Dont expect more than a mediocre RV cleaning job in Sacramento, CA, for a whole lot of money. Way overpriced for the job they delivered. We ordered a complete RV cleaning with deep clean kitchen, deep clean bathroom, deep clean living quarters etc. Unfortunately I was running an errand when they left and my husband was busy with our little kid and baby, so he did not really check but somewhat relied on the perfect job they promised on their web page. I complained, sent about 20 pictures (dirt in that many areas!). They did not apologize, said it was all our fault because we did not check before they left, and even claimed everything was perfect and clean when they left. They were not able to end the job in the next 1 and 1/2 days before the RV went into storage and we had to fly out of town. So after many calls and messages they refunded us $25 of the $500 we payed... So, no, I would not recommend to have this company do your work. Dont believe in the perfect job, youre going to love it, deep clean and all that is promised on their web page.

Wish I would have read the previous review before booking. Cannot agree more. The screened person they sent out did a horrible job and looked ill equipped to do the job. Scheduled them for a boat to be detailed. They left the boat poorly secured and without the bumpers. Ended up with a severely scuffed boat. Called to speak with the manager Chris, and he defended the guy as having done many jobs with no complaints. Tried to come up with a reasonable solution, and like the previous review they only use one guy. I offered to make the arrangements with another place and they could use my money to pay them. No go. They really dont want to work with you. If you live in Portland you are going to get bad work. If you live anywhere else you still have their manager to deal with, and that alone is reason enough to go elsewhere. I did ask to speak with the owner and was told they dont do correspondence. They are just a middleman - Go direct and know who you are getting. STAY AWAY from this company!!!!

Do not ever do business with this company in the Portland, OR area. The one guy they use to perform the work in this area is the most unprofessional person Ive ever had to work with. He did a horrible job, mouthed off to my wife, and was uncomfortable to work with.When complaining about his work, National Detail Pros did NOT support our version of events, did not refund us, and were also very rude to deal with.After many emails and a long phone call they finally agreed to send the SAME GUY back to address what we wanted fixed. They couldnt send anyone else, they said, because he is the only one they work with here.So we sent pictures of all the things we wanted fixed, about 30 pictures in all.He arrived on the scheduled day, was rude from the first instant he met me. He also had THREE pictures the company had sent him of areas we wanted fixed, instead of all of them, so he hadnt brought anything except a rag, a brush, and a spray bottle!He called my wife a liar, was rude to me, wouldnt look me in the eye, and frequently ignored me when I spoke to him. After one request, he finally just walked away and left!National Detail Pros has refused to refund ANY of our money for this poor experience, saying there is nothing they can do. Their customer service is terrible.
