Great gym, great price, very clean and new. There are a few cons that I will list below:- It gets CROWDED- There is a cancellation fee if you cancel before the first year- There is an annual fee if about 40 dollars.Keep in mind most gyms have these fees. If you only want to go a month or two Golds gym offers monthly plans without any fees.There are free massage and tanning beds if thats your thing.

Ive worked out at a dozen gyms and fitness centers and Colaw is the PERFECT mix of everything. VERY clean, new equipment, tons of space to spread out, multiple squat racks, 3 huge sets of dumbbells, tons of cardio equipment. Everything you could need.And the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, theyre constantly cleaning.Emma was super nice, greeted us with Huge smiles and was very informative in helping us sign up for our $5 per month memberships! Very cool place, highly recommended!

Havent gotten to work out here yet. But the staff is fun and effective. I think this will be good for my earlier hour workouts because they are open 24hrs

I love it here! There are plenty of machines and equipment to where you dont feel like people are right next to you. I love the massage chairs and the bathrooms.... Deep breathe 😱😱😱 they look like they are from a 5 star hotel! So much room and the changing area is enclosed within the shower. Just come and see it! Youll love it! Cant beat it and its 24 hrs!

This gym has fake reviews. Upon signing up, in exchange for one of their gym items, they ask you to write a five star review. It’s very deceiving, because this place is not a five star whatsoever. When I was attending this gym, the staff member Mandy was rude from the time she signed me up and the several months I was there. They also over charge you because swipes are not counted. Don’t be fooled by these five star reviews. This gym is a rip off and has no real integrity. They will continue to rip you off and charge you even after you cancelled your membership.

Hayden did an awesome job explaining everything. He was very outgoing to everyone who entered & exited. I am definitely looking forward to my start of a healthy future.

I started looking around for a good gym to get a little healthier, and came across this gym. I did a little research on it, and decided to go check it out in person when I walked in the door Candra greeted me. Candra was nothing but friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. I decided to walk around for a second, and liked what I saw. I became a member right then. I decided to do the $5 a month option I can also bring a friend every time. I recommend it.

Just signed up with Luke. Everything went very smoothly and painlessly! The gym is very clean and all the front desk staff seem professional and nice. Its a great mix of free weights and machines, so it seems like a great mix for beginners and experienced weightlifters. Its a big bonus that the gym is 24/7 as well. Cant wait to start!

I love this gym. Its FULL of equipment and clean. My only complaints are, they dont enforce cleaning machines after use, (in 20 min Ive watched the multiple people from 20 machines combined without cleaning anything) nor do they do anything about excessive PDA in the mornings, at least. Theres one couple that come here and the guy works out, while the woman straddles him and makes out. Its gross.

Facility is so nice and clean! Tanning beds are top notch. Staff is very friendly and helpful. So glad I found thos gym!!

I just went for the first time yesterday night, they are open 24/7, which is super handy, and they are a Christian founded gym, which I love! All of the machines are great, and the locker room is very spacious, with a scale inside which is nice! The massage chairs are great, and make you feel amazing! Kia was the woman who helped me get my membership and she was awesome! For only $5 a month (if you come 3 times a week, which I definitely will) this is a steal! Thank you Colaw!
