Call for a taxi and they picked me up very quickly, even help me take my groceries up to my second floor apartment. I had already been waiting on Lyft for about 20 minutes the second time when I decided to give OKC Metro a call. I will always call OKC Metro first from now on.

I use them for Everything! Theyre some of the most enjoyable drivers Ive ever had. One of the vans is decked out in Blacklight reactive Art & paints too! Every driver Ive had is always very friendly and welcoming to my service dog too, which is something I appreciate very much!!! Ill continue to be a regular customer!

Nice clean taxis. Drivers are always polite and friendly.

A worrisome experience. Called them for a short ride from the hotel to an office. When the van arrived with no cab or taxi logos I was concerned but didn’t want to be late finding a different oneThen impeachment proceedings were playing on the drivers phone and for the trip he constantly looked at the phone, did slow lane changes as he paid attention to it, and commented to me his thoughts on what was being shown. I was very glad when we finally arrived and I could get out.

Took 25 min to arrive instead of 15 min stated. And car was in VERY poor cosmetic shape. No meter displayed. Not even sure they were licensed, no posted permit. 2 stars for getting me from point A to point B and taking a credit card.
