Great communication and timeliness. I am blown away by how clean my SUV is now. He got tons of dog hair and caked in dirt out of the back and four years of kid stickiness in just a little over three hours. So happy with his work!!!

Dan did an exceptional job yesterday. He came to my house on time and cleaned my car and made it look like a brand new car. He also scraped the black painting from the glasses which was very tough. Overall, I am very satisfied with his service. Thank you Dan!

I was really not impressed. I told him what kind of car I had and that we have dogs. First off he said he wouldnt have a Subaru, I have a Forrester, then complained about the hair. Dogs dont normally go with but weve had some vet visits this past month. He cleaned the back end, that had been covered by a rubber mat and a wheelchair and cleaned the rubber floor mats then came to the door and said he wasnt doing any more cussed and said he wasnt spending 8 hours on it. Took his $125 and left. Carpets havent been cleaned, upholstery not vacuumed, windows not washed. Not nice! Not again either.

I had a need to have my SUV cleaned due to food and drink spills that accumulate over the years. I shopped online and called a few places. I found Dans website and decided to give him a call. His prices was very competitive compare to the other local shops. With Dans service it is very convenient. He comes to your place. We agreed on a date and time, and Dan showed up to my house as agreed and did his magic. I wasnt home to inspect his work at the time. But when I got home, I was in awe. The car looked and smell like new. I was so impressed with his work that I had to call him up and thank him for a job well done. Ive had Dan do several detailing jobs over the past few years . I just had my car done today and he will be back Friday for some company trucks. I love that he comes to the office and he does a great job! I love getting back into my car when hes done! PS I have a dog (dog hair can be a headache) and its like I dont even own a dog when hes done! Highly recommend him.

Dan did a good job on the carpet but thats it. #1 make sure you inspect the car before you pay him. I wasnt home and my wife didnt give it a good look over. After reviewing the car there were multiple plastics that never got wiped down, small center compartments that never got wiped out, none of the vent fins got dusted off, none of the interior glass got cleaned, the door jamb on the driver side was the only one wiped down out of 4 doors. When I first talked to Dan, he assured me he would do a great job and thats why his prices are a little higher than the other guys. I feel like nobody was here to look over his shoulder so he took advantage of the situation and did a fast sloppy job, got his money and ran. I was very disappointed in the whole situation. Sorry to all the mobile detailers but from now on I will only take my vehicles to legit shops dedicated to auto detailing.

Its that time again and many cities are currently doing road painting. Apparently I was behind one of the painting vehicles when I had to make a maneuver to get out of the way of an oncoming vehicle that crossed the median. I didnt realize it until afterwards that the road had been freshly painted. I ended up getting paint all over my vehicle, across the front, down the sides and even on the back. My running boards were plastered in it. After spending hours desperately trying to get the paint off, I finally decided to seek some professional help. I had just gotten out of the hospital after treatment for a heart condition and this wasnt helping matters any.I called Dans Auto Detail and told Dan about the situation and asked if he could help me out. We agreed to a price and arranged a time for him to come over. He even offered to share information on the methods he would use in case I wanted to instead try myself. How unexpected, that he would try to assist me with advice rather than just take the job!On appointment day, Dan came over and assessed the situation and unsuprisingly shared his astonishment at just how much paint was plastered on my vehicle. There were sections that were around 3/16 of an inch thick. It got on the composite, the chrome, just about everywhere. I think he mentioned that in all his years of doing this, hed never seen one so bad. He got to work and removed as much paint as he could. After spending some time with it, he let me know he was finishing up and we looked over the vehicle together. Just as he warned me, some of the paint was just too difficult to remove, for instance it was rock hard and practically fused to the chrome. Though I was a bit disappointed at the situation, I still thought that Dan did an amazing job. The body of the vehicle looked great and overall he managed to get most of the paint off. Here comes a suprise, Dan was only willing to accept partial payment because he felt that he didnt finish the job even though prior to taking it, he warned that not all of the paint may come off. I disagreed and felt that he did great and wanted to pay him the full amount we agreed to but he insisted no.The very next day I get a call back from Dan, yet another surprise! He asks if I will still have the vehicle available and tells me that hes thought of a way to try and get the rest of the paint off. He was apparently unhappy that he wasnt able to finish the job the first time even though again, I felt he did a great job. He comes back over and immediately gets to work and this time he gets almost all of the paint off of the last remaining areas that were thickly coating the delicate, hard to reach areas. Wow! What amazing service!Dan, thank you so much! You really are amazing and I appreciate how much you helped me out. Youve truely gone well above and beyond all expectations.I know that every situation is unique and your results may very, but I felt so compelled by Dans level of service and character that I just had to share this story.
