I love my apartment! I moved in March and so far everyone has been so nice and quick at responding to any questions. Brooke the manager has been Amazing! She is so professional and helpful! I wouldnt live anywhere else!
Highly recommend if you enjoy your apartment being broke into from the inside of their “safe” building.Instead of fixing the door handle that was broke on entrance, they fixed the deadbolt lock as if that was going to fix someone breaking in.No compensation for not feeling safe and endangered while on their property.Would steer clear if you are looking for a secure place to live and not be scared every time you enter your “home.”
Ive been living at Tiburon View three months now. Judy, who showed me the apartment, was great very polite called the office to ask a question picked up the first try also very polite. Im on the middle floor and was a little worried at first because I had a neighbor upstairs who like to get up at 4 in the morning and was anything but quiet.thats no fault of the apartment complex though and they moved out my new neighbor is great everyone seems very friendly. Had a problem with the kitchen sink it was fixed in 2 days also had a problem with the garage door it was fixed the same day. Maintenance is awesome. Quiet peaceful atmosphere Walmart at mile down the road also close to restaurants sports bars etc. I would definitely recommend Tiburon View apartments to anyone.
I lived here for a year and it was outstanding! Great and easy access to Omaha, Gretna and all metro area. Beautiful apartment, modern kitchen and appliances, dog friendly, hassle free living. Hector the maintenance man took great care of the property! Highly suggest living here!!
This place is a joke. Good luck ever finding someone in the office, if you call or stop by. I’ve been trying to get my deposit back from holding an apt. during the application process for 3 weeks now, only to find out they still haven’t scanned my payment in from after they assured me they had last week. I leave messages I don’t get calls back. I call from the parking lot when I see people in the office they don’t answer. When I ask for a number for a manager, who is never there they tell me there is no separate number I just have to call the office and basically hope the manager is working that day. For such a large company like Lund that owns so many properties I expect this place to run better, or at the very least run at all. But this has been an ongoing theme for 2 years. Whenever they hire somebody new it’s better for like a month than they go right back to sucking.
Ive lived here for almost 2 years and have never had any bad issues. The community is kept clean, hallways are cleaned, the apartments are in excellent shape, and I hate to be leaving. (Only moving due to job location). Maintenance is always friendly and come as soon as possible. The Property Manager is extremely friendly and goes out of her way to help me and other residents. Im going to miss calling it home here.
I have enjoyed living here at Tiburon View Apartments. I have had no issues with the management or the maintenance staff. Hector is always on top of the issue. If you do not understand what is going on, he is happy to explain the issue. I see the other review speak of just the negatives, however no matter where you go, you will find issues. Its not the complex fault that people are not good citizens. I would recommend Tiburon View Apartments.
We needed a short term lease while our house was being built and this place was convenient and close to our kids schools. One can nit pick all they want, and although it may not be the most updated apartment complex and needs improvements here and there, it is still a respectable place.
Since Lily, the new property manager, has taken over there have been amazing changes! The implementation of the PooPrints, to guarantee cleanliness of the community area and dog park, new website design, and wonderful communication. The other residents are wonderful, they are respectful and polite. Hector, the maintenance guy, is one of the best and so very pleasant. Judy, who works the weekends, is such a sweet sweet woman. There is plenty of parking, which is rare for most apartment complexes. Tiburon has slowly updated each apartment giving every unit a very homey and welcoming feel. Living at Tiburon puts you at the Aspen Creek schools in Gretna School District, which are absolutely amazing. Easy access to the schools, interstate, 370, and Walmart just down the street.
Apartments are nice. They allow you to personalize your apartment for an extra fee which I like. I did $50 extra a month and they installed (laminate) wood floors throughout the living, dining and bathrooms and new carpet in the bedroom for me and its great, you can also pay extra per month for new appliances but I didnt do that. Ive seen some others with that option though and it looks really nice. The fixtures are nicer than most apartments Ive lived in and the appliances I had were older but worked well. My downstairs neighbor is loud but the rest of my building is very quiet and friendly and the noise level tends to be pretty low, hes just a dick which isnt the apartments fault. I dont think they spray for bugs though and they are really bad around the entry ways.they are EXPENSIVE. I pay almost $900 a month all together for a one bedroom, maybe a little more than 700 sq feet. I thought it would be worth it for the nice neighborhood but my car has been broken into multiple times and one of my neighbors had theirs stolen. The only amenity is the tiny dog park which is NOT secure. Ive taken my dog there twice. The first he pushed the gate open and ran away, the second I kept him away from the gate but he easily slipped right under the fence and went running along the shoulder of 370. Hes not that small either, any dog that wanted to could get out of the fenced area.Theyve messed up my bill multiple times by charging me late fees or just extra rent, but the staff is nice and always get it fixed for me.Its much better than a lot of other places but I will probably look for something different when my lease is up. Id still recommend it to someone looking for something in the area, though.
If youre looking for a place with friendly staff, lots of amenities, and a move in special this is NOT the apartment complex for you. The units themselves are very nice, even the ones that have not yet been upgraded. But there is a catch to their rent prices -- the longer a unit stays vacant the more the price goes up. They do this in an attempt to collect back-rent for the time the unit was unoccupied. So basically you are responsible to pay for that unit being vacant even though you had no part in the length of time it was unoccupied. Also, if youre looking for a move in special forget it; they dont run move in specials at this place because we were told they have never needed any to get people to rent. As for amenities there are basically none except a tiny dog park and the ability to use the pool and fitness center at ANOTHER property at 156th & Q. Judy, who only works in the office on the weekends, was very kind and took her time explaining to us the application process and answered all of our questions, providing us great customer service. However, when we encountered Lisa she was nothing but rude and judgmental towards us. She couldnt care less if we moved in or not even though we displayed how eager and excited we were to move in. We were both extremely alarmed at how poor of service she provided us. After the way Lisa treated us there is no way we would even consider living at Tiburon View.
STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The apartments are nice, loved the location and our neighbors were great but the management is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! If you need someone, dont even bother calling because nobody will ever answer or return your call. Be prepared to be billed for literally everything they can find, even if it is false. Youll be a lot happier anywhere else but here, I promise. It was a big mistake to even get involved with these people. I will not recommend this play to my worst enemy. These people are impossible!
I have lived here for almost 3 years and have never had any problems. Hector is very kind and the apartment staff are very friendly.
My experience was extremely horrible here. I tried moving in and getting a place with my spouse, due to having an opportunity for the Gretna Fire Department. Judy was phenomenal and Lisa (different story). Working with Judy, I felt like she wanted to help me as much as she could. When I worked with Lisa, I felt like I was an inconvenience. Customer service is really important to me. I felt like Lisa was considering me to be a liar during my process of trying to get a place. I went to cancel the process and to pick up the deposit check my spouse had written and she handed it to me and said here you go. Usually leasing agents with great customer service skills would want to try everything for someone to join their community. Im glad I made the choice not to live there.
Very quiet place. Everyone is friendly and very quite clean. Everyone keeps to themselves and no one ever really seems to get disturbed here.
I dont even live here and I wouldnt recommend it. I called every number Ive found associated with this complex, left 3 voicemails just to set up a tour, and have heard NOTHING. Also sent them an email. Still nothing. If I cant even get ahold of them to look at a unit, I cant imagine what it would be like to live there and have an issue that needs fixing. I would have loved to take a look around, I love the area. But anywhere that cant answer their phone or respond to an email isnt somewhere I want to call home.
The apartments are nice enough. Be aware that customer service is not their strong suite.Wifi is terrible, not worth the money. On move out they will nickel and dime you for everything they think is wrong. If you move in, nitpick and list every possible defect on the move in sheet. You wont get any credit for fixing anything yourself, call mtce. and wait. There will be billing errors, so be ready to go to them to correct them.Very high price, no real amenities.
Absolutely AWFUL! I lived here for 18 months and was miserable. Several dogs live here and the owners all let their dogs poop everywhere and dont clean up after. Management called me two times and accused me of not picking up dog poop and I always pick up after my dog!???Rent keeps going up and up and they make you pay for (UNSAFE) open wifi that is open to all residents who can tap into one anothers computers.Appliances, carpet, paint on walls is ALL cheap. Wear and tear is bound to happen because everything is so cheapy. We had neighbors above us who had a bird feeder and we would get bird seed all over our deck from it. The garage was not cleaned out before we rented it. It had cobwebs all over the code to open the garage.Management is terrible they never call you when you get packages and leave early all the time when the office is suppose to be open until 5p.Theres no insulation, our bedroom was freezing in the winter and blazing hot in the summer. Windows suck and allow dirt to get it really easily, the blinds are cheap and broke after using them for 3 months. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything! Dont live here if you ever plan on sleeping at all. Dogs bark, babies cry, teenagers fight. Its awful.Maintenance always has excuses for fixing things. The front door to apt had a really bad draft and he blamed the builder and basically said tough luck! There is a dog park but its full of dog poop and cigarette buds are everywhere. The parking lot doesnt get plowed until 10a on snow days which doesnt help when you have to be at work at 8am!They charge way too much for such a dump. Glad we moved out.Stay AWAY!
Great Property and Wonderful Staff!!
God offal apartments as long as youre not in the back corner there is not enough parking for everyone and do the office people care hell no as long as they get the rent they couldnt care less about you or your problems
