I Dont Know About 30 Metro Apartment I Know They Costed To Much...

They only catered to those that they think are their friends they dont like talking to anyone especially management I would not recommend it to no one

Visited a friend. Not that bad of a place but for single women that work say at night I would recommend looking elsewhere

New MANAGER is great but they didnt have any availability

Not very friendly to guests at all.the entire building with the exceptions of, health and human services of ne, Charles Drew health center, and Boost mobile are very friendly, professional, courteous to all patron of their businesses! I recommend their highly! Not so the apartments apart of the complex ! Sincerely Gerald Ray Lesley!

Ive been living in these apartments since theyve open. I will say it was a good experience in the beginning. However, since changing property managers many times 30metro has gone down in all areas of quality, value, professionalism, and response. Also, to note Im a quiet resident, not distributive, needy, etc. and Ive noticed this. Its clean sometimes, however most of the time its not, the current property manager is non-responsive and helpless, theres VERY little security for the building (only cameras on site is from Charles Drew) for this area leaving secured doors to be broken, the $42.63 service fee to pay for rent online, (advertise paying online during the pandemic but doesnt mention the fat service fee) and I could go on. Im happy to be moving soon, however, I will never recommend any property of Seldin. Also to mention, Im sure its a conflict of interest to be a property manager giving your apartments a 5 star review, but thats not my business.

Great facilities and offerings. Close to college campus. Extremely lacking in security control after hours, and personnel. Would be more ideal to see an on site security staff of 2+ after hours, versus a subpar corporate drive thru service that misses incidents.

Hallways and parking lots are clean. Building appears to have good security.However I loved Mr. CS WHICH WAS REMOVED DUE TO DETERIORATING CONDITIONS.

This a building that my company owns. Its amazing one the inside, very convenient.

Use to live here

My daughter has been trying to get into these apartments for over a month at least twice a week they want more paperwork shes a full time working college student which is supposed to make it easier to get into the apartments. She was advised by the office manager she would be moved in by the end of November here we are almost a full week into December and theyre still asking for more information. It didnt take me that long to get a whole house and my credit is not the best so which one of the blood sucking vampers do you have to get bit by to get into these apartments? She shouldve just took the first apartment she was offered intstead of these even though they claim theyre more economical. Dont hold your breath waiting to get in here. You and your kids will be done passed on before youre able to get into these still being renovated apartments.

I am pleased to domesticate within my domicile in a modern dwelling such as this one.

Good looking building, Affordable apartments, good place for MCC student to stay. I dont see any negatives as long as it is well managed.

My dad has filled out paperwork to get in an appartment even gave the application fee and they lost it 3 times now he is handicapped and needs to get out of where he is now.Can i talk with a manager about this or my dad.

Dont ever get into a fight they will put you out without warning but I havent been assaulted twice while I was staying there once by a tenant and the other one by my friend, they are to supposed to be low income-based and are not and the manager Crystal told me to leave and said she wouldnt put it against me as an eviction I just found out it is on my credit report as a eviction
