My current insurance company told me it would be a 72 hour call back. Im new to getting an insurance policy for my car, and dont know very much about the process. If youre anything like me, I highly suggest this insurance agency! Each time that I reach out, or ask a question regarding payments and understanding how the process works on getting a policy, these agents have helped me every step of the way! They break it down for me, always are willing to answer even the simplest of questions, and want to help you get what you need! Would give zero stars if possible.They issued the policy with the wrong last name because they didnt bother to check it, Tasha was in charge in this case. Then a few months later, raised my rate substantially after they corrected my last name. Everything else was the same, so thats obviously just discrimination against my last name.Then the worst thing is when I decided to cancel, the refund I was issued was issued with the incorrect last name, and my bank refused to cash it (rightly so). Now I have to wait weeks for a replacement, if it even is fixed (the wait time was too long to fix it now, apparently).Oh, and they are not allowing Visitors at this time. I had to wait outside. Im not a visitor, I am a customer. I had a mask on, I should not be required to wait outside.

Ive always had great experiences dealing with this office. All communication has been quick and friendly. I never dread calling because I know I will get a prompt response even if they dont answer right away. All consultations have been friendly and extremely informative. Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend going through Tom Kuhlmamm with State Farm for auto insurance. I was paying almost twice as much with Dairyland for multiple years and now Im saving a significant amount of money and getting better coverage with a lower deductible. He is extremely professional, personable and easy to talk to. Well worth the time it takes to make the call and get a quote!

I was about to go to some cut rate insurance agent who asks you to Honk for them, when a friend, Christi Dunlap-Wells, suggested I check out Tom Kuhlmann at State Farm. I am so glad I did. I was thinking I would have to pay at least $100 a month for just liability, but Tom got me Liability, plus 50/100 Underinsured motorist, and roadside assistance, for about $65 a month. WOW!!! OK, the best part? His office was not taking In person appointments, because of COVID-19, but, since it was late, and he was the only one in the office, he gladly took me in and set me up in no time at all. I am very happy with my new plan, and would HIGHLY recommend Tom Kuhlmann at State Farm.

This team is OUTSTANDING in service and TRULY goes above and beyond! They are the real deal!I have had some pretty outlandish situations, which required a extra levels of assistance beyond your standard, and each time I reached out to them, they have consistently gone above and beyond to assist. It doesn’t matter who I talk to, each staff member treats me like I am the most important person to them, and am an absolute priority. When a matter takes more complicated assistance, and required a call back, they were diligent about calling back, and under promised and over delivered in the time frame. When I was in a tight timeline of needing documentation, and was unable to wait for mailing, they stayed late in the office on a Friday afternoon to make sure I could come pick up what I needed before the weekend. These folks are incredible!!! And this is only the office staff!I have been transferred between several agents since my original State Farm agent retired, and had actually just been starting to do some research about switching insurance companies because of how insignificant and unimportant I was feeling in the shuffle of agent moving being done at State Farm.Then I was in a bizarre situation where I needed advice that normally you would get from an agent that had a long-term relationship because they knew you well and cared about your success. I didn’t know how well that the conversation would go because I hadn’t been with Tom’s agency too long, and I had never spoke to any of the staff...and I wasn’t sure if he would even really care. The outcome had nothing to do with him, my policy, or his profits at the end of the day.I called to speak with him, and had to leave a message for him with his staff because he was super busy, and had a really busy day ahead - I told them it was really urgent and time sensitive - he called me within 20 minutes, and made time to speak with me for about 45 minutes to talk through a personalized situation to get his perspective in his area of expertise. He was AMAZING. He took the time to hear me out, understand the situation, give me some solid options, make sure I understood where my liability and responsibility was, and was super helpful and supportive in making it clear that he had my back.He made no money in that time. I didn’t change a policy, or increase coverage. I didn’t refer a friend. He literally just showed up for a random client that he has never met before who needed some advice, and said it was important. He was PHENOMENAL.In my opinion, this is what insurance is supposed to be about...and I didn’t even know it was possible anymore. These days, it’s typically about online portals, social media, likes, apps and 800 numbers. But this agency literally has a whole team of people who are genuinely invested in my success as an individual, and it shows.I will be a client for the long haul!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️
