(6 month review) Pros - Great experience with management office staff. All are friendly and accommodating. Maintenance team is quick to respond to requests. Cons - Traffic noise can be loud on the Farnam side of the building, day and late into the night.

I recently moved into the Omaha area and have been enjoying it! Midtown crossing apartments is a nice area and everything is in walking distance. Everyone at Midtown crossing have been very helpful and a pleasure to meet. Seth has helped me different times by letting me back into my apartment when I misplaced my keys and answering any questions I had. Seth was a great first person to meet in Omaha and I felt very confident afterwards that I would like the area. Midtown crossing is my first apartment complex and safe to say I dont regret coming here. Come live here now.

Our stay at Midtown Crossing was absolutely wonderful. The staff is amazing. Always so friendly and helpful. Sarah, Angel, and Seth were the best! Highly recommend this and we are coming back. Thank you CIP. See you next year!

We relocated here just 2 weeks ago and we really love it here. I have everything I need in walking distance. I can walk to work, grocery, restaurants, parks, hair/nail salons, cafes, gym/yoga, park and etc. Its a good quality of life. The staff here are super nice, accommodating, and very professional. They make me feel at home. My apartment has a big kitchen and the city view is spectacular. The parking structure is a big plus for the price. This is home.

I moved a month ago and I simply love this place. Everyone has been so nice and responsive. If you have a concern the management (Sarah, Seth and Angel) will do the impossible to help you. I recommend Midtown Crossing 100%.

Lived here for 6 months. Management is very professional and friendly, and although I have only had 2 maintenance issues, both were resolved very quickly. Apartment feels like home - already looking to extend my lease. Also, location and neighborhood are awesome!

I relocated here and have been very pleased. They have a new management company CIP and I have been impressed. They are extremely responsive to all macitence requests (hard working), the office staff is very kind and the location is beautiful. There is always something cool in Turner Park and they have been very accommodating. I recommend!

I have to give a big shout out to Seth. I have lived at Midtown crossing for about two months now & I am grateful to live in such a rad pad. I moved to Omaha cause of a job opportunity. I lived & grew up in Texas. I chose this apartment complex cause of the walking score & opportunity that turner park will bring to my daily life. I put down my deposit before I ever saw the apartment or step foot in Nebraska. I Google earth, map & just really googled the area from my computer back in Texas. Seth was with me every step of the way. Answering all my questions & concerns I had.Once I got to visit, Seth was there to greet me & show me around the complex & show me the apartment I selected. I was really happy with everything & the presentation of the apartment complex as well as Omaha.Move in day, was super super easy. They have a dock & a big size elevator that fit all my furniture with ease. They even had a self build dolly that was awesome to use.Its been two months & I enjoy my new life here in Omaha. I am super happy with my neighbors & the staff at midtown crossing. Seth has been a rock star, still answering my questions about the town of Omaha. Recommending restaurants, parks, bike trails & things I didnt think to ask.I cannot say enough nice things about Seth & the Midtown crossing staff.

Weve been living here since August and we love it. The staff is great and everyone is super friendly in the building. When there is an issue they fix it right away. We live over the gym so you do hear noises at times but it isnt super loud or bad to the point we are bothered by it.

1. management liars.2. apartment too noisy. look like you live in autodrome.3. forget about security deposit. they charge 25-30$ per month apt carpet cleaning fee when you moving out . doesnt matter your carpet clean or not.4. a lot of hidden fees. i personally asked about some fees when i rented this apt. they said no we do not charge that fees. but they charged. when i called to management they said yes you are right. but pay full amount or well send to collection. after payment we will investigate. and passed 2 motnh CIP professional scamers investigating chase. result will be in 2-3 years.

I have lived here for about a year and I love this place! My apartment has an amazing view, nice big windows, and is conveniently located next to several restaurants and shops (and the park!!!). The park holds many events throughout the year/summer, from Jazz on the Green, to Woofstock, to Monday Movies, and my personal favorite, the multi-month Season of Lights in the winter! The lobby has been recently updated in Building 7 and is fully furnished and great if you have to hang out down there waiting for friends or an Uber. There is also a sky tunnel from the apartments to the parking garage, and it is also connected to Mutual of Omaha, which is super convenient if you work there. The sky bridge is cooled in the summer, which is even better. We always have close a spot in the parking garage, which is also well lit at night and pretty secure. By far my favorite amenity, though, is the maintenance portal and the maintenance staff! Whenever I have to put in a request, it is has always been fulfilled SAME DAY or even within an hour! The maintenance staff is amazingly professional and friendly (One of the maintenance staff members--I think his name is Chad--specifically knows all the dogs in our building and always gives my Gryff tons of pets and affection when he sees him). There are so many more amenities that I havent even listed... I would 100% recommend this apartment!

I have been living here for around a year now and have only had positive experiences. The maintenance staff alone make living here fantastic.

It was snowing, windy and freezing. Husband was deployed. It was just me and my newborn baby. I Boba wrapped him on my chest, bundled up with a giant coat. Hi, Im here to pay for the rent. Heres the check. She took one glance at me, snatched the check out of my hand. Thats it. No greetings, no nothing, nada... I just stood there, holding my belly...I asked my husband why I was treated like that, she probably thought I was fat or something...We lived on the 8th floor, the maintenance said the window was missing a screen, its dangerous for our baby and dogs, but it was never fixed.

I complained and asked them on several occasions to help me find a different apartment. I moved in here, only to find out following moving in that I have construction above my head. They gave me 10% discount, which really doesnt address my issue and inability to be comfortable or work from my apartment.These are expensive apartments. I would have expected more, they wouldnt even reply back to my phone call. I left messages and never heard back.

Very unethical and unprofessional leasing staff! The apartment they showed us and agreed upon rent and other terms was rented out to someone else minutes after showing and without any notice to us.

Worst staff ever. Lund Co. seems to not care about tenants.
