The stylist didnt cut it like I asked, instead she made it look like it with gel. She didnt trim around my ears & didnt seem grateful for the 10$ tip. I have to finish the cut myself at home very disappointed.

Stopped in to ask if anyone could do my 1 year old sons first haircut and explained I was super nervous. They told me to bring him back anytime and ask for Tiffany. Later that day we returned. She was absolutely amazing, we only waited about 10 minutes. Cash looked like an absolute stud when his fade/mohawk was complete. She was super patient with him and after 24hrs I still havent stopped getting compliments on his hair and mine. They delt with my three year peeing her pants in the lobby as well! How embarrassing; but instead reassured me it was fine and quickly sanitized and acted super professionally. The girls at this location were all super sweet and we will most definitely be back!

My husband and son both went in on 12/31 to get SKIN tight fade! Neither my husband nor my son came out with a skin tight fade. Disappointed that we spent $54 to not get what we asked for. My husband typically does his own fade and my sons but he was hoping to find a place to become their regular barber, this place was not it. My husband had to fix my sons hair as its not faded and still longer on top. Wouldnt recommend for a fade.

My kids haircut kinda sucked but the hair dresser was good with my special needs kid.

Hair stylist was not very personable and did not clean the hair off my sons neck, face, and ears.

Amanda, Amanda, Amanda I dont trust anyone but her. Shes amazing, she truly takes her time to make sure your hair is right. Im an introvert and I feel completely comfortable with her, all around great person and an incredible stylist, seriously, youd be stupid to go with the first stylist available. If you want your hair done right wait for Amanda!

Was able to be seen right as I got there. The stylist understood what I was saying, and gave a good cut for my style of haircut. I went here as it is my first time free in over 4 months and the hair place I wanted to go to was closed until the middle of the next week with no sign.

Tired of poor service. The ladies are always nice. Just not very skilled. The price keeps going up the quality keeps going down. I can now say that I will never go to this crappy excuse for a rip-off again. If your going to charge big prices, get people who know what their doing. And, most importantly actually care about what their doing. I know I expect to much from a corporate scam factory.

Tia has cut my sons hair since 6th grade, just got his hair cut for high school graduation. Just perfect, every time. He has had it long, short and in between. Tia takes the time to cut his hair just the way he wants it. She is the best!!

Pretty consistent service here. Sometimes there’s a wait. You have to make sure that there is not a huge demand when you go otherwise you’ll end up waiting 20 minutes. I’ve had consistent haircuts with the stylists that are available. I will continue to go here.

Have been twice,first time really pretty good cut. Second time,tell the gal wanted very short on sides and 1 inch on top. She proceeds to buzz my entire head starting on top with number 2 clippers. Almost a buzz. I say what are you doing? She says oh sorry,is that to short on top? After taking wrap off my neck,doesnt trim that part. Figured they would at least offer a discount for the butchering,,,,,,,NOTHING. It was terrible

The workers are generally nice, haircuts are average. The one thing they really need to teach their stylist is to blow dry customers hair once they have finished cutting it. I have gone 4 times and had 3 different people, and they never used the blow dryer on me to get off all the stray hair at the end of the cut. I leave with hair all over me, kind of blows my mind they dont see anything wrong when I am checking out and there is hair all over my face and shirt! I had to go to my car and shake off my shirt and take a shower when I got home every time. I once had a lady give me a towel to wipe my face, but that wasnt really helpful either, but I guess she somewhat thought about it. Blow dry hair at the end of a cut!!!

We usually love sports clips but go to the 128th & L location but went to this location on Sunday and I would never take my son here again...well at least not to see the tall blonde i think her name was Nikki. She was not very personable at all and did not cut my sons hair at all how we asked. She was not very helpful at all and there was no sorry to my son just an ok, Ill put what I did today in the notes so you know its not that.. you could tell on his face he was very sad. And I will admit I said I THINK its a 3 on top and a 2 on the sides but Im not really sure. I do know he likes it long enough on top to style it...and then she cuts it all off, clearly not enough to do anything with! We just wont go back, Id rather make the drive to the other location.

Horrible Customer Service!! Astonishing! When you walk in they dont look at you, they dont greet you... instead, they bark out, Enter your phone number. (direct quote) I left there with hair all over my shirt and the sense that I was annoying them by coming in for a hair cut. Whos training these people? Will (probably) never go back.

The job they did with my haircut, is still above and beyond excellent. And still remembering the fun convo with the stylist :-)

My son recently had his haircut at this location. He showed the stylist a picture of the style he wanted prior to the cut. Not only was the haircut nothing like the picture, but there was no hair left on his head to style in any redeeming way!!!Never again will we return. Extreme, but come on....

GUYS BEWARE DO NOT let---- Suzy---- the assistant manager make you her next victim Ive been going here for a while now and never had anything bad to say about any of the other stylist however this is worth mentioning she is not a stylist she should work in the packing plant she would be a better Butcher because that is what she did to the simple high, skin tight fade and knuckle cut i always get. Shame on her for thinking she knows what she is doing and Shame on the State of Nebraska for allowing her to get a license not to mention Sports Clips for promoting her to assistant manager. Just because someone shows effort with showing up for work does not deem them ready to move up in the company. Listen to your customers without us there would be no you. We keep the lights on. She did comp the cost however she does not have to walk around with the disaster of a fade that i have to wear. Thank god the only difference between a good hair cut and a bad one is only about a week of re-growth.. You got me this time but Not again Suzy....!! (Response from the owner) says they will be in direct contact however have not heard from them still waiting...

Asked for a mid bald fade with a 3 on top. Gotba compleyely butched. No line up. Nothing. Ive had better haircuts at great clips. If you want a real mens haircut, do NOT go to sports clips. They dont know what theyre doing at all. I left pissed off feeling like i wasted my money. Everyone i know will never go to sports clips.

Im a guy. Im not incredibly picky about my hair so long as there is some left when the cutting is over and I dont have a mohawk or mullet. I typically go to the cheap places like Great Clips or Supercuts or whatnot, but I decided to treat myself a bit and try Sport Clips for the first time. Ill say this, they have earned a loyal customer. It is a tad more expensive that GC or SC, but the attention and time that the stylist took making sure I was happy and my hair looked nice was worth it. I always feel like a burden going in one of the other hair places because I have very thick hair and I tend to let it grow way too long and ask them to cut 80% of it off when I do get trimmed, but the other thing that attracted me here is that its specifically designed/built around guys, so the ladies working there are used to jerks like me going in there and demanding 3-4 months of hair removed and know how to do it and do it well. I will be returning here in the future for sure.
