Charged my elderly brother $200 on 5 separate rides for a 4 mile round trip. They knew he was easy to take advantage of. Just today they tried to get $600 on my brothers debit card and thankfully the bank declined due to suspicious activity. This is not a taxi service it is way for them to steal from elderly, trusting people. They are garbage!!!! You have been warned!

Poor service, rude and they complain about not being paid enough, they try and not disclose charge. Very bad driving, very dangerous and unprofessional. Do not use them, get uber instead.

The 1st time they were super late the 2nd time didnt even show up. I called several times, one of which they picked up another fare on the way to pick up us. Saying they would sent another taxi . after that they wouldnt even answer, I couldnt even cancel it . which told me that they were not sending another driver. This is the second time no driver showedI wouldnt recommend twister to any one. I will tell everyone not to use their Services
