This was my first time going to a sport clips. The app was very easy to use to check in with. When I came in, there were tv’s playing a college basketball game (I don’t watch much, but it was nice). All of the staff were friendly and engaging with their clients. It was a welcoming environment. I got my hair cut by Samantha, and she was fantastic. She was very thorough and friendly throughout the experience, and gave me several styling tips and product recommendations. I loved them and ended up purchasing a few before leaving. On top of that my haircut looked fantastic. I will only be getting my hair cut here from now on.

I get my sons hair cut here. Samantha is the real MVP. Always does a spectacular job and my kiddo leaves feeling fresh! 10/10 recommend 😀

I take my son to get his haircut here. He is 5 and has been getting his haircut here for about 2 years. We have used multiple stylists and they have all done a great job. We regularly have Alexis cut his hair now and she is AMAZING! He is only 5 but has an opinion about his hair and they always listen and treat him great. Thanks for being awesome with my little guy!

Sierra is the absolute best. Im sure lots of the other women are great too but Ive mostly been with Sierra and she is extremely thorough with her cut. Extremely friendly too! I will keep this location as my regular place for as long as shes there.

My go to for cuts. Only downside is that there feels to be high turnover at these locations.

Waited and hour after checking in and then go up for my haircut and they say it will be another hour wait. Plus the stylist requested is on her break. Literally had an appointment. 55 minutes after check in. Whatever you do, do not request Alexis for your stylist. Never seen a stylist have a client wait an hour wait after being told the wait would be an hour plus go on her break before doing the 10 minute haircut. Nobody there even took a minute to acknowledge or remedy the issue.

I was in from a 12 hour drive, and had very limited time for a cut. Came in late, no appointment, and the Assistant Manager fixed the most indescribably bad haircut into something Im quite pleased with. She was willing to stay a few minutes late after closing with me, making sure I had the finishing touches and showed me the products to buy to keep it looking great. Her attention to detail, combined with a laid back attitude made me feel at ease. I also have incredibly difficult hair to work with, and she absolutely nailed it. Would recommend to anybody - in fact I will now only come into Omaha to her for my hair... Thanks for saving the day (and month)!

Worst haircut Ive ever gotten from a sport clips.. Too many problems to list, I just would recommend this place. My wife is currently trying to fix my butchered haircut now...Edit: sport clips called and gave me free mvp for my troubles so I will be coming back, just may choose a different person to cut my hair. Its very respectable when a business responds to complaints!

The ladies know how to treat a gentlemen right.I admit the place feels hyper masculine but you do not need to be a guys guy to go here. I know that you dont because admittedly I am a feminine male that could care less about sports. I used a random hair systist everytime and I am never disappointed. They make you feel comfortable and the face mask are the best. I enjoy ending with a back massage. The price is reasonable for the service and I will gladly recommended any of my guy friends here. Sometimes men just need to be reminded that its ok to take care of yourself like the women.

Really liked my hair cutter, hated online sign in. Showed up today when I was told and found I was still 40+ minutes out. Ok place to go if you have time to burn, but after today Im changing to a place that takes appointments.

I had a great experience, with a fun crowd. Sarah gave me an exception hair cut and it really showed her experience and expertise. Stacy and Megan have cut my hair before and I never have a negative experience! Would recommend to all!

Absolutely nothing. I came in on a Sunday to get a haircut at 4:50. I walked in the lady said they were closed and had shut down the system. They closed a business down early. Should never happen. I was a frequent customer there and I will never and will never return my business because of the poor customer service and shutting down early

I went in there asking for a simple trim and the only thing I asked for was that, the sides cant be the same length as the top. My barber lady proceeded to say that I have near 4 inches of hair on the top. We agreed to take half of it off. When my haircut was over I realized that she did nothing that I asked of her. My hair is the same length all around, the top of my head is only about an inch long and she had absouletely no personality. I used to really like going here but you are truely taking a risk every time you come here. Sometimes I get a great hair stylist and I am very happy with my haircut, but the last three times I have went here, it has been not even close to what I wanted. I would suggest going somewhere else or just hope you dont get one of the incompetent hairdressers like I did.

Good service and friendly folks. You cant make an appointment but usually get in and out quick enough. Shampoo is good but the hand massager is a joke.

This place is terrible, I wouldnt let them cut my dogs hair. The stylist complained about management, being overworked, stressed, and how she would quit if it werent for her kids. As for the cut itself, I told her I wanted a scissor cut on top and trimmed on the sides...she used her clippers for the entire cut and it was completely uneven. The only highlight was the towel treatment, but thats not enough to go back.
