My wife and I moved back to the Puget Sound area in 2018 and looked for new insurance. Allstate was close and had a competitive rate. After a year with them our auto policy went up by 26% for no reason. During a global pandemic our driving was greatly reduced yet we were spending more. Allstate is constantly asking for reviews and how are we doing so I sent in my complaint but never got a reply, do they really care how they are doing? Anyway I got yet another email asking for a review so here it is. For the first time in 20 years I had a bad year back in 2018. Got a ticket and clipped a car with a trailer I was pulling. as soon as those are removed we will be going back to State Farm.

When we were shopping home owners insurance, other agencies said we were too far from a fire station. We recently had a false alarm and the Emergency vehicle came in less than 10 minutes of the call. Our insurance is is a good value and the agent is always available for questions.

Darlene herself isnt unreachable, but Doty and the rest of the team have always been not just willing, but EAGER to help.There are cheaper policies out there - and I remember when, like an idiot, I chased price. I came back after not too long. Now they handle my home and auto, and I wouldnt think of changing for price.

Do yourself a favor stick with these agents. The customer service quality is through the roof. Dropped all my other agents that I could never get ahold of or werent in thier office during thier office hours.
