For the last 4 years I have been coming here with every vehicle I have owned. From a sports car to cargo van, they can fix it. From Dodge to Chevy to Ford. Prices are fair and work is typically done pretty timely. They have never tried to upsell me or tell me something needs fixing that doesnt. If I have have concern, its looked at no matter how miniscule. They have always shown me the problem and explained things to me which is extremely helpful as I have anxiety. Mark and his team are pretty awesome. And it makes me happy to support a small, family owned business. I will continue servicing and repairing my autos here! I trust these guys.

Very nice people fair prices and good people

Horrible experience. I had an interlock installed yesterday in my new lexus. The hood and trunk and gas door wont open now and the heat will only blow from the top vents. To top it off the guy went from a brake job to my car and left black fingerprints all over the cloth interior which wont come out even with upholstery cleaner. Im furious but wont have them fix their mistakes and the response shows the quality of the owner who was paid to do a job and I never once said I was in a hurry and even had my other car there and was willing to come back tomorrow and at least I own my mistakes unlike others.

I needed my car fixed and fast. Not only did they accommodate me but also found a vacuum leak that was affecting my idle that I had complained about to several other mechanics over the past year! They all said my car was fine! Now it purrs practically silent again! Got it back better than I expected. I have a 2005 Honda and get it repaired alot.

The dude didnt even hook my car up and said it was the transmission. My car went into limp mode due to a bad ground. When I walked in he was arguing with a customer on the phone.

I had to have emergency service performed when my car lost power on the side of the road and my normal service was not available. They were able to fit me in and did an excellent job. Called me frequently to keep me updated on progress,explained the work, and it was very affordable. Very impressed, I plan to bring my car here for any future repair needs!

Hands down the best service I have ever received at an auto shop in my life. Chad and the other techs did a phenomenal job on my car and even helped me out immensely by getting my car in the same day. The service was fantastic and they are all extremely approachable, friendly, and down-to-earth people. These will be my car doctors as long as Im in the Omaha area. Really, dont bother with the other shops -- these guys will take care of you and not hit you with retail rip off. Ill definitely be back.

Stenbergs is a great shop that always does excellent work at the fair and usually cheapest price. Its a family-run business that he took over from his father hes worked at since he was a teenager. Now his nephew Mark is the head mechanic and keeping with the trend fixing cars at a fair price with above-par service and quality.

My dad was in town from 100+ miles away when his radiator hose blew. After being stranded for a couple hours in the interstate, waiting on the tow truck-I came across Stenbergs shop, which had great reviews. It was also super close to us. The tow guy highly recommended them as well. We couldnt have been more impressed with Waynes (owner) customer service and down to earth personality. He went above and beyond to make sure my dad would be safe for the long ride home that night. He explained everything in detail and only fixed what was wrong, unlike alot of other shops in Omaha. I will only ever come here for any car needs in the future. Love that they have always been a family owned shop with a small town feel. Quality, experience, knowledge, and personality. Thank you again SO much Wayne! You really saved the day!!

Ive taken my 2005 Acura RL here a few times now (currently at 208K miles) and have received great service. They are one of few shops out there that will still let you bring your own parts (which is the original reason I had to find a new repair shop) and their prices are very fair and reasonable. Theyve earned a new loyal customer.

Have been taking my wifes car there for the last couple of years. He always tells us whats going on, only charges for what needs to be done, and nothing more. He will flat out tell you if it is a waste of your money to fix something, and never charges more than what he said it will be. Easily the best shop in Omaha. All his 5 star reviews should tell someone something!

My Trailblazer needed some SERIOUS work to make it safe to drive, but we live on a fixed income. Wayne, the owner of the shop, sat down with me and went over everything, explaining what parts were needed, why they were needed, and he broke down the costs. He knew my facial constraints and was willing and able to work within my budget. In an industry that often gets a bad rap, Wayne and his crew stay steadfast and trustworthy. I was extremely impressed with how thorough the owner was in taking care of my vehicle. He called back 2 different times to follow-up with me regarding my repairs, and even told me to call back in a few days to confirm that the problem was taken care of. I have found my regular auto shop in the Omaha Metro!

Took my car in for a new alternator. They replaced it and a belt for $500. The alternator they gave me was faulty. So, I took it back a second time. They replaced it again... with yet another faulty alternator. I then brought it back for a third time and they finally gave me an alternator that works... but they somehow disabled my esc system in the process, and it wont come back on. I will never return to this shop, and do not recommend it to others. I know about the esc button, the button doesnt work since the last alternator was put in.

Over the decades we have probably had more than 100 repairs done with this business between all our family members. Never a surprise on the bill, and quality work every single time!While i now do most of my own car repairs, anytime someone needs a mechanic I sent them to Stenberg without hesitation, and with confidence that they will be treated fairly. Other members of my family still use them till this day.A rare gem in the sometimes shady world of automotive repair shops!

We had made an appointment for them to fix the heater in my truck before going back to Oregon and they were very informative about what they had done, what they could do to keep cost down, and were welcoming to suggestions. I would suggest this place to anyone who needs car repairs.

They try to scam you they told me I needed power steering fluid and the put the charges for it in the invoice and when I arrived I asked the guy where did he put the fluid, because I have a electric powered stering motor the dosent need any fluid

I brought my pontiac g6 into stenbergs with a damaged radiator. All the other shops in town were over charging to repair it. Stenbergs has fair prices and great work! I requested my car to be done at a certain time and they were able to fulfill that. They are very friendly and honest. I would recommend giving them a call first and saving your time with calling other auto shops.
