I cant express enough how pleased I am with Deans Capital City Detailing. Their quality of work was well beyond what I expected. The level of detail and care was amazing. I was going to sell my car, after their detail work, I am going to keep it. They were extremely professional, friendly and provided fantastic customer service. They called me mid-way through the day and updated me on some evidence of mice and even inspected areas I had no idea they would review for me. I would recommend anyone to them. I called to book an appointment for a hand wash & hand wax combo. The person helping me on the phone (presumably the owner), was very detail oriented...asking a lot about my vehicle in order to make sure everything would be done just right. Even more so, he even gave me free tips and tricks of the trade in order for me to be able to take care of the car after my scheduled service. I felt extremely good about this.However, a week later: I showed up to my scheduled appointment 10 minutes early to drop off my vehicle and return to work. When I pull up, it is clear they weren’t even expecting me. When the owner comes out, he barely acknowledges that I had an appointment time. He then says he cannot see me today as he has other vehicles he is obligated by contract to do first.When I asked why he simply couldn’t call me to reschedule (rather than me wasting my gas and time away from work in inclement weather, he simply said he wished he could have gotten a hold of me. I had no missed calls or messages.There was no offer to make things right or any gesture to make it seem like he valued my time. I was just told I’d have to reschedule, which obviously isn’t going to happen.Beware of this business. The only reason it isn’t a one star is because he was nice on the phone and I feel like I could use some of the tips. But this clearly isn’t a professional way to handle a situation that was clearly fumbled on their end.

Dean has done two of our vehicles and were absolutely satisfied. Hes easy to work with, returns calls quickly and is flexible with dropoff/pickup. His prices are very reasonable and was able to work us in quickly.

Really really good Job. I highly recommend this Shop. Dean is very personable and I was just so impressed with how my truck looked. It was in pretty rough shape with lots of hard water spots and hadn’t really gotten washed in 7-8months and he made it look like new!
