My son attends college in Omaha, we, as parents, do not live in Omaha. My son got a flat tire and I found Midwest Tire on the internet and called to see if they would assist my son. They far exceeded my expectations. Very polite, and willing to help my son out. It was fixed within an hour of me calling. Will definitely do business with Midwest Tire again.

I would recommend a different place. In all, they were helpful and nice but they claimed that they didnt scratch my wheel which they did. I check up on my car daily and after i got my tires put on i saw a big scratch on my wheel. They went over it with me and took my into the bay and showed me how they did it, saying it was there before which isnt true. The scratch doesnt look like anything that debris would have done to a wheel, etc. A tool was involved or a someone didnt notice it and remembered what it looked like. Very unprofessional. In all, the tire installation was great but i have to go elsewhere to pay for their problem.

Took 4 wheels with tires there to have 4 new tires put on. I had just painted the wheels. They came & asked if it was ok to put the balancing weights on the outside of the wheels, as they were just painted. It was ok with me. NICE of them to ask! New tires mounted, balanced, loaded & I was ready to go! THANKS Midwest Tire!

Have gone here for new tires and patch jobs with no issues. I always call ahead just to be sure they have my tires in stock. I’ve never not been able to get in day-of. They have a little waiting room with WiFi and coffee, so I’ve been able to work while waiting. Even on super busy days it’s only taken an hour tops. And one time they even drove me back to/picked me up from my apartment which was (at that time) in the Old Market. To help with finding the right “deal”, I usually just ask their opinion based on my driving and tell them I don’t want the cheapest or most expensive tire, and they usually tell me the all-in price on the phone so I know up front what I’m getting in to. I’ve also asked to see if they can recommend something a little cheaper that might not be a popular brand name if I need to come down a little bit on cost. Most of their tires have at least a one year warranty for free patch jobs or low pressure fixes. Comes in handy for when you take a nail or something like that. Good service, no B.S. (but not intimidating either.). Will continue to go here for all my tires in the future.

I came here a year ago because I needed new tires. They were honest about their used tires and even showed me the tread on a used tire. I went ahead with 4 new ones and they are still going strong 4 seasons later ! Highly recommend.

Midwest Tire is always a joy to do business with. We needed tires for an older van. This thing has nearly a quarter million miles on it, and its probably close to the end of the road, so we just wanted good, inexpensive tires, and thats what they gave us. We got out the door for under $400 with a whole set of four. They did the work while I waited, and the waiting area had enough room that I could sit six feet from the other guy waiting. Staff were friendly and the job was done quick. Will be back!

The gentlemen here are quick and courteous. They were able to get my car in quickly, change out my tires, and get me back on the road in no time! They provided honest work for a fair price. Getting work on my car is always a stressful thing for me, but they kept everything simple and straightforward. When the time comes for new tires, I know where Im going.

Got two tires patched last year for around $40, decent service, friendly people, within a couple days one tire was completely flat again, had to go buy another one. Have to fill up the other one constantly, I’m about to buy another tire for that one, too. Asked them when I got the tires patched, if I should just get new tires, & they said no, they should be fine with the patches.

This guys sold me a tire for my pickup truck with double wheels in the back. The wheel that they sold to me was old and went off in a week and kill it and the second tire. When I called them to figure it out they said “we can only return you the money for the bad tire but the second one and the work it’s not our problem” my suggestion is to not go to this place anymore !!!!!!

This place is great for tires and the experience is good! The associates are nice and do the job as you would expect. The speed of the job is a bit slow but I understand. The environment feels a little outdated and if your going to have people wait for over an hour you might want to make their wait more enjoyable with some accessible water or food in the waiting room otherwise some may get irritable.

1st tried getting an appointment online and then just figured I call when I couldnt continue. I called and Jon was SUPER helpful answered my questions, found me a lower price (huge bonus) and they got me in the same day! I was in and out all within my lunch hour! All the staff was super friendly and made me feel very welcomed.

Ive been to Midwest tire in the past about 2 years ago and got 4 brand new tires for my truck they were amazing then and amazing now. I went yesterday to get a used tire for my kia and I was in and out with in 30 mins they even did my reset for my senser. Told me one price iver the phone but was even cheaper when I paid. I will absolutely be coming back there and recommending them to my friends and family. Thanks Midwest tire if I could give u 10 stars u would get it!

..come out to my car....flat tire. See the nail sticking from it. Call MTC company and they say, We close at noon, but we can squeeze you in. (It was 10:30. I get there, hand them the keys and BAM! My car was in and out in less than 90 minutes. Super friendly, affordable even though I had no appointment & STILL serviced my tire. Super happy with these guys top to bottom!

Had a tire blow out on our Class C RV stopped in at Midwest Tire Company and was greated right away told to park right out front as we were also pulling a motorcycle trailer. Ive never written a review before so either Im having a real feel good day, or Midwest Tire is great (probably both).I had a tire puncture. A different place told me they could not patch it (with no explanation) and so I brought it to Midwest Tire for second opinion.1. They treated me like someone who came in to fix their car, not a young female who knows nothing. A million kudos for this and probably the main reason I felt compelled to write a review.2. I rolled up with no appointment on a Saturday. They seemed very busy, yet the owner/manager (I think?) still came right out to my car and got someone looking at my tire ASAP.3. He took me to the shop and explained to me exactly what happened and gave me all options. He didnt question my situation and helped me decide what was best for me.4. They patched my tire right away, and priced me out for a new tire for when Im ready buy one. This price was $50+ cheaper than two other places I got tire quotes.Cheerio, Midwest Tire. Ill be back!

What an honest company to do business with! I took my car in for new brakes...and told them I needed new brakes. When I returned instead of replacing the brakes, they said I only needed a little repair and that is what they did! Took my girlfriend’s car in after her tire blew out on the way to work. I appreciated that they showed me the tire on her car had been worn down on the inside before suggesting I needed a new tire and offered advice for how this can be avoided in the future. There were quite a few people in the shop, but I appreciated that they got a new tire on quickly. I am thankful not only for the quality work and fair price but for their friendliness. Thank you!

When I got 3 used tires they failed to inform me about one of my valve core needs to be replaced. Their excuse for not informing me was the price I paid for the tires they ASSUMED I did not have the money for pay for a new valve core! Which I could have paid for them to change it out! They should always let people know what they need done to make sure the vehicle is safe to drive.

Always been easy to work with and consistently lower prices than the competition. Compared prices with a competitor that offers free oil changes for the life of the tire and Midwest was $90 cheaper PER TIRE. Think I can handle my own oil changes for that kind of savings.

Ive been coming to Midwest Tire for a few years now on the recommendation of a coworker - twice a year to change out from summer to snow tires, and once when I had a flat. The customer service is amazing - highly personalized, fast and accommodating. Im not sure how they compare price wise, but in my mind, its completely worth it to support this excellent local business. I cant recommend Mike highly enough. Give them a try - you wont regret it!
