A young lady here at the motel asked if she can use my phone to call a cab. The driver called my cell phone to say that he was there but was never seen. I called him back and he had already moved on to his next ride.

Never has the opportunity to ride. I called but the person who answered the phone told me they would not go to the airport ( or couldnt) and when I asked what should I do he said idk lady call another taxiRUDE

No show and I had to cancel

Took 5 hours and still never came

I called three hours early om Oct.26 to schedule a ride to doctors visit. It was urgent because i was having a reaction to a new medicine. They never showed or even called. Now i have had to suffer for three days ttying to get into doctor. I used the old Yellow cab for years and never had a late pickup much less a no show. Definately last time imcall Yellow ride. Besides it isnt far to my doctor and Yellow Cab only charged $4.50 each way and Yellow Ride wanted $7.00, so not cheapest in town as stated.

I mistakenly called New Yellow cab first, 4 hours later and no cab or call. I started looking online and found an article about our old Yellow cab that closed, and the new one called Yellow Ride. Called Yellow Ride and had a cab here in under 20 minutes!! Car was clean, the driver was friendly as could be. I really enjoyed the ride. This is the only taxi service I will ever use here in the metro!

On the good side - no other taxi was available at 4am in Edmond. That’s the only reason for a second star. Biggest NO - 40 minutes late !!!Also no meter on dash, no card reader and no change. Try breaking down $100 half an hour before the flight. Or any other bill in the check-in area. My only luck was that there were no standby passengers.

Use Uber its cheaper

I called a cab at 5:25 pm they said 20 min. 3 hrs later still no cab! I called them multiple times and they had so many excuses. They will call the driver and he will call me... did not happen. I had to find another ride. Be aware do not call this company for a ride!

New company with nice cars and great drivers. After yellow cab close their company without letting their staff about know about the closure. Yellow ride took over and are doing an amazing job. I would recommend anyone looking for a taxi to call yellow ride Okc.

Called for a cab, and the driver shows up talking on the cell. I asked if she was going to drive me with that phone in her hand and her answer was I quote “you can find another ride.” She’s right I can and I did with Lyft and it was an far more professional and pleasant ride than I’m sure I would have had with this companies driver.Look I get if it’s not illegal in OK to have handheld cell calls while driving, but it should be just like most other states. It isnt safe especially for any kind of professional driver. As the customer I’m entrusting you with my safety and you have a responsibility of being safe amongst the rest of the motoring public. I don’t feel safe with someone driving one handed talking away on a phone held up to their ear. You should put the phone down it can wait for you to finish my 10 min drive or you should shutdown and take care of whatever can’t wait. On top of that her response was extremely rude. They say they wont leave you stranded, but I was and had to scramble for another ride to make my on time. This companies drivers are supposed to be professional and nothing about my interaction was professional. Talking on cell phone and driving kills.

Seriously if I could give lower than one star I would. This is in my opinion the worst taxi service ever. I have used this service several times thinking surely they will get better, but they are getting worse. We set there 2 hours waiting for them to show and when we called back they say that we were already picked up. No no no. The owners need to get their act together. Not only are they extremely slow and unreliable they are always running up the meter. Especially the owners wife. She always apologies, but man oh man she needs to find another line of work. In my opinion that is.

They were late then the cab broke down going the wrong direction from my house. Called me and said I needed to call for another cab. It took forever to get someone to answer then called me back 10 minutes later to tell me it will be 15 minutes. 2 hours later here is my ride! I wouldnt have even given them one star if I didnt have to to rate them. Boo... yellow ride booo... to you... find another state to call home....!

Drivers beware this company It is run poorly with lies. Told one thing and totally opposite when you get your car. Also owner running all the time.Customers beware if you like waiting on your taxi in hope their on their way good luck your wait maybe hour or more if they remember you. A “Yellow Ride OKC” cab just drove through the Walmart parking lot on the left side of the road past all the cars patiently waiting and almost hit several pedestrians. The driver then decided to stop in the road, get out, and walk into Walmart. When I asked what he was doing, he said he had a customer. So that makes it okay to break traffic laws, endanger pedestrians, and then block traffic? If this is any indication of cab driver behavior, I will never use your service.

Clean cab, nice driver and very moderate fare charged

Emma was my driver she was very polite and social made me not even focused on the length of the drive before I knew it I was at my destination and was no longer frustrated about my car rental situation thanks again yellow ride I’ll call you again and again every time I’m in town

Dispatcher said my cab would arrive in approximately 20 mins, called to verify the phone number about 15 mins later, upon verifying she then assured me my cab was on its way.......here i sit over an hour later still no cab.....and to make it worse, the dispatcher quit answering the phone and let voicemail answer......how spineless can you get.....cant even answer a phone to let me know if i should find another ride or not. i dont know about you but i prefer to spend my money on the companies that WANT to do their job. i mean why call yourself a cab company if you are not going to act as one? horrible service.

I know this taxi cab driver, she is not a scammer, she has always worked hard and paid her tariff Even Laci in their office can clarify it.

Called for a taxi and was told 20 to 25 minutes and they would be there. Approximately 15 to 20 min later, they called and asked if I still needed a cab? Um yes... So she said our original driver couldnt make it so she would be the one picking us up and could be there in about 25 minutes. No thanks! Canceled the taxi and called a lyft who picked us up in 13 minutes and charged half the price.

Cab never came

Disappointed with yellow ride.wIted for almostv45 minutes, called back was told another dispatch would be sent.waited 15 more minutes. Finally, ended up having to send my son on the bus to his destination, where he will arive late. Will not call Yellow Ride again!!

Do not use this company they have a driver whose name is Ali he will attempt to sell your car when youre just trying to get a ride to a Car Lot once you buy the car it wont start he will try to charge you more money to get it fixed he will refuse to give you cab rides for you to get back and forth to work when you explain to him you had to have the car for work then when you just simply ask for your money back or your property he will refuse it and cus your wife he should be fired and I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau he should not be selling his personal cars while he is employed and on the clock for the company

I will never call them again they ride and over charge you for a ride and the manager talks trash to you they really need to close the place down

Male driver was extremely rude my boyfriend ended up missing his flight due to much longer than estimated wait time. This is NOT Yellow Cab this is Yellow Ride and huge difference in service!!!

They were supposed to pick up a 90-year-old man and take him to his doctors appointment yesterday. They were a no-show!
