I went to this dealership yesterday to get my oil changed and a checkup on my car. When I arrived at this car lot I met Joe 1st. Joe works in service department he greeted me with a smile and professionalism. While I was there I was interested in finding out what tires and rims would cost me along with some other extras would cost me, Myles the parts guy again was super friendly and professional. Seth and Michael the mechanics did a great job taking care of my car and with respect. While I waited on my car Billy chatted with me to help the time past. If I could give this dealership 10 Stars I would. I felt like I went back in time when people cared and old school customer service(you remember the time when people had common courtesy opening doors for the ladies) from the time I got there until I left I felt like I was at my families house with people that cared. I will always use this dealership and tell everyone I know how wonderful these people are. Oh and Miles was comic relief funny guy. Thank you again for going above and beyond guys you did a fantastic job. So where do you fo to buy a car or get service? This is the spot!!!!!

I traded in my Jeep Unlimited here a month ago and they quickly put my lien on the car I bought there but still haven’t sent the payoff for the Jeep to the bank where I had the loan so I just had to make an extra payment as well as the dealer tag expires this weekend and they say they just sent an updated tag (after I reminded them that the tag was about to expire and I don’t have a title to put a tag on the car) on a Thursday when the tag expires on Sunday. Looking like I’ll be making payments on both vehicles while I wait on them to take care of business. Less than impressed.

Do not buy a vehicle from here!!! Extremely horrible customer service!! I was rarely given a call back. They didn’t give me title until 3 weeks after purchase!! I was told vehicle had nothing wrong with it, and I now have multiple repairs. I was told vehicle would be cleaned inside when I bought it, the inside was dirty and never cleaned properly!! Matt Peck (who is now off their staff) was a con-artist previously from Texas and he lied to me about the vehicle I bought. The worse car-buying experience!!!!

I am the owner of Alert Air Doctor I performed a service for this company and was told they would not be paying my company if they would have only had me out one day but they had me do all kinds of Service work took my Material then told me they had no intention on paying me. They are Thieves they took my material knowing I went and paid for it then refuse to pay for it.
A friend sent me today to talk to Chad, who had Randy help me. It was such a great experience. They were friendly and they didn’t try to push anything on me. I wanted to trade in my newer vehicle to get out of a loan payment. They helped me find the perfect car, even better than I expected really and the best thing is I have NO payments! Have a very important recall on my SUV. My husband went out there to have them start the work order for my recall. They said it would be at least a week and they would call. Well it’s been over a month and no call or contact! Today I called and was put on hold for the service department for over 30 mins. Very disappointed in the customer service!!! Will never go to this location again for anything!!!

They promise free oil changes for life with auto purchase, but when calling for appointment to change oil, its always a month or more before they can schedule. Update 4/21/2021: went for free oil change as promised and told last free change at that location. Would have to drive to Muskogee for free oil changes.😤
I will never do business with Stephanie Morris again and would NOT recommend them to anyone. The service department worked on my car and didnt do the job right. I had to have it worked on again costing me $600.

I purchased my 2019 Chevy Colorado from this dealership, the purchase experience was good enough but their service is another story, very difficult to get them to answer. I just called to schedule my lifetime free oil change and had to schedule almost 3 weeks out. The service manager said the owner has chosen to only have one lube tech working. So basically, the owner is not to concerned about customer satisfaction. I asked to talk to him and he said he is never at this dealership. Not a good way to run your business.
NEW management as helped a lot they did the deal fast no hassle. Very friendly people to work with Now!!!! Much better place to get a vehicle from now. New management paid off for this dealership. So glad to. A must look at on your next trade or new car truck or suv. So happy I did. 🥳
Its extremely frustrating to have to wait a month for a oil change. I purchased both my vehicles with the free oil changes for life I had no idea how hard it would be to get my card in for the oil change.
This place was so rude when I came to get my oil changed. I would definitely recommend going to someone local who is a lot nicer and helpful.
When my truck broke down driving from Alabama to Colorado, I had it towed here because of the tow truck drivers recommendation even though there was another Chevy dealer right down the street. Turns out the issue was from another mechanics failure to re-tighten my brake caliper, they quickly identified the issue and corrected it! We were back on the road in no time! If you want quality customer service and mechanical technicians then go here! Absolutely best service around town! Very respectful, timely and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t take my Chevy anywhere else.
They keep deleting my review I’m going to keep reposting it. Was trying to find out about a car they have, all I’m going to say is don’t bother emailing them they ignored my emails and never responded. Also funny they respond with “unconfirmed customer” to honest feedback they don’t like, pretty unprofessional.

Service technician comes out to explain what service is recommended and why and gives you a cost estimate. This is all good. The day the services were performed, they were completed in less time than I was told it would take. I have personally never had a problem with the service that James Hodge Chevrolet provides.

Was sold a previously wrecked vehicle in 2018 that they certified and said it was accident free. They handled it very poorly. I left disappointed. Despite that, still go there for servicing of my malibu only to be more disappointed with the service department. Every experience I had was bad despite numerous visits.
I called last week to see what kind of deal they could get me on a vehicle. I spoke with Jonathan and he was absolutely wonderful! I purchased a 2012 Sonic and I love it! The entire staff was fantastic and Jonathan was able to get me into the car at a lower payment than I had imagined. I would (and have) recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a vehicle. I walked out of there a very satisfied customer!!
Best thing i can say about our experience with James Hodge is our salesman Duane Warren. I highly recommend him if you go here for a car. Hes a great guy and will treat you the way you should be.

I had been trying to buy a truck through a local (to me) Chevrolet dealership, but they were never able to dealer trade for what I wanted. We found the exact truck I had been looking for on the James Hodge website. The whole car buying experience was pretty much painless. I cant say enough about Janine...shes great!There were a few issues that could have been handled better, but when its time for a new vehicle, I would definitely use them again
I was shown love from the time I got out of the car, to the time that I went home. The guys that showed me around were awesome. Im bad w names, but I remember Ms Robertsons. EDIT 2: Fast forward a couple years and I couldnt be happier with the service post sale. Morgan in the service department has been fantastic. No complaints whatsoever! In fact all of the advice hes given regarding servicing my car has come agnostic and free. He doesnt push you to use their service department, but instead has enough integrity to just explain what service needs to be done. It also helps that hes always happy. I havent been up there yet where hes wearing a frown. This review is 5 stars strictly because of his professionalism.EDIT: I received a phone call from the sales manager apologizing about the title delay and the issue with the CD player. Im going to bring the car in and give them an opportunity to fix the CD player. To me, the fact they care enough to call post sale and apologize is enough to turn my frown upside down. I have revised my 2 star rating to a 3 star rating.ORIGINAL REVIEW: Staff was friendly, but thats about all I can say is positive from my experience.Two big issues that leave me with a sour taste:It took them 12 days to get the title sent out to the bank. This resulted in my bank getting the title back from the notary past the 30 day temp tag expiration.They also failed to check all listed features of the vehicle I purchased. The car as I drove off the lot had a CD stuck in the disc player rendering the unit unusable. How hard is it to check out the few dozen features on a $26,000 car for simple functionality?You gotta do better than that to convince me to buy from you again and to recommend you to friends.

The only reason i didnt give 5 stars is because of employees attitude. My appointment was at 3:30 i got there at 3:35 when i walked in i said im here for a oil change they asked if i had an appointment. I said yes they asked what time was i suppose to be there i said 3:30 they looked at their watch and had a strange look on their face. The waiting area was really nice. Vending machines.free Coffee hot chocolate and bottle water. Bathrooms were very clean. After they checked the car they came out and told me 3 different things they recommend me to have done to my car. When i told them i didnt have the money right now and that id have to do one at a time they acted upset. They werent rude or say anything out of the way it was just their actions that made me feel this way. I love that when you purchase a new vehicle from them yoy get free oil changes for life. Thats awesome i dont know any other dealership that offers this. It was quick. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

DO NOT BUY HERE!!! Trust me!!!We where warned by several people that this would happen and that the Hodge name has gone to TRASH!My mother in law purchased a car here so my girlfriend and I decided to get her a new ride well it took over a MONTH for them to pay off her car that she traded in!! Also it took just as long just to recieve the title!!She has 680 credit score and in order for me to protect her credit I had to make a payment on the car that she TRADED IN!!! This place is a joke I could go on an on! We have had a bad taste in our mouth about this place due to their service department getting black marks all on the inside of my Cadillac in the past. Also Even her “salesman” (i prefer not to mention names) was a joke! He didn’t know anything about the car at all. Said it would get 36mpg. I google it and it gets 27 AT BEST! He didn’t even know how to pair her phone via Bluetooth didn’t know a thing about it and even said he’s been selling cars for the last 5 years, he doesn’t make them just sells them! (Which I thought was very rude!) I reached out to the owner of this place and never received any sort of communication back. We will never ever be back to this establishment.YOU CAN KEEP YOUR “FREE” OIL CHANGES!!

BUYER BEWARE. I bought a used vehicle off the front line just before Christmas. Shortly after I bought it the “check engine” light came on. It was obviously turned off before it was put on the front line. So far I put a new catalytic converter on, new struts, new tie rods, repaired the tire pressure monitoring system, a new oxygen sensor. After finally having enough I traded in this POS to Marc Miller GMC in Tulsa. I got a great deal on a CERTIFIED vehicle. STAY AWAY from this dealer. They are as crooked as a barrel of snakes. The hospitality was on point and the sales consultants were NEVER hovering when I was looking at vehicles or privately calculating and discussing vehicles with my mother. I will comment that there was a moment of miscommunication during the negotiating and purchasing process that left me uneasy after I reviewed my contract a day or so later. THIS IS WHY I GIVE MY 5 STARS: I called a few days after my purchase and they were 100% obliging. Horrible service department experience!! Only reason they get 1 star is because CJ was nice. The head service tech is a joke. They had our car for 2 weeks and we told them what was wrong with it but the tech just guessed at some bs that he thought was wrong. We just showed up and our car was sitting in the parking lot and the head tech that was supposed to be working on it had his feet propped up in an office. When CJ took us back to talk to him only thing he said was yep when asked a question. We just took our car back and will be taking it to Mark Allen. Come to find out the tech didnt even do the test he was supposed to do on the car. What a joke!!!

Very nice dealers and did not keep us for many hours like what I have been through on many occasions.
Everything went fine at the dealership. Looked at a Dodge Dart Ltd. Car looked good. People there were friendly. Car Fax was clean. But after driving the car 40 miles home a strange smell and rattling noise made it clear something was wrong. We discovered the whole underside of the car had been torn up. The muffle and catalytic convertor were slammed on the place. The dealership should never have sold that car until those things were fixed. Now they can say, we didnt know. But if they didnt, is that the kind of dealership you want to go to.
They make it easy to get the car you want. Free oil changes for life is good.
We are traveling with our puppy and they took us in without an appointment and got in and out fast, they were all very friendly as well, will definitely come back when we come through again, thank you!

My first opinion of the online pre-approved application was harsh. It did upset me, but a woman emailed me the very next day to help me with that problem. The very same day I received the message, I went to shop for a vehicle that I was 99.999% sure I was going to be denied for. The staff at this physical site were all Very kind and did there best to get me my new-to-me Amazingly Awesome vehicle! Im willing to bet that my earlier online problem is fixed and I recommend that if you need a vehicle, start here!
This place deserves a BIG FAT 0! They are all nice & friendly when they want your business to make a sale, but once you get the vehicle they do not return calls; they speak to you in a manner that is very unprofessional. I have dealt with ONE professional since making a dumb mistake of ever calling them & that is Janine. She is the ONLY one that will return calls & be professional. Trying to get in touch with any of them is like pulling teeth; you can leave message/emails all you want. They will not respond. They need to clean house & get professionals that know how to get the job done. Worst business ever...

Well I was going to buy 2012 Chevy, but these guys are sleazy! I showed up the wheels and tires that were advertised on the truck were taken off and there were dents in the front of the truck. Their excuse for the different wheels and tires was that the old ones were bad, however the ones in the picture were brand new. They still had the tag stuck to the tire tread. They told me they could “hook me up” with new rims and tires if I wanted but it would cost me another 2500 dollars. Do not buy from these guys they are crooks!

My 26 ft Rv need some service and check BEFORE it way towed to the service dpt after a week the check some wiring charged me for changing the wiring on battery said all was good new battery went dead after 1 week so had it take TOWED again explained battery dead again this of me make sure radio off but no charge so after week took home it started twice now dead battery again.. so you decide so it still needs to be towed 3 time and Fixed
They are so desperate for sales, that they send out these fake Winning Key notifications to all the residents. When you take it in to redeem your prize, they are fresh out of your prize. Even when the Key you received in the mail unlocks the cars door, you are told that its broke . Lol. The salesman laugh about it as youre coming in. Dont waste your money on a business that relies on such desperate measures and tactics similiar Regal Motors.
