you like crazy once you give them your phone number for their records.

Their worker Tammy is very sweet and I love how she kept a conversation with me while she did my nails. She was also very polite and did an amazing job! One of the best nail salons in Omaha! Will be recommending to my friends/family.

The service was excellent! The massage with the normal pedicure was really long - much longer than any other pedicure place Ive ever been to. Tammy and Nancy were very sweet and friendly. Tammy gave my husband an extra long massage since we were there for his birthday. I will definitely come here again as long as I live in Omaha!

I like this place, but I have been tempted to find another location because every time I go in, Tammy keeps trying to sell me her life water or egg rolls or some other product other than nail services. I saw her make a couple wait 10 minutes because she was busy selling that dumb water. Who is the owner? I think this person needs to do better oversight with Tammy. Her demeanor is very off-putting and I try to go in when she is NOT working.

I was surprised when my friend and I were the only ones there on a Thursday evening. The staff was friendly but wish the pedicure was more relaxing. When they cut my toe nails, they dug into the sides and they were sensitive for the next few days

I was looking for a reasonable salon for a pedicure and shellac nails. First of all the staff were hilarious!!! The nail tech started on my nails at the same time my feet were.getting worked on. At the end the employee gave me a hug which made my day. Great atmosphere and they did a great job on my nails and toes. I liked the services I received

I love this nail shop! I walked in here not knowing what to expect, but the atmosphere and the quality of work done was impeccable. The staff was friendly and genuinely cared about how I was doing; laughing and talking to me during my whole appointment. I got a shellac manicure and normal pedicure for a pretty cheap price. I also expected this to take a long time but instead it finished in under an hour. They have great massage chairs to sit in and relax when doing the pedicure. They took their time to do a really good job; making my feet feel softer and look better than ever before. For my nails they had several options of shellac to choose from, and I chose a mood changing color. I loved the color and it has been a week and the shellac has stayed on! Overall would rate this experience a 5/5 and recommend to everyone I know!

I got the basic pedicure for $25 and came out with beautifully painted nails and soft skin. The staff were friendly and professional, and they had a good attention to detail. Ill be going back!

This is Tabitha, Jeremys wife. My daughter is getting married this weekend so we got a pedicure and our nails done at Z nails. The ladies were so friendly! They did an excellent job on both toes and nails. It was extremely relaxing and we both really enjoyed it. Will definitely be going back again!

The service was great but the overall quality of my full set is terrible. They’ve been completely dried but they still smudge. The lady I went to was willing to fix them but they just got messed up again. It was also very painful getting them done! The shape isn’t ideal either. Would not recommend. I paid $33 but will most likely be going somewhere else to get them taken off and redone

2018 I had a beautiful experience here!! The staff were very nice. The daughter of the owners was extremely helpful! I cannot wait to go again for my dual spa!2021 My nails turned out very nice again. The only thing that I frowned upon was them telling me one price and then giving me a higher price when it was time to pay.

They were very professional got us in and out in a decent time. At any point and time we did not feel rushed and it was about 45 minutes before closing. I highly recommend this place if you visit Omaha

They were so nice and welcoming. I got a pedicure and shellac manicure. 2 people worked on me simultaneously (the owners, husband and wife I believe) so I was done quickly. They offered bottle waters which I thought was very nice. To top it off, Ive never had a shellac manicure last more than 5 days. Mine lasted 10 days! Ill definitely be going back!

I chose a nice baby pink color and ended up with black nails. Wanted short stiletto nails, was told no they dont look good short, and charged an extra $5. When I showed her the color I chose and the color I got she said Youre right but Im right too and refused to fix it. Rude, rude lady. Would absolutely not recommend this place.

THE only place I go to to get my nails done! All of the staff is very nice and attentive. Lisa even remembers my moms favorite gel polish color each time she comes in. All services are completed in a timely manner, but the work done is flawless. Plus, their prices are more than reasonable. I highly recommend coming here, whether its your first time getting your nails done, or youre a seasoned nail art lover. You definitely wont regret it.

This is a hidden gem in Omaha! I have referred all of my friends here and they always thank me for it.The staff is so friendly, the prices are very reasonable, and they are quick to get you in and out.I get a shellac manicure every 2 weeks and every once in a while, I might get a chip within a week. Anytime that happens, I just go in and they fix it at no charge. No arguing, no fussing. So friendly and professional.Also, they give amazing pedicures!

I decided to treat myself with a pedi. Lee did an amazing job! Not only do my toes look great but it was definitely worth the deluxe, the massage time was much longer and felt fabulous. I almost fell asleep.

The nail artist who did my nails was very sweet and quick and efficient about the process without sacrificing the quality. All the employees in the shop were very sweet and amiable to the public. I was seated quickly and didnt have to wait long to get my nails. This is a great shop to visit, especially for drop in appointments.

I absolutely recommend this nail salon with the highest regards. I came here to have my nails fixed from a bad set from Kanwa nail salon and the guy T did a marvelous job. He took his time, knew exactly what I wanted and my nails were flawless. The best Ive had since relocating here in September.If youre looking for a good solid pink and white set, this is the place to go. 😊

Went in for our 1st time yesterday. Everyone was very nice staff and customers. Did a great job with our services. My niece Lily said the lady who did her nails was her new friend, she spoiled her while we were there. We will definitely be coming back.

The experience wasn’t good. First of all I have gel nails and they’re already chipping off and it hasn’t even been a week. Secondly, they forced me to dip my nails in very hot water that I was not comfortable with.

I love coming here. The customer service is outstanding ! The place is nice and clean with so many different colors of nail polish to choose from. They do a phenomenal job on my nails and great designs at a reasonable price as well :)

I wanted coffin shape acrylic nails and got way too short square nails. I was cut with the dremel, there is nail polish on my skin and my nails are uneven with large amounts of acrylic under the nail. While the staff was pleasant the product was unsatisfactory.

I decided to try out Z Nails & Spa after seeing a great deal advertised on Craigslist. I called in and asked about the deal and the confirmed it. Then even when I got in and stated I was getting the special they said Yeah Yeah, no problem. When it was time to pay though they all of a sudden doubled the price. I was okay with paying $5 more for the french tip but double. After asking multiple times I ended up leaving because I had another appointment. After coming back to talk to them again they gave me the information of the owner because apparently she is the one who puts the adds up. After calling her twice and leaving a voicemail I have still not heard back. Overall they did an okay job. I really liked one lady but the other one was kind of rude (she was the manager). Honestly I would probably tell you to go to another salon. I also think it is fishy that all of the reviews on here were done all within the past couple months...

This was the first time i went and they charged me 60 dollars for a set. While they were doing my nails they kept hurting my cuticals and it took them about 2 hours to finish. I asked for coffin and they gave me squared. I really dont reccomend this place. But the staff was really nice.

Made an appointment in advanced for a shellac mani/pedi at 11am on a Sunday (supposedly right when they open). When I walked in 10 minutes early, I had to wait 45 minutes for them to finish with people that were just walk-ins. Pedicure was okay, the water was cold because I had to wait so long. A different person did my manicure, talked me into doing acrylic tips. He used dip and then a shellac over top. Never seen this done before. My first nail completely fell off 4 days later (Thursday). By the end of the day Monday, every one of my nails had simply popped off. Ive never experienced this before. Paid $78 for nails that lasted me 8 days.

My two year old daughter and I come here almost every two weeks. She gets pampered in the butterfly chair while I get my shellac done. The staff is very friendly, knowledgable and will greet you with a smile. I mostly come in as a walk-in but would recommend any of them for an appointment. I absolutely love Z-Nails : )

Absolutely enjoyed the experience, so friendly and my nails came out looking perfect! A little long but thats not their fault. They kept asking me if I like the look of things so far which made me feel like they really care about the service they are giving to their customers.
