Went for a birthday party and had a great time! The gym is set up perfectly for little kids to run around and play safely.

I take the adult aerial silks class, it is a blast! Its a wonderful way to get a good workout while also learning a skill, my abs were sore for a full week following my first class! I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants a fun form of exercise. The women who attend are of all ages and skill levels, and are very inclusive to new comers.

My daughter absolutely loves it here. All the coaches are so dedicated, outgoing, and caring. Gorgeous has learned so much from metro definitely the place to bring your child if interested in gymnastics.

Great staff, great atmosphere. Kids best interest are placed first above gymnastics.

My friends birthday party was fun/lit

They even have video camera hooked up to mounted tv screens so you can watch sitting down. Also they give you a free trial session so you can make sure it works for you.
