Always super nice girls that no how to cut hair

We know Sport Clips is a franchise but this one always treats me right. I am now a regular here and will make time to make it here for a hair cut even if somewhere else is more convenient. I normally ask for Amber (who might actually be the manager) and she always treats me as well. You cant go wrong with any of the ladies here though. At most of these sort of places they show you product after your haircut and I have found that this is the best time to tip... Unless you are wanting a salon priced bottle of hair goop.

I would like to write something very positive about your staff, one in particular Kelsey she is just wonderful, very attentive, professional, attention to detail and what I noticed more about her is that, she is she has a BIG HEART and has so much compassion for what she dose! she is an asset to your company! I say the same about Lauren also who works there!

Amazing cuts and stylist. My stylist is lesli and I have not changed since. They are great at what they do and know how to treat theyre customers right. The hot towel massage is amazing. Definitely a game changer.

Told the stylists what i wanted for me and my son. But did not get it. The back was too high and was not faded. Stylist went straight up from side to the near top of the back of my head. And for my son, good thing i caught it before it bacame a disaster. Told the stylist slick back and faded it to the to the back and she still tried that undercut and comb it to the side. No body listens. Guess thats the reason why they have the less line compare to the other sports clips.

They claim not to offer the triple play, claiming no button for it while other locations still offer it.

Ive had good experiences from this place and Ive probably going here for the past few months now. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They always keep track of what haircut you got last time, so each visit is easy and painless.

Watch sports while getting your haircut! Had a great visit today after several months away. Dani was great as always. They have taken all the necessary precautions to ensure safety and still get your hair cut! I recommend the double or triple play because the hair wash and scalp massage is nice, and the back and neck massage is very relaxing.

I went in for a haircut. The cut is uneven and needs to be cleaned up, but I dont trust this place to be able to do it. Im not very happy.

I have another review on a barbershop. That was one a little weird; i let my hair grow out. It was horrid. I walked into this barber with a little less, but they delivered what they promised; a clean haircut. I got what I asked for, and even better, service was extremely well. The only major downside is the long wait, but theres plenty of stores and restaurants around to pass that time by. Even if the wait knocks off a star, i still would have given it back; the wait was worth it. If you know what you want (or dont, as I found out), you will find the wait worth it.

My son gets his haircut by Lauren. He loves going to her, she always cuts his hair perfectly! She is the only stylist that we will goto. We always make appointments online and usually show up about 10 minutes before our appointment and never have to wait that long when we arrive.

I have been going to this one for many years now have seen girls “employees “ come and go so far for the past few years I’ve been lucky enough for Kelsey to have stayed with them it’s always good to go in and not worry about how your hairs going to end up although their have been quite a few millennial men “babies” who wait till their hairs already cut to complain and make a total fool of themselves in front of everyone waiting just so they can get a free service or discount .. but always entertaining.. they handle issues well to not cause a ruckus ..

Made appointment, showed up on time, wearing mask. Told to wait outside in 13 degree temperature. Forget it!

I came in here Tuesday as a walk in because I happened to be in the area. I was surprised to find out they not only cut my hair, but all of my hairs. She did it in a fashion that made me look good. She was cool to talk to too. I will probably be back if my hair grows back.

All the stylists there are excellent and on point!!! They give sorr superb, upscale hair cuts, not your average everyday cuts. There MVPs are so relaxing, especially after a long day! When you walk out you look like youve just walked out of a photo shoot!

Kelsey is the best and most consistent stylist Ive had in years. I drive 30 minutes so see her every 3-4 weeks. She is engaging and truly cares about her craft. Go see her and make sure you get the MVP!

Kelsey has been cutting my hair almost 6 years and shes the only.reason I keep coming back. Shes the only.one who knows how to cut my hair properly and I couldnt be happier. She deserves the best.

I had the best haircut experience ever. Going from home town barbers that cut your hair and pat you on the shoulder to this was crazy! I left feeling like a king and I only spent 10 dollars more than I usually do.

Told the stylists what I didnt want, even pointed it out on another customer. What did I get? The exact style I didnt want. And even that wasnt very good. Her manager had to fix it. I cant remember her name. At least they didnt charge me for the cut.

I have always loved getting my hair but here! Olga was super fun but she had to leave. Courtney is fantabulous though so Ive never gone a time without someone who knew what they were doing.

The environment is very laid back and comfortable. Leslie was great and personable.

Great haircuts for Men/boys, Kelsey has cut my hair for years and has done an amazing job! They are all so friendly, and it has a great environment too!

I come to this location often because the cuts are always good plus the stylists are friendly. I went last night at close by mistake and instead of being told that I was too late they helped me anyway. Better yet, they assured me it wasnt a big deal. I can say that I will continue to come back especially for that reason alone.

Haircut was fine. Checked in online showed up 5 mins early. Wait list said I was on deck. Then they changed it waited another 45 mins.

Ive gone here for 5-7 years and had Olga cut my hair, I have always liked the place and she does a great job. However, today I called to see if she was there to swing by, but the lady who answered the phone said she is no longer employed there. Does anyone know where she works now?

This Sports Clips is a joke now and has been getting worse and worse over the past 2 years. I have been there a few times in the past 24 months, and each time I am somewhat disappointed at something that happened. My visit this past week was very disappointing and so much that I walked out and called another location and drove over 10 miles to get to their store location for my haircut. When I arrived, NO one greeted me again, which is pretty normal, or if they do greet you, it sounds like they were bothered to greet you. I checked in online and when i got there my name was on the digital board as on deck, so that appeared to be a positive until I asked if I could use their restroom and told them I was On Deck, and when i returned I was bumped down from on deck to a 10- minute wait. I actually saw the next stylist bring the next guest back to her stall, and no one acknowledged what just happened. I stood at the counter a few minutes trying to get their attention, and no one looked my direction or offered to see if i needed help. Wow......so I sat down and waited 15 more minutes and one of the stylists asked if I had checked in on the computer, and i told her that I did online. She said that if i dont check in on the computer when I arrive, that I will be bumped down. I asked her why i was not told that when I arrived and when i asked to use the restroom or when i returned? She did not acknowledge my question and told me that the system will eventually delete me. So then she passed me again and took back another guest by calling their name, and that made me a bit angry inside. So i sat there a bit more, and a gentlemen to my left said that he does not like to come to this location either, and the only reason he did come was to visit with his son and hang out together. He said that he has noticed that the service has been very poor over the past year and I agreed with him, and that is when i decided to walk out. No one of course tried to run out the door and apologize and see if I can be satisfied in any other fashion. I called my other location and told them what happened and drove directly there and they actually paid for my hair cut, which was completely unnecessary for them to do, but that type of treatment really made me feel better about the situation. She even called the 2nd in command and told me that he would be calling me today or tomorrow, which was on a Saturday. It was a nice gesture, but the 2nd in command manager for this region never did call me on Saturday or Sunday and to this day, i have not heard from them. i really like my location that I go to and all of the stylists are friendly and really show they like their jobs, but this location at 119th and Blackbob is a horrible location to go to, unless you are just as rude as they are and maybe you will like the mutual treatment. I treat people with respect and will never cower down to anything less than professional respect, so why this is happening at this location is a mystery to me and it appears many other Olathe residents too. My son and I both go there and have had excellent service and wonderful haircuts every time. They do what you tell them to do so if you come out looking worse than when you went in its probably your fault.

I sat in the store for 20 minutes when they had 2 barbers and one customer. I then waited another 10 after their single customer left and still nobody had come to cut my hair. Totally unacceptable, Ive been getting my hair cut here for years and now I am seeking a new barber.

Rushed, simple haircut, and beard trim. Nothing great. Kinda overpriced. My stliyst smelled like an ashtray, and didnt make conversation. But her work was well done.

The stylist seem the have conversations amongst themselves and forget they have someone in their chair.

Nearly every time I go here I get a barber that screws up my hair. Just recently I went and asked for half an inch to see how thatd look and maybe a full inch if I wanted it. She cut it pretty sloppy both times and I told her maybe just a tiny bit more, and she took off nearly another inch. I will never be returning to sports clips.

Wait is usually over an hour for a sub-par haircut. They are constantly rushed because its so busy, and the haircut usually isnt that great because of that. Not sure why I keep coming back in all honesty.
