I brought a dodge sprinter motor home, they were able put it up on the Lyft And do a transmission Service, oil change, brake fluids. They are professional. I am very pleased with the entire experience.The prices are fair

Great customer service, honest and transparent. I will only be taking my business here and 10/10 recommending my friends and family. From scheduling to explanation of work done the service did not lack and unlike other big box companies we did not feel like we were just a dollar sign. BEWARE of this shop. I went in for a wheel balance, and they ended up charging me $100 to diagnose my car and said that they dont work for free. I never said I wanted anything for free.You guys shouldnt argue with customers if they ask what the amount entails. I was able to have them cut the charge in half, but Im extremely disappointed I was charged an amount and never got what I went for in the first place. Listen to your customers and make them feel like they are valued and not try to manipulate them into getting something they dont need.The situation couldve been avoided if the gentleman in the front didnt get so overly defensive. Gary, the owner, came in and didnt make the situation much better. He as well said we dont work for free. I guess its the way you choose to do business. Good luck, because I thought I found my new mechanic. Sadly, I was wrong.

They did such a great job on my old Honda! And were respectful, realistic, honest, and personable in all our interactions. Left my car even cleaner than I left it. I had a few things wrong and they told me all that was wrong, what needed to be done to get me back on the road today, and when I would really need to do the other things. Will trust them again.

Boss Auto is my new mechanic!After an accident that ended my minivan, they had my backup vehicle up to snuff and running smooth in less than 2 days. Great rates, great staff, great work, cant say enough about em!

Used them for the first time, needed an oil change on a SUV. They did a thorough exam found fouled rear differential oil and was changed on the spot. Their work was fast, professional. Their waiting room is the best I have ever seen. It has new furniture, TV, hot coffee or cold water. They are also attached to a Chevron convenience store, making this a very convenient place to wait for auto service.

My car needed a new battery - it wouldn’t even hold a charge. Seven had to go to the dealership to get the correct batter for what I have (older hybrid). He went out of his way to help me get my car started. Excellent customer service!!! Nice to know that it still exists these days. I would highly recommended Boss Auto Repair.

Our car started stalling just 2 minutes from here so we took it in. Seven and his colleague were great- they prioritized helping us and took the time to explain our car’s problem to us. They had us back on the road in couple of hours. I especially appreciated that they didn’t pressure us to spend extra money, they seemed to be very much on our side. Warmly recommended!

Brought my Chrysler Town and Country in (walkin) for AC service. Thought I had leaks but just a recharge was required. Was done in about an hour. Very friendly service and pleased with the result. Will be back for all my regular maintenance.

Went to get new tires, they couldnt get one of them off due to a stripped lug bolt. Went to boss, they pulled my car right in, quoted me below the compitition, took care of it right away and i was back at the tire store 30 minutes later. Great service and will return.
