Was recommended by a family member for filing taxes in 2019 and service was just ok, nothing special. I now needed a copy of that tax return for divorce proceedings by my lawyer request and called ahead of time. I was told that all I would need is an ID and $10 to obtain the document. Drove to the location and they refused to give me a copy of MY return because it was filed jointly and I did not have my ex’s ID. Why? Because his personal information is on it (which I already know all of because we were married 8 years) and it was the owner policy. I have not had issues obtaining documents anywhere else. I regret doing business with this place.

If you want honesty, CHICAS TAX SERVICE is where you will get it. I don’t need my money messed with or sugar coated. Considering it’s crunch time and tax deadline is tomorrow!! I could have easily asked for an extension. Gypsy advised otherwise, saving me money upfront and time in the long run. I just had to be patient as they organized my mess of expenses. Tax season can a be stressful time, but the girls manage to get me in and out as soon as possible, I appreciate the team work! My taxes were done and my refunds started coming in as soon as 7 days! I expected a delay due to early filling but the Chicas made it happen! My refund was the best possible, I did an online estimate myself and I was off and ready to lose money if I filed on my own, I definitely recommend this office for anyone lookin for tax preparation!

I have been going to Chicas Taxes for more than 5 years! I make my appointments and take all my documents that I need and I am out of there with in 30 minutes and no matter how busy they are they always have a smile and they have never turned people down and if they take more then hours must be the system was down or clients dont have correct information!!! or people like their company and people just like to visit with them like I do and for that they dont have the time they are so busy that they dont have time to take a lunch break and they have supper late I thank God for all they have done for me and the person that said they took more the 2 hours well they must of not had there correct documents and they should just go back to who ever did there taxes last years and not waste chicas taxes time and like I always said I believe in karma. ! The B E S T! This is my fifth year going to chicas they are always friendly and very helpful!!

They are not good at all with taxes but at least they were honest and told me that they were GOOGLING how to do my taxes because they were not sure about how to deal with them . After waiting for TWO HOURS and thirty minutes I asked them what was taking so long for them to help me since I saw people who came in after me who did not have an appointment go in first and they told me that “Gypsie” was working on them. A couple of minutes later the same “gypsie” had another client who she attended to immediately before me. When I asked for my paper work back because of my long wait they blamed me for having too many expenses and assets. Not only that but another one of their customers was telling me that she had to come back day after day bc they were not able to finish it all in one day. Do not go here because you could be having real problems with the IRS since the google how they will be doing your taxesupdate- after my review over her business, she sent me this threat of taking legal action against me for defaming her business when I told my honest experience. after the three hours that i waited today, all the accountants were able to do with my information is take photo copies.despues de mi commentario, me mandaron una amenaza de que tomar acciones legales correspondientes a mi telefono personal por mi experiencia

I was so confused with the whole filing process,but Rebecca cleared everything up and made me feel more at ease. Great,positive,friendly attitude from all the staff!

No stars if possible. I had been coming here since the first time I filed my taxes but the past season was awful.... The staff was RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL. I am very disappointed and will not be returning!!!! If you waste your time here dont let the staff treat you like crap, like they did to me.

This year I went to accompany my mother and it didnt take long, last year I did my taxes there too and even though there were a lot of people it didnt take long either and they gave me more money than they usually give me when I do my taxes for internet and the process was easy even though it was the first time I did my taxes there, I imagine from what I have seen that even when they have you registered it is even easier

They are Incompetent, because of their inefficiency I have been in Audit for 7 months, it was not enough for them to be wrong the first time, but the second time I went to ask for Support! They hit me badly and I had to go to a second Accountant. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!
