Local agents may be fine, but if you actually have a claim you will be forced to work with the dumbest claim managers on earth. They are all in the Deep South and totally incapable. LM must pay them $1 an hour. We have been customers for 20 years but didn’t have a claim until this year. I can’t wait to get a new insurer once this is over.

They have always paid promptly. I was rear ended by an uninsured driver texting, they paid me promptly including all my doctor visits. They have been very insurance informative and have consistently been lowest in premium costs. I like this company.
