We had some AC work completed, they never called us back when it was done, and they missed diognosed the problem to start with.After we called to see about the car, the second time again it was done and no call about it.So we picked up our car only to find damage to the dash. Anderson’s was extremely rude and failed to acknowledge they damaged the dash.And we still after two weeks have not heard from the owner which we were told wound call us. Tom, the manager failed in customer service protocol and as far as professional, they are far from it!!I would definitely not recommend this company at all! Go next door to the Auto Station, great service and extremely polite, professional and will treat you right!!!

Came in with a window that was stuck in the down position. Very desperate to get it fixed and talked to Dave The manager and he could not have been more nice to my dad and I. 5 minutes after inspecting my vehicle He said it was fixed and there was no charge since all they did was spray some silicone to loosen it up. Very rarely have I found a repair shop that has such honest and kind people and I have absolutely nothing bad to say. Would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Took a newly purchased used car in for new rear wheel bearings. Afterwards, i notice on the invoice that they wrote that there was some noise in other wheel. No mention made of it to me when I picked the car up. Turns out that other noise was a part of the emergency brake assembly left behind from previous owner _removing_ the entire assembly. Not only did Anderson not bother to tell me of this other noise, but never bothered to tell me that the emergency brakes had been removed (obvious observation when removing the rotor for my new bearing). When I called Tom, he told me that hed talk to the tech about it. Never heard back. Never going back either. I found a mechanic that told me that he would NEVER keep that kind of information from a customer. So, I found a new professional mechanic.

This will probably sound like many of the fake reviewd many of the reair shops have on Maps, but this time it is true. Wonderful help and repairs for our old, rusted truck. We limpef along with brake troubles and rollercoaster shocks and a bald tires until a tire blew on the expressway. We finally chose a place for brakes. The first 2 placed wanted hundreds to fix them. Anderson told us it was a loose caliper and bolts that fell out. We were so shocked thats all is was that we asked them to fix all of our shocks, and the tires and give us a tuneup. The truck is so smoothe on bumps now. Brakes are great. Tires look good. Thank you for wrestling with all the rust and fixing it. Some repair shops didnt want to mess with it because of all the rust making it difficultWe appreciate your work more than we can tell you. Thank you!

Great team there. I took my car in for what I was certain was a bad starter. The team couldnt get the car to duplicate the problem. I picked up the car at the end of the day, no charges, and my intermittent starter issues continued the next day. Turns out it was a recall issue that the dealer fixed free of charge. I am very happy that the Anderson team didnt just replace the starter to be throwing parts at it. Saved me a lot of $$. Great customer service. Thanks Anderson team!!

I went to two different mechanic shops and they were estimating me $300+ for a new coolant reservoir. Plus a few hours to get the job done.I came here and they charged me $100 and were done in a half hour. I won’t go anywhere else for sure.

Anderson Auto Care is a very professional shop. All service that I have had done here has been excellent. A very clean, professional shop to take your vehicle to for most any automotive need. They are always in line with their estimates. They have a wide selection of high quality tires and will suggest a less expensive high quality brand if available. I was in the middle of a road trip when I found out that my CV boot was torn on my axle and was loosing a lot of grease. I called Anderson AutoCare when I was about 2.5 hours away from Omaha, they began swapping out my axle as soon as I arrived, and had the whole job completed in about an hour while I was eating lunch. The price for the work was also very fair.What could have been a real pain, and expensive headache, could not have gone any smoother thanks to the quick and good work of the guys at Anderson. Very impressed with this shop.

I needed a used car inspected before considering purchasing it and had Anderson AutoCare do it. They are a very friendly shop and brought up some great points that were very helpful to know as we went back into negotiating the purchase. I dont live in the Omaha area but if I did, Id take my cars there.

Quick and quality service

Had a check engine light come on 3 times within 4 months. I had to pay each time $130 for them to hook up they computer & read the codes. Each time I got charged for work they performed & the check engine light continued to come on. They couldnt tell me what the codes was or why they did work to my vehicle which was not correctly diagnosed. Called after the light came on the 3rd time & was told Dave would call me back. He never called me. Called back a week after no call from the manager & talked to Dave the manager which was very rude, unhelpful, & he also couldnt tell me what the codes was. Also he hung up on me. I would definitely not recommend this repair shop to no.
