Great hair cut and the MVP they offer (hot towel wrap, sitting in a massage chair while getting your hair washed. Then topped off with a shoulder massage) is well worth the few extra dollars.Im a last-minute type of person and I really liked not having to make an appointment several days out. The way they have their check-in process to get the first person available or the person you want to cut your hair is fantastic!

Most of the time the experience is good. Lately after getting a haircut i notice bunch of missed spots, especially in the back area where you can’t really see unless you get home to check or ask them to hold the mirror. I guess it really depends on the person who is cutting your hair.

Asked what I wanted. Did what she wanted. Then told me she went off instructions in the computer from a year and a half ago. Why ask? Then, charged me for an adult haircut for my 5 yo. Chunk of hair left on side near forehead. Worst haircut experience. So much for cleaning up the sides and back. #wheresmyhat #summercutinjanuary

Ive been coming to this place for a year, the staff has been great, but in the last 2 months I have been seeing different stylists and the quality has dropped. This is the result of my last hair cut...too much taken off. She didnt even tell me that she had messed up- does she figure that because Im a guy, that I dont care?

Hope listened carefully to exactly what was requested and even trimmed lightening bolts over each ear just as my son had asked. The shop was clean and had plenty of room to social distance. The staff was friendly and professional.

Two months or so ago I had my hair cut elsewhere. The mandatory masks for customers and workers alike was new to me but not to the woman cutting my hair. It was a bad cut, she wasnt rude but exhausted Id say.I tell you this because before having Britney cut my hair (hella nice work) I thought why not just shave my head and not screw with it.To wrap this review up*She listened to what I wanted and gave suggestions & took her time. *I got the MVP, it with comes with a hot towel & shampoo while laying on a massage chair. *In&out no more then 30 minutes.

My two teenage boys went here for haircuts. The haircuts were just OK, and I didn’t think it was worth the money. They washed my boys’ hair and charged extra for it without even asking (and they had just showered). I just felt $60 was a lot to pay for two teenagers who didn’t even want a haircut. Lol

After checking in online, everything was ready when I arrived. Rachel did a great job listening to my requests and making sure my haircut turned out well. Will visit again.

It was fast and clean. 2 star because the hair cut was pretty bad. I came home and finished the cut. And it was 23$and the force you to give a minimum 5$ tip. So 28$ for a 7 minute haircut that wasnt up to par. I know not everyone will only give you 7 minutes but I wont be returning.

Meagen took excellent care of my hair. Only down side is super expensive and they dont offer the extra services like a great barber would: eye brow trim, and straight razor cuts

Nice place for a haircut. Wait times are usually short and the staff is nice. The only negative I can think of is that they seem to change stylists so frequently that I never see the same person.

This place was fantastic! You get what you pay for, it was $43 for the works plus hair products. I was very happy with my service, plus I got to watch the game while waiting and cutting my hair.

Litterally never have a bad time at this location. Used to go to GreatClips down the street, but when this place opened up I havent looked back. Has some longer wait times if you go after work or mid day on a weekend. Recommended time is weekday during lunch rush as its very slow and you can get any stylist.

I continue returning to this location because of the great service I always recieve.

Wait time was 18 minutes and ended up waiting +30 minutes. I signed in but their sign-in system glitched and never placed me in queue. NONE OF THE STYLISTS even acknowledged my existence and asked if I was there for a hair cut. A pity, really. NEVER returning.
