I spoke with Irene today over the phone. She was very helpful and answered all my questions about the changes in insurance dealings over the years. Cross insurance found us better coverage at a lower cost. Any time I need to call we always get courteous help from knowledgeable people.

Abby from Cross insurance agency came to our need in a time of relative desperation. We had been members of another insurance company for almost 20 years. When it was time to arrange for insurance during the purchase of our first house, this other insurance company fell extremely short on customer service in a way that may have prevented us from making this incredibly important and special purchase. I contacted Abby and she came through wonderfully. We shifted our housing and auto insurance to her stewardship and have been extremely happy with the service we have received.Abby is hard-working, compassionate and very honest. Talk about customer service! The people here are good listeners who provide appropriate insurance advice. A good array of the better companies work with Cross. I have been quite satisfied with the agency and nice staff. We have been with then for 15 years. Recommend!

Ive had over a year with these people, and through them they have set up my car insurance as well as my renters insurance.The ladies here are always incredibly nice, and extremely helpful. So much so that I often call them with any issue I have through the auto or renters provider, and instead of advising me (which they surely would do) they usually just fix it for me over the phone.Found me low rates, and the first time I walked in, they sat there and explained everything, and walked me through information that normally would go far over my head, that I expected there would be some sort of fee for their time. There wasnt. I know nothing about insurance, and they explain everything.Five stars, highly recommended. In fact I dont think Ive had service better than this, and you wont be disappointed.

This place is a mess. First experience when going through them everything seemed fine except they forgot to let my mortgage loan company know and my escrow co paid both the old company and the new company. I have not since then been able to resolve this issue. Then in August I needed to change my policy and was told Steve was working on this. I receive notice 9/3 from my old insurance co that the policy renewed??? I call Cross, and Steve is no longer working there, no-one bothered to check his files or followup with any pending work. The agent didnt even know where to start. I dropped them. Insurance is a serious business, its a serious need and any agent with such incompetency should not be trusted with such a serious need.
