I always have a great experience with the stylists at sport clips. Never once walked away feeling like my hair cut was bad or not quite what I expected. Conversations are always fun, MVP service is great, and the price is perfect too. Online check-in really makes things a lot easier. You dont get an exact appointment but it beats waiting in line for hours and not knowing when you will be next.

Casey has been fantastic, this place is A+#1!I especially like that they have hair products available but arent pedaling them aggressively! I get it, everyones looking for the upsell but i dont need the full court press every 2 weeks... after a while it starts to feel disingenuous and aint NOBODY got time fo dat!

Best place for a cut

The staff here are super professional and are amazing at what they do. If you need a great hair cut and need someone friendly to just chat with this is the place for you.I always feel welcomed here from the first moment I walk into the door. I will continue to come back to this location.

Place is really nice. It is very clean and the staff are very nice. I havent had a bad cut once from them and Ive gone probably 7 times this year.

Room full of people two people are cutting hair. One finishes and goes to lunch or something. Still a room full of people now one person cutting hair.I keep trying to give this place a chance but it always bites me.Find a real barbershop or go across the street to great clips or Walmart

Like this place. First time had a bad experience and was jumped over by a stylist. I am older, and apparently the stylist Melanie was more intrigued with a much younger client that came in 30 minutes after I did.No tip for her, I give tips on a regular basis. If you have a sign in wait list then make sure you follow that list.Definately this was a case of age discrimination.

I always go here to get my haircut. Ever since I started going to a sport clips my blonde hair has not been butchered up by a hack. I enjoy going here after going to other places that always messed up my hair . I finally decided I would stick with these guys. Not to mention they always have ESPN on lol

Rude customer service. They are too busy to cut your hair, everything is in rush. I feel discriminated for some reason. There are some better places out there.

Id recommend training your staff. I came in to buzz my hair and it looks like I did it myself at home. The girl was scared beyond belief to cut my hair. Now Ill go spend more money somewhere to fix it.

This was my first time a sport clips and they offered me mvp for being first time. Its was great i will be getting the mvp everytime. They was alittle understaff for the rush they had but all the employees did everything they could to keep up. They did a great job. OShaya was my stylist and she did a great job. Went with my boyfriend, it was super busy. Many men left because of the wait. They also got a new kiosk system and were learning how to use it which caused problems for many people checking in. My boyfriend finally got in a chair, the woman rushed cutting his hair, and sent him on his way. Every time my boyfriend comes there is trouble with the card reader as well.

Their website says Error 504 every time I try to check in online. I called the location but they wont check me in over the phone, so my only option is to wait for an hour in person. Or go somewhere else. Guess which one I chose?
