After being informed numerous times by the owner, Chuck, that V.I.P. Limousines was a well established and “grade A”company, I was definitely not under the same impression after my limo service. I believe a core standard and element of all driving companies is punctuality, but from my experience that was severely lacking with V.I.P. Limos. My friends and I waited patiently at the pick up location for a limo to take us to dinner just before prom. However, after some time had passed, we decided to call and confirm that our ride was near. Chuck answered and said our driver should have picked us up by that time, but he wasn’t there and so we had to find our own ride to arrive at the restaurant in order to make our reservation. While my party sat down to eat, we saw our limo pull around more than two hours after our designated pick up time. Throughout the rest of the night, our chauffeur was very kind, but communication was difficult since we were never able to acquire a number to call or figure out his whereabouts. The Bluetooth audio in the vehicle also never worked, and one TV screen remained bright white without a display. Altogether, V.I.P. Limosine did not provide the comfortable, punctual, and easy transportation that was expected.
