If you’re looking for a friendly atmosphere to get a great workout at, this is the place. Twice Bitten, offers a lot of services but one of the best parts is how friendly, helpful, and inclusive that EVERYONE is. I absolutely love it! I am far from being in the best shape but that doesn’t matter here, if that’s your goal, they are going to help you get there. I haven’t been so excited about working out since high school. That is how great their community and culture is.
I have been using Rob and Triami for the past 4 years. I first started at Twice Bitten weighing in at 260lbs. I was in a horrible motorcycle accident and unable to continue for a few years. At the first of 2020 I was weighing in at 215lbs and decided I wanted to run my first marathon in a relay. After months of training I hit 180lbs but hit a plateau. I reached out to Rob wanting to take my training to the next level. I started coaching under Rob and Triami in August and have not looked back since. I’m now at 165 lbs and in the best shape since I can remember. If you are looking for the knowledge and expertise to become the legend you are meant to be I highly recommend using them.
The coaches here truly have a unique approach with helping people achieve fitness goals that are actionable and sustainable.
It’s a great place to workout. They make sure that no matter what level you’re at you can safely workout in a fun and friendly environment. Every time I go I feel like I get better and they push me to continue to improve myself. I highly recommend this gym!
TBC is a really fun gym. I came from your run of the mill weightlifting gym and was surprised how challenging it can be.At every workout you will have a coach or two to guide the group (I go to the 5:30 class) of about 15-25 people. The coaches pay attention to your technique and guide you to doing the workouts safer and better. The coaches are also knowledgeable enough to make the workouts scalable to your individual fitness level and can even work with injuries!The gym also strongly supports a sort of community and accountability with Facebook groups and “team” workouts. They also have coaches with a hotline who will answer pretty much any question you have about fitness from nutrition to stretching to habit strategies.Personally I really enjoy the cardio+mobility+weights+calisthenics but supersets formula that the gym provides. Workouts are about an hour long but time really flies there.
The experience at Twice Bitten has been great. The coaches are knowledgeable and each have a story of encouragement themselves. They are always willing to help...even when they are working you hard. 😊 They always want to help you physically, including the way you eat, and mentally. Yet show you how to change eating habits, work habits, etc. that eventually becomes a lifestyle. My goal was to get back in shape, eat right, and do something that would change my life. Just start my body. Twice Bitten was the first thing that has helped me begin to reach that goal. I am on to being in the best shape that I have been in a long time. All of the staff has been great. To state again...the whole experience has been wonderful. Thank you to everyone that worked with me through this 6-week journey.

Robert Mitch Gordon, signed up for a 6 week challenge they offer to hopefully drop a few pounds that would kick start my year to trying to live a heather life style. Well its more than I expected. Mid-way through and I have lost weight and body fat % . But more that that Ive gained strength and balance which was a great benefit that I had not expected. The people at this facility are amazing. When I signed up I wasn’t really sure what I was getting into. Let me tell you, after about 2-3 weeks I was hooked. The staff and other members are friendly and make you feel welcome. If you are ready to start making good lifestyle choices and changes and see amazing results this is the place to do it in. Everyone is so supportive and encouraging. I challenge anyone who is ready to be motivated by the results they see to give it a chance. Come try a class and see you will love it.
I went in for a consultation. After they mentioned the price I asked if I could get back with them as I had just lost my job. Flash forward a month later, I now have a job that makes it easily affordable but I have to work during the time slot they want you to come.I received an email claiming they were going to charge me for the month. They basically said it was my fault. I had signed zero paper work. I reminded them of this and still they tried to act like I was somehow indebted to them. They didn’t back off until I told them I would press criminal charges for fraud if they tried to charge me.They act like they’re free on Instagram, but they are obviously scam artists. I don’t care how many people they get in shape. Fraud is fraud
I needed a gym with community, accountability, instruction & friendly faces! From my first visit all expectations have been met. I have been growing for three weeks now and have seen amazing results.. not only notice the difference in my appearance but also in my overall health... the community is great the coaches are amazing and the nutrition guidance is a great plus to becoming healthier.. I just completed the 6 week challenge and I got amazing results. I went from 346 to 306. From the time I said I was interested to my last weigh in the coaches and the people were by my side helping me accomplish my goals. They helped me with showing me the right nutrition and how to lift with the proper technique. Awesome atmosphere. Awesome coaches and an awesome gym.
I was searching for somewhere i felt comfortable enough to dive in and find something that would change my health & items journey long term, and Twice Bitten has exceeded all of my expectations. This place is AWESOME!! Ever since starting the 6 week challenge, I have felt amazing inside and out! The coaches and community are purely the best! They are challenging and instructive, yet encouraging and motivating! I never thought I could achieve what I have in such a short amount of time! I encourage everyone just to jump in and give it a try because it is so worth it!
I started to go here for the six week challenge. I can honestly say that the trainers, staff, and other members treat you like family. They go above and beyond to make sure youre safe,comfortable, and reaching your goals. The work outs are intense but doable and the diet is extremely easy to follow. The results are amazing as well! I have lost 17lbs already.

I highly recommend Twice Bitten CrossFit for anyone who is interested in making a lifestyle change. I was scared and intimidated before I started the 6 Week Challenge, but the coaches have been really nice and very knowledgeable helping scale the exercises for all fitness levels. The staff and fellow classmates have made working out fun and taking away the fear of not knowing what to do. All of my coaches have been so helpful and encouraging. It is so fun to work out we’re all levels of fitness can enjoy their time in the gym together.

Twice Bitten Crossfit is an amazing place with so many coaches and people there to make sure you stay accountable and to cheer you on and just so much support! I started off with the 21 day kickstart and let me tell ya..I LOVE it! I have now started my full time membership. Ive spent years trying different things and it never worked. I always gave up. Twice Bitten crossfit is a great place for anyone looking for a lifestyle change. The community is great and everyone encourages you to push harder. In 6 weeks, i lost 25lbs and 5! body fat, and it feels amazing! Youre not stuck with routine workouts because they are always switching up workouts and modifying them to meet your skill level. The nutrition plans are great too! I would definitely recommend this community to anyone wanting to make better health and lifestyle choices.
Completed the 6 week challenge--lost 30lbs and 5.4% body fat. I enjoy the different types of workouts they put together. Not your average intimidating crossfit place. They worked hard to understand individual needs and provide motivation without going overboard. If you have the weight to lose and can stick to the meal plan, I would definitely recommend it.

I’ve been running for my workout for the last 5 years up to 25Ks, but I’ve really struggled with consistency and boredom in workouts. I was hesitant on CrossFit because of the price; however, it’s been exactly what I needed and Twice Bitten has been the exact place I needed. Mike is a phenomenal coach at the 5:30 am class. Working out is fun again, and I’m seeing an improvement in fitness one month in.
Im three weeks in, and I am loving it! I never did any type of athletic activities in my life outside of jumping on a treadmill a few times a year. The coaches do a great job at helping you learn the correct way to do all of the exercises without hurting yourself. They also scale everything back to your pace until you are ready to challenge yourself. Im so thankful that I did this! I cant wait to grow in strength and confidence over the coming months.

Been going there for three weeks now. Let me tell you as a member of Eleys Foods that this place rocks. Since I joined they have been consistent with checking in with me, helping me every step of the way to reach my health goals, care about my safety, and work with my busy schedule. I couldnt see myself working out anywhere else. I was very skeptical of doing CrossFit, but I watched my cousin have amazing results and my sister become confident and stronger in herself so I figured I would give it a try!! The coaches and atmosphere of this place is absolutely amazing!! I have only been doing it 3 weeks but have lost weight and body fat that I am happy with! I feel myself getting stronger everyday I attend! The workouts are all class based and everyone you run into here is so nice and cheering everyone on!

I love this gym! What I liked most is how they scale everything. No matter what shape you are in, you can still come and work out. I broke my legs 2 weeks into my 6 week challenge, the coaches still made personalized workouts for me so I could still make progress. The coaches work so hard to remember everyone’s name, it made me feel important. They really care if you are successful and will help you as much as you need along your fitness journey. They provided an easy to follow meal plan and a cook book to keep your meal ideas fresh.The best part about the gym though is the community. I’ve made countless friends over the last 3 months! Great organized welcoming down to earth place. I love that I can get around these people and feel so at home... there is such a variety of people you cant possibly feel out of place here... they are very attentive and they acknowledge your presence and absence. Very supportive team work and encouragement from the staff and the members... Ive am super impressed to see such a group come together in such a way!! I highly recommend this place for the atmosphere and the results you will get!! I never feel lost in a work out they do such a great job of making sure they explain movements, equipment and workouts...This is one gym I actually look forward to going to without hesitation or dread!

Encouraging friendly staff and trainers, the help with motivation, diet, exercise.i look forward to working out its not something that you dread..yeah they make you sweat and breath hard but they encourage and push you to your limit to test each boundary!!!the only place I know that will text you to see if your feeling good if you miss a workout or two. This gym is AWESOME!! I started my 6 week challenge fat and out of shape but through their meal plan and workouts throughout the week I ended up losing 18 pounds and 6.3% body fat. The challenge definitely help me jump start my fitness goals to get back in shape. My favorite part was the community aspect and group work outs. This place is like a family, supporting you all the way. I was skeptical of going to the gym but this place is not like a traditional gym. It’s a total life changing experience. I just completed the 6 week challenge and I’ve lost 26lbs. They give so much support and accountability here. Nutritional guidelines and workouts combined are the key. The instructors are so helpful and will scale any movement to your ability. Classes are abundant so it’s easy to make the workouts even with a crazy life.

I just finished the 6 week challenge and I highly recommend it. I lost 20 lbs and 9 % body fat!!! Twice Bitten has a staff and atmosphere that is very hard to find. The staff are all very knowledgeable in able to help not only with physical form but dietary support as well to make sure you accomplish all your goals. The staff and coaches are very supportive and do everything they can to teach you proper form and the philosophy behind it. The other members of this gym welcome everyone that walks through the door and treats them like family! That is said a lot by gyms but I have rarely seen it!!!This place and the people in it are outstanding!!!
I did the 6 week challenge and enjoyed the workouts with the coaches and the meal plan given. I had a baby and wanted to speed up the getting fit process so I started working out at my 6 week marks. 6 weeks later and I have lost 12 lbs and 8% body fat. I didn’t come in to lose weight I just wanted to build muscle back and this got me started for sure on building muscle again. Great motivating staff

I have been living in Oklahoma 20 years more or less. I have tried just about every gym even the expensive ones but let me tell you, Twice Bitten CrossFit is the best. It’s like you have your own personal trainer telling me to push myself harder, to follow the plan and thus far after5 weeks of hard work outs, I lost over 13 pounds and 3.4% body fat. Just signed up for another 42 day challenge. I’m going to lloose another 20. The trainers and support staff are like none else . If I could give them 6stars, I would. You want to eat real food and see real results, come and work out here.
Great instructors teaching great, challenging movement in a safe way. Geared for any fitness level, this is a welcoming atmosphere where all can grow their fitness and achieve success. Whether world-class athlete or newbie, there is always an option for you.
This was the most transforming program that I have been a part of in my 40 years of physical fitness. The coaches Mike, Megan, and Angel were great. My wife has an impairment with her ankle and they were able to modify the daily workouts which allowed her to loose 15lbs without running. Myself who was a crossfit doubter at the start of the challenge was won over. I lost 25lbs and 4 inches in my waist line. If you want a program that will teach you how to eat and workout this is the place to be.

Six week challenge successful!!!! I found Twice Bitten at the perfect time when both my wife and I decided to try out CrossFit. Initially we received an intrduction meeting where you get weighted and your before picture is taken. At this point everything is explained and a meal plan and supports for the program are described. The difference between this program and what I enjoyed the most was the level of accountability and the social media approach that the program requires as you progress through the challenge. The coaches and and instructions were also great and challenging but really doable. I will definitely recommend this to anyone looking at getting back in shape as I was able to accomplish it myself. I can also say witnessed many others reach their own level of success with the 6 week challenge. My goal in particular was to lose 6% body fat. All in all I lost 9.8 lbs and 6.1% body fat. Really, really happy with the final result, as I told Rob, it felt like I got my body back and the results were great.
I have been involved or tried many types of fitness facilities. Weight watchers, personal training, running, swimming, not eating at all. I have never done Cross Fit, but just started here this week. I had a rocky first week, bc of me. The staff and other members are absolutely amazing, patient and friendly. I have never been in a better motivational experience in fitness. They lay out the meal plan, they text and email you all the time. I am excited that I started my fitness journey with this group. I highly recommend. Worth every penny.
I started about 3 weeks ago with the 6 week challenge and I love it so far! The work outs are so fun and challenging! I can honestly say I miss it on the days I am not there. It’s truly a community fitness facility and they make you feel so welcome and help you do all the workouts safely so you never feel that you might injure yourself. And with any of the programs they have, they help to hold you accountable with a small group of like-minds and others committed to the same thing you are doing which is so helpful when it gets tough to stick to a nutrition program too. They just might have secured a lifetime member of the gym even once I am done with the program!
I am in love with this gym. The energy is so positive, and the coaches are all incredibly helpful and encouraging! I never did the same workout, and I had fun every time. I completed the 6 week challenge and lost over 9 lbs and 6.6% body fat! These guys know what theyre talking about, and Im so grateful for the day I signed up.

I have spent most of my adult life as a overweight woman in the restaurant industry. Food has always been a way to grieve, or celebrate, or inspire conversation.Twice bitten has taught me to put healthy restrictions on myself and push physical boundaries all at the same time.During my 6 week challenge, I have lost 26 pounds and 7 percent body fat. I’m back to my pre-baby body weight and planning to continue.I definitely suggest Twice Bitten CrossFit to anyone that wants a lifestyle change and build healthy relationships with people who believe in them.

Ive tried multiple CrossFit gyms and this is by far the best one I have been to! The owner is constantly working to make improvements to the facility, programing, and genuinely wants everyone who walks through the doors to become better at whatever they do. The coaches are attentive to everyone during the workouts and offer help and advice to everyone. The environment is friendly and it is not uncommon for there to be a large amount of people hanging out long after class is over. I highly recommend Twice Bitten CrossFit!!!
I have had the time of my life these past few weeks at tbc. I was seriously intimidated by joining but I am so glad I broke past my comfort zone! The coaches are AWESOME!!! and so nice. They always have their eye on you and will help out in any way possible to make sure we are getting it done the right way. I love it!

I didn’t know what CrossFit was until I went to my first workout. And from then on I knew I needed to be in something like this instead of a normal gym. I absolutely love it and recommend it to everyone. The staff are great and you can always meet new people that has the same goal as you!
I love Twice Bitten. The coaches are amazing and knowledgable. They will you help you with proper nutrition, form and a well rounded workout. This place is more than a gym. Its a motivational family. No matter what condition your body is currently in. They will scale down every movement to accommodate your specific body needs. The results are incredible. I started with the 6 week challenge and learned so much about myself, my will and discipline. The coaches are very attentive and personable. I struggled with the meal plan, but I received helpful information that changed that during my 4 week check-in. I had issues with a sore knee and not being shown modification. However, as soon as I voiced my concerns my needs were met. As much as I enjoyed the work outs, the community and motivation I got from the family, there were things that I had issues with. I choose to remember and share that as long and I spoke to someone about it, the issue was handled. That’s super important.
I havent exercised in years and eanted to get back in shape. I have been doing the 6 weeks challenge for 3 weeks now and have lost 13 pounds. I look forward to going and workout now, which I never did before. O feel so much better physically and mentally. The instructors are great motivators.
I remember the first time i saw the add on Facebook. I didn’t think it was something I was going to be able to do. Starting the challenge at twice bitten cross-fit was one of the best decision that i have made in my life. It has been a great success and it really works. Following guidelines for a healthy diet.The workouts change everyday never the same and love the pace in which we have to accomplish each segment in the workout session. I was able to reach my goal and I look great; thank you twice bitten cross-fit. If anyone has any doubts of joining don’t I really recommend this program!
Highly recommended! Worried about being left out!? TBC coaches/stuff even members are very helpful and encouraging. Very friendly and exercise are the best! Having this type of community encourages me to work harder to my goals in healthy life style.
Fantastic staff - everyone is incredibly encouraging and want to see everyone meet their goals. The accountability is real, and the community is excellent. Foolproof meal plans are provided. I am doing the 6-week challenge now, and Ive lost 6lbs and 2.5% body fat already!
The coaching staff are experienced, motivating, and supportive and will work with you regardless of your level of fitness. The members are an incredibly friendly and diverse group ranging from beginners to seasoned athletes. All of these people come together to form an extremely positive and supportive community working together to improve themselves. Twice Bitten is a truly remarkable place.
I have never tried community workouts because I felt people would be looking at me..or be competitive..but guess what..its nothing like that here...everyone is willing to help..offer tips and also my favorite classes were the burn class with Angel and Yoga with Elle.. trust me you dont realize you need yoga till you try it. All the instructors were professional and that was surely a plus.
I always said I would never do CrossFit again. Years of doing one on one personal trainings, boot camps and classes...Nothing can compare what I have experienced at Twice Bitten!From the moment I walked in and left, they made me feel welcome on the first day. The coaches and trainers are amazing at what they do. They will always make sure you have proper form, knowledge and confidence before moving on to next level.Every staff member and member of the gym has made you feel like part of the family. I have never felt more belonged in a gym setting then I have here. I could go on and on about TB CF gym but you need to experience yourself to see/believe it. I just successfully finished the 6 week challenge!I would like to thank TWICE BITTEN CROSSFIT and there staff in push pull and dragging me to this point. Along the way they gave me mental motivation a great nutrition plan, and took away any excuse that a beginners mind would come up with. The team/clients are just as much a great source of motivation as they are at being accountable for one another. I want to thank you all for getting me started off right. Down from257.4 Lbs to 233.2 Lbs25.7% body fat to 18.4% body fatThese results in just 6weeksI am excited to continue to break down walls and exceed expectations I have placed on myself. Staff is friendly and very helpful. No matter the size of the class you are not overlooked. Truly the best place to be. Workouts tailored to your own workout level with different variations you can do. I recommend to everyone.
I joined the 6 week challenge at Twice Bitten Crossfit to get a jumpstart back into fitness after a major foot surgery. I started back too soon on my own and reinjured myself, so was hesitant to get back into it. After almost 2 years of inactivity, it was imperative I get back in the game! I couldnt be happier with the coaches, the gym, the motivation, and the workouts! I enjoyed it so much I recently joined the year program and am excited to get in the best shape of my life! Im in the military so fitness is a top priority in my life. TBC is the BEST place in OKC to get and keep me in shape and help keep me motivated along the way!
I just completed the 6wk challenge. I absolutely loved the structure of the workouts. The meal plan was difficult but I learned how to plan out my meals and it made me knowledgeable about what I’m putting into my body. The coaches were awesome. The program is costly but worth it if you can afford it.
Twice Bitten Crossfit is the BEST! I was scared to start, but it has changed my life! Everyone knows your name and your goals, they are super supportive and really care about making a difference in your journey. I truly enjoy the workouts. They are actually fun and I wouldnt be able to think up these workouts on my own. Great people, great place!
