Flemming tax contacted me upon a negative review to solve the issue that happened on current years taxes. They recognized having made an error and offered a discount for next years taxes and taking care of any required ammend. I would have expected some money back as taxes were finally done by me, but at least they cared obout customer opinion.In overall, it may be a good choice if you do not want to or dont know how to do your own taxes or have a good yearly income. If you are expecting a low tax return Or have a low net income there may be better options where you can turn the tax processing payment into some return instead of an economic burden.

Tyler did both my personal and out of state business taxes for 2014. He was expensive and butchered my return. My current CPA confirmed the mistakes Tyler made and had to remit my 2014 return. Tyler filed out of state deductions on my Oklahoma return. I am upset because when you pay a premium for professional tax services you expect it to be done correctly. I would not recommend.
