I actually ended up calling State Farm by accident, thinking I was contacting our, now, previous insurance holder. We’ve always had a great experience with this provider, so I was reluctant at first to possibly make the switch over to State Farm. However, this office, specifically Sheena (hope I’m spelling your name correctly!), has been absolutely fantastic. Very profession, incredibly responsive, and kind. I needed a renters policy the next day for our apartment we were moving into and they got on it so quickly. Sheena respected my wishes, did not try to sell me too hard on anything other than what I asked for, has been a great communicator, and when she was unavailable due to a meeting, the receptionist (or other agent, not sure, but you are fantastic!) did as much as she could to help me until Sheena was available again. They both even stayed after business hours to make sure I got what I needed. I was most impressed when I was told, “You come first. Our customers always come first.” It was then that I remembered their slogan - “Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there.” I think that rings true so far, and for me, moving my family and myself across state lines to a new place where we don’t have any local support, that says a lot. It makes me feel like I can depend on my insurance company to take care of me and my family should something happen. Gives a sense of security, whereas before, I simply thought of my insurance provider as just an insurance company. So personable, relatable, connects well, conversational, and (what matters most to lots of people) cheaper than our previous provider! All around a winner. Thank you ladies!

This has been my best experience with car insurance so far! I had struggles on where to have my car insured when I was planning to drive down from Canada. So if it is something you wanna check into with I would say this is the best you will have. I tries 3 other insurances and it seems like they didn’t even bother to check my driving history. Plus, I had the great experiences with the representatives. Oh no, I am so sorry I can’t remember her name now. But thank you!Now I have to go on a leave and I totally forgot that I can actually change my plan while the car is non stationary and just parked at home. Renattas office has always been friendly and reasonably easy to reach. Its easy to navigate all types of insurance, and rates/discounts are competitive. However, I usually get answers to insurance questions such as I think so or yes, I believe thats right. Im a little dissatisfied with the level of professionalism. I am always a bit scared that if it comes time for a claim, these unsure-ities might turn out to be false.

Had a recent billing discrepancy with a vendor that serviced my glass replacement and Michelle took the time to make a few calls and got it straightened out within the hour of me calling! In the recent wind storm, our shed roof was damaged. Even though the cost of repairing the damage was well below the deductible, Michelle demonstrated her concern for customers by going well above and beyond the call of duty.
