Went to watch my grandson play basketball. Didnt realize they had elevators, so we went down the ramp with my wheelchair by the swimming pool to get inside, but they showed us where they where located for us to leave. But the people very nice and friendly.

I joined this gym during the summer of 2020 as my personal trainer was working out of here and unfortunately did not utilize the membership due to COVID. I stopped training with my trainer and I attempted to cancel however you are locked in for the full year. I turned in my contract termination papers and unfortunately the contract auto renews without you being alerted. If you do not plan on renewing your membership be sure to set a reminder to turn in your termination paperwork in person. You will not receive an email or notification to let you know that your yearly membership will auto renew. Save money! Don’t be like me :) Facilities are adequate and probably better suited for someone interested in the basketball courts or pool rather than just as a gym.

Large complex, my stepdaughter does volleyball practice and some games here. From what I can tell they have multiple basketball courts, a weight room and an outdoor pool. Looks nice and staff seems friendly.

Read all of your contract before you sign anything. I was there visiting for a month for school and I SPECIFICALLY told the front desk guy that. He says ok no worries I’ll put that in your notes and takes my money. He never mentioned a termination letter or anything. I move back to Texas and realize I’m being charged a few months later. I called to ask why and was basically patronized by the front desk guy for “not knowing how to read terms and conditions” and that I should pay more attention to my bank account. The actual gym is small and crowded and the equipment is old. Not worth 48$ a month unless you’re wanting to watch AAU teams practice all day and take up all the basketball courts.

In case you go here, dont bring your basketball. Or keep a good eye on it. Someone stole my sons. Also, several other kids basketballs were stolen the night before.

Great gym for school sports games. Only downside is there wasnt a working elevator, and my mom could barely get in and out.

I go to the gym, its an older equipment gym, and small but it has all the big lifts stuff you need and plenty of accessory equipment too. For the cardio people it looks like a good selection as well.

Ehhh!/ well to correct it, lets start with the refs, not all but most knowing the game of basketball. Terrible calls. To add insult to injury, keeping score. In all the games, ALL!!! The scores were incorrect, 3s been counted as 2 points, and in most cases scores not added in when a basket was made. This ones my favorite. Scores added to the wrong team. I dont know if these girls are doing tiktok while doing this but I left your facility with a headache. Thank God I dont experience this often but this was overkill. I guess good help is hard to find? Not really.

Santa Fe Family Life Center has so much to offer and great membership prices! The staff is friendly, and the weight equipment and group exercise classes are perfect for a good workout. That plus the opportunity to play multiple sports make this facility worth the membership! I would highly recommend SFFLC!

Great family environment for games, fitness and fun.

This place is the worst place for kids to play . There is way to many people in the place . The refs are absolutely horrible. They let kid play street ball and do not call basketball . The refs are not educated enough at the game !!! Please do not let this place make money off you team or you parents!!! Also they don’t care about feedback from people. They just want your $$$!!!

If your child isn’t going here for recreational activities, then I highly advise not to go to this gym. There are kids always running around the gym, and if you go to the gym in the evening, it is a mad house and not even worth coming. Anytime after 3 the gym is packed to the brim with kids and you have to go through a maze to even get in the weight room. And if you want to play basketball, there’s no chance at that unless you go in the morning due to “teams” already booking months out. And the gym membership alone is overpriced for the equipment they provide. Overall bad experience with the facility.

This facility is doing mask enforcement right! Even had a super friendly staff member going around and reminding people to put their masks back on or to pull them up. THANK YOU for helping my family to stay safe and healthy during this pandemic!

Great place for Pickleball!

We have enjoyed the last 8 summers at the Pool! Our family loves relaxing by the pool and the family friendly atmosphere. It’s always clean and well run!

This is an awesome facility as a starting point; and then the staff takes it up another level. They could not be more eager to make this place a great experience for all their customers - and they succeed. As president of our pickleball club, Ive had the great experience of working closely with the staff. They ALWAYS work to make adjustments to enhance our members experience while always respecting the needs of other groups. Their team is A+.

A great family get away in town. Looking for a place to hang out with family, this is it. Swimming, volleyball, basketball, tennis and more. Memberships are available but not required.

Has everything and more that a gym should have.

Santa Fe Family Life Center has something for everyone-tennis,pickleball,basketball,volleyball,squash,weights,exercise classes and even an outdoor pool!The staff is great and helpful. The facility is well located. And they are updating the building to have a fresh look and an elevator to access the main sports area.

I hate to leave one star because there are so many good people. This is an old facility but despite the efforts that have been put towards renovations, it would take a major overhaul to properly address most of the deferred maintenance issues. The bathrooms were just “Completely Renovated” but out of 5 days there may be 2 where hot water is available. Most of the time during the work day the gym traffic is mild to light but during peak (After school/work) time, the place is too busy to accomplish anything. Every basketball court is filled with little league basketball and volleyball teams whose family’s show up in such numbers that it can be difficult to walk from one place to the next. In addition to that, many of the kids waiting for their teams turn to take the court will pass the time by playing on the machines and cardio equipment. I do want to be fair and say that staff handles it each time we report it but it doesn’t keep it from occurring in what I would consider an unnerving frequency. Lastly, I endured all of this through the end of my contract only to find out that it had auto-renewed. Not for another month but for a completely new term. In a way this part is my own fault. The contract clearly states that if you fail to cancel prior to your agreement termination it will auto renew for the same term you signed up for. So you’ll automatically get another 6 months, year or multiple years (Depending on your initial term). Again, not a bad place but much needs to change.

I love SFFLC! Very clean and updated facility with basketball courts, pool, exercise facility and more. The weight room is primarily what I use and it has every piece of equipment I have ever needed and plenty I dont. I would absolutely recommend looking into SFFLC if you are looking for a gym home.

I have been a member for the past 6 years and have seen significant improvements made in the last year than the previous 5 years. There have been upgrades in all areas of the facility including resurfacing of the tennis and basketball floors and remodel of bathrooms and lockers. New weight training equipment continues to be installed at this time.The most important contribution to the community is a safe place for youth to participate in sports.Tim Fitzgerald

Santa Fe has very nice and courteous employees! They offer many activities for all ages - basketball, volleyball, pickleball, tennis, outdoor pool, weight room, etc. They are renovating and updating sections of the facility and making some very nice improvements.

Great inclusive place to work out and play pickleball! Great virtual Body Flow classes that can be easily accessed. Love the people, too.

Great Facility.

GTH basketball tournament. Courts are tight, bleachers are right on the out of bounds line. One court only has seating at either end. Event is doing well taking temps and enforcing masks, but while they try blocking the center bleachers for social distancing, people are still only about 3 feet apart.

A real safe, clean and fun place to get health. Staff really cares about you and has everything that I needs to try stay health.

Great staff, always helpful if you need anything. Wife and I have been coming here 3 years now and its nice to see the new updates like the members parking and upgraded equipment in the work out rooms. I like that it doesnt get too busy like other gyms and membership and family plans are hard to beat.

Good sports center for kids to compete. It is kind of far out into Oklahoma city. The thing is it is almost a stright away from I35 south you stay north bound until the exit sign appears for Santa fe street. But as soon as you exit its right on the left across the street from gas station and behind Delta Dental. Its a big building. Oh there is a hotel right across from the sports complex as well. Hope this helps.

Great place to work out for any level of fitness. I feel comfortable working out here and I appreciate all the updates that have been made over the years for an ever better gym experience. The staff is also really kind and helpful, and the membership fees are a great rate.

I have been a member for 5 yrs. The management is great and always listens to suggestions! They have an awesome new Les Mills Virtual workout opportunity along with several new cardio machines and music. I have had a personal trainer for almost 2 yrs now. They are reasonably priced and very accommodating to your fitness level and needs! I love that there are many ages represented and I have never felt inferior or intimated to do my workouts. They New Year fitness challenge has really kept me motivated and inspired to continue on this health journey!

I go to Sante Fe Family Life Center at least four-five times a week! Every time I am there, I thoroughly enjoy it! It is clean, well-lighted, the staff is friendly and it is very well run. Between pickleball, basketball, tennis, cardio workouts and an outdoor pool, there is not only something for everybody, but since it is open 5:30 am to 10:00 pm, there is a time for everyone as well.

Great facility for Pickleballl, with a great tennis pro on staff as well! They are currently updating and refreshing areas of the club without having to close the facility and offer activities for a variety of ages.

Ive been a member of the Santa Fe Family Life Center for about 5 years. Along with being a regular at the noon yoga class, Ive been working out with a personal trainer for the last 6 months. I highly recommend Ryan if you are looking for a trainer to put you through your paces. The addition of the virtual classes has added the ability to tailor your workouts to your schedule. The new rowing machines, bikes and treadmill are great additions to the cardio room too!Just had my first Pickle Ball lesson, I think Ive been bitten by the bug. Having a great time participating in the New Years challenge.

SFFLC is a very family friendly facility. Staff is knowledgeable and enthusiastic. It offers many different options for every fitness level.They are making some great improvements to the facility! Adding an elevator, updating the bathrooms. Things are looking great!

Son had a game and they stop the game on halftime to do renovations. Not cool at all. Very inconvenient and it was a late 9:30 pm game waste of our time.

No social distancing, rude security. Just a mess. If my daughters passion wasnt basketball there is no way Id be there.

The staff is nice, and the facility itself is pretty nice as well, but their payment model is incredibly archaic. I owe them $260 or some absurd amount because Im cancelling my contractual membership, even though I havent used their gym in five months. I wouldnt be so pissed off about this normally, (it is a contract, after all) but my card I was using to pay updated midway through the contract which means they werent getting payments for the last three months of the first contract and should have called me as soon as the payments werent going through instead of waiting for my contract to renew so that they could charge me even more. [At least I must assume thats what they were doing.] That seems like a real charitably-based family-oriented way of doing business to me.

Santa Fe Life Center is a great place to without and play. Its an incredible facility with basketball for kids, for adults and wheel chair basketball. They have a great weight room,treadmills and exercise bicycles,racquetball courts, organized workout classes, a nice area for meetings and get togethers. They also have organized Pickleball with 11 courts available for all levels. The employees are very friendly but also professional and full of important information. Its a great place for the young and the old.

Being a member at SFLC for about 3 years has involved learning a new sport, challenging myself via personal training workouts and boot camp, and making countless new friends. First, I learned how to play Pickleball at SFLC and I enjoy playing often throughout the week. SFLC offers various times to play and the facilities are excellent. Also, I workout with Ryan my personal trainer. He is professional, patient, and always encouraging. Lastly, but perhaps more importantly, I have met some amazing people! Everyone is welcoming and friendly. If you are looking for a family friendly gym with various activities and top-notch facilities, SFLC is the place to be.

Liars and scammers. First off the person who sugned me up claimed they were having some huge promotion and that i would have 3 months free and would pay after that period. Totally false. They immediately started deducting from my account. I cancel only to find out that they sent me to collections. Horrible facility. Do not join
