The reason I take my vehicle to Leos is that a light with a message came on my dashboard. I stopped there and asked whether I should be concerned about it. Because he was honest with me, and did not attempt to rip me off for services I did not need, I have been going to him ever since. An honest mechanic is hard to find! Thanks my friend! I pray for yaall!
Needed to purchase one tire. I called and the phone rang over ten times before answered. I was desperately in need of a tire or i wouldve hung up before being answered. Their phone etiquette was really unprofessional. I wondered if i had dialed the wrong number. I had to ask if it was Leos.I was then informed get dont carry tires? But the large sign out front is a big COOPER TIRE sign.Suggestion: train the person answering the phone and UPDATE YOUR SIGNAGE.
I took my van in for a radiator replacement and he let me drive it home knowing it was still running hot! The receptionist is obviously family and is not professional, her kids are there and good luck getting her to answer the phone and she will lie to you saying they are working on your vehicle when its sitting outside. I spent good money there that I can barely afford and Im not happy!! Calling BBB next!!! I think its because Im white bcuz of the looks and treatment I was givin.

Mark and Russell are great!
I do not normally do reviews, but I cannot recommend this place for any moderate or major repairs. My car blew its engine in late September. Then we brought the car to Leos, I told them my mother has an upcoming biopsy to check for cancer. We gave Leos $1500 on October 18, 2018 to purchase a used engine. The head man guaranteed 6 months on the engine and declared it had 58,000 miles. He said he would order the part immediately and that it would take 3 days to put the engine in.A week later we called and he declared the engine had not arrived yet. Later, a long story of reasons why it was not ready arose week after week after week upon installing the new engine: oil leak, drip pan, water leak, water pump, oil leak again...etc. We are now in mid December with this defective engine. After raising some hell, he finally takes it back to the vendor and gets a different one (one which he claims has less miles than previous one--78,000). Last week on December 26, he told me he would have the car ready on December 30--guaranteed. Yet still NO CAR! This nightmare is heading into three months out and into the YEAR 2019!!!In the midst of this my mothers biopsy confirms cancer. I had no transportation to get her to doctors and to treatments; including follow ups. We experienced serious problems in arranging appointments and finding people to help. I myself have literally canceled 9 medical appointments and am in ill health--all of this we disclosed to them. The people there seem nice, however, this mess is now entering into month three! I feel others should know that repairs can take too long.
Couldnt get anyone to answer the phone
Did a diagnostic check on my SUV without charging me and gave me advice on getting a tune up, even though he was to busy to fit me that day! Excellent Customer Service!
Good service, nice owner and the cheapest place I have found to get your oil changed. Usually 10 minutes in and out.
Also get excellent service and the employees are always smiling.
Best oil change place around
Very honest workers and owner
Great guys
