I purchased a Certified 2019 BMW X3 xdrive 30i from Onyx in February. It has lots of bells and whistles, and rides and drives so nicely. The sales process was very smooth. Jason Trinh, my salesperson, was able to answer all of my questions. I first met him last August while I was walking around the Onyx lot, just looking at the X3s they had in stock. He occasionally followed up to see if I was still interested in an X3, but he did not blow up my phone with texts or emails. When I was ready to look seriously last month, Jason moved the two vehicles I was interested in indoors (it was miserably cold at the time), and had them warmed up, and ready to be looked at and test driven. Again, the sales process was very smooth, and Jason was very easy to work with. Jason did a good job.The only issue I have is that the Title has not arrived, so I havent been able to license the vehicle. I dont know if someone dropped the ball, or if the paperwork is slow due to the pandemic. Im currently two days past the expiration date on the in-transit tags, and Im getting the stink eye from other drivers. Jason says that Onyx will pay any late fees I may be charged, and that Onyx will also fill my gas tank.

Ive been driving a Mini Cooper since 2008, and have seen many changes to our local dealership over the years. Onyx is a cut above the rest.My sales guy Jared was able to find me my white whale, a manual transmission Mini 2 door hardtop with all the options. He got me out of my lease a few months early, and had me down the road in perhaps the easiest dealership experience Ive ever had.George, my finance guy was also wonderful. We went over my lease agreement and available options in plain english, and he made sure I knew what to expect. Later, when there was cause to re-do some of the paperwork, he was able to use Docusign, so I never had to leave the comfort of home to complete the new paperwork. Very convenient!Last but certainly not least, their service department is amazing. Vince, the Mini service writer I most often work with, is wonderful. He remembers me every time I come out with something new. (Potholes ate 6 of my tires a couple years back. I was in there what felt like monthly having one or two replaced!). Hes bent over backwards to make sure I have a good experience and leave happy.Im extremely brand loyal to Mini, and Im very glad that the local dealership represents the brand so well. I cant recommend Onyx enough.

Completely satisfied with a one time service appointment. Being in town only for the weekend with home 500 miles away, was overjoyed to be able to get online at 11pm on a Friday night and in for 9am service on Saturday when my 328D wagon threw a drivetrain malfunction error upon arriving in Omaha. And even an added bonus of being on customer appreciation day with nice complimentary food and beverages was an added bonus. Worked with Service Advisor Vincent Stewart, who kept me well informed. Diagnosed found, declared to be OK to drive back home for the repair (part needed) without worrying about being stuck along the side of the road in the cornfields of Iowa. Overall great experience. Flew in from out of town to buy used Mercedes. Sam picked me up at airport. Car was ready for immediate test drive. Had made deal on phone prior to arrival. Pressed him with maintenance questions etc and he put me in touch with the right people. Finance with Ben pretty flawless. Was on the road in 3 hours. The only reason not rated a 10 is ...and may not be his fault is there were maintenance codes on dash next morning. Was unaware of what a hassle and how expensive another key FOB is. And that the car was a smokers car. I think detailers knew because smell was masked with spray that was worn off next day. My fault. Love the car so far! Tyler is wonderful!! I am very happy with my car and with Onyx. The one complaint I have is with Dave Tylers boss. He told me the extended warranty had no deductible and when I was with finance, they told me that was a lie. I ended up having a $250.00 deductible instead. I dont appreciate being lied to at all. Please make sure Dave the used car sales manager at Onyx is aware of the facts before telling people things like that. This could have made someone completely back out of thier deals! Thanks for working with me and again Tyler and the Finance person Trenton were both wonderful to work with.

Our only hiccup occurred when Onyx could not wire the check from one of the banks they are partnered with, which notably was not Jason’s fault.
