I was stranded outside of Lincoln when my a/c went out. Zach dropped what he was doing and even though he was coming 60 miles, he made it very quickly. He even dropped myself and my kids off at a coffee shop to keep cool while he fixed my ac. He was very professional, polite and very knowledgeable. Zach was very thorough when explaining the work that he had done and gave me options to try to save me money. He is now my full time mechanic for life!!! I had my car fixed about 9 months ago at a national company auto repair shop in Omaha. My car was clanking loudly and sounded like a jet taking off when I got over 40. They replaced a front end axle, I believe. I left and it wasnt any better. I took it back and they supposedly changed a wheel bearing. Left, not any better. After spending nearly $1,800 plus another $600 for my heater fan so a total of $2,400, still problem not solved (fan was working now but it actually quit working between visits, hum?) Didnt they drive it after? They couldnt have since absolutely no change in the noise before and after the repairs. They said I needed to come back again for another repair that would cost another $600+. Well, by this time, I was out of money so I drove it like it was for 9 months and prayed a lot. My brother started looking and found 3C Mobile Auto repair. We took my car there and Zach had it fixed in no time. The national shop invoice didnt even show what side they worked on and wasnt able to tell by checking their records after a phone call so it was difficult to know what side needed repaired. Bottom line, they fixed my car, worked on both sides, wheel bearings (had to redo some of the national shops work)and an axle repair and the cost was so affordable. I wish I would have found them sooner. I wouldnt have had to drive that long with a sick car. Sorry I rambled but I am so impressed with the amount of work that was done for the very affordable price they charged not to mention, a very friendly and professional shop. I will absolutely take my vehicle back there again and will be referring them. Definitely found a GEM of a shop.

Went to head back to work from my lunch break only to have my car unable start. I was lucky enough to find Zachs number online as he was able to head out to me immediately. Took him only a couple of minutes to diagnose the problem and get me up and running again. He also took the time to explain to me everything I needed to know to help out in the future. There will be no hesitation as to who gets a call if I need any car assistance while in Omaha.

Zach is one of the best mechanics Ive ever been to. His prices are good, his hours are remarkable and he dosnt cheap out on parts. Hes honest and cares.Hes now my go to mechanic.

Great guy came out and helped us out in a rough patch, prices were fair and he’s super easy going. He helped fix the breaks, we thought it was a transmission problem but he helped us fix it, got it done in about under an hour overall time. Super awesome stuff man. We were coming into Council Bluffs to watch a movie. We live 40 min away. I looked down and the tire pressure was dropping fast. We were still 15 min from town. Called 3C auto. He met us at Buffalo Wild Wings, and fixed the tire in the parking lot. We lost no time, got to the movie on time. Absolutely recommend!

My vehicle broke down in Gretna, NE and thought I would be completely out of luck since no shops are open on sundays. I called Zach and he showed up very quickly and immediately got to work on my vehicle. He did a great job. Zach would 100% be my mechanic for all issues if I lived in the area.

100% Serious; This Shop is THE BEST!Ive been using this shop for 2 years, and they are expedient, polite, transparent, and honest!They come out to wherever Im at to work on vehicles, they are polite to my family, they use analogies to help me clearly understand the issues with my cars (often showing me up close), and they quote reasonable prices that they honor.Theyre so honest, Ive had them speak on my behalf to another auto shop that waffled behind lousy labor, and these guys advocated for me in person so that I wouldnt have to pay twice. On the flip side, when some new parts they installed failed under warranty, they honored their original work and redid it at no charge.They also allow me to procure the parts on my own (I asked) so that I could save money. No unnecessary fixes, no crazy overhead, and no worries!Ive recommended them to friends, family, church members, and co-workers. The only limitation is that they are very small, so they are CASH or CHECK only.

I was able to pick up my truck Thursday- even though I don’t know much about cars, Zach explained to me exactly what was wrong and how unsafe that could have been. My truck has been running so much better since I picked it up- I am so grateful for Zach’s customer care and the quick turnaround. Not only is Zach at 3C a skilled mechanic, but he is just a nice guy! Not only does he come to service your vehicle on site (when possible), but he goes out of his way to save you money by finding parts at the best price! I definitely recommend Zach as a mechanic not only in a pinch, but for regular auto repairs!!!!
