Jenny was great she took care of everything 4 more & kept a conversation with me the entire time somebody should give her a raise

The prices on the Internet don’t represent the true value. They need to tell you approximate cost before slamming you with a $500 payment. Never ever again.

They committed tax fraud and filed my taxes without me being there forging my signature and taking the money worst experience

MAN, how do I describe my experience at this location, well let me first say how amazing my tax pro Alishia is. She is very up to date and informed about tax information. She answered all my questions when i asked. Gave me really good advice. Also who knew preparing taxes would be fun? Um no one probably but had a blast filing. One of my favorite locations. Thank you Jackson Hewitt and Alishia for making this experience one i will never forget. TAX PRO AT HER BEST. Definitely will be back. 💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯

Hey, no one likes to think about paying taxes. But its not just a once-a-year deal. You pay taxes with every paycheck. So you need to have someone in your corner who can help you figure everything out. These people are pretty good. If you take your taxes here they will be done quickly and correctly and you will get the biggest refund possible.

This year was the first year I went through Jackson Hewitt and it will be the last. They have no idea what they are doing and completely screwed me out of my refund because they filed it wrong. Never again!!!

There was a very smart and helpful lady who worked here she was a tax preparer. I believe her name is Karen . I would really like to find out if shes still employed with this location or where I could find her .
