Front counter associate was very nice he helped me out with my key pod to sign it wasnt working. Because when I signed up Thursday the guy at the one in Edmond forgot to put the number from the key pod in the system. But one thing I didnt like was I only seen three people cleaning the machines after they was finished using them. And with all this covid and the delta variant virus going around people should be more safe and stop being careless

Just joined up but Im liking the gym, liking the vibe, and loving the 24 hour access. My first morning there, several members who were talking while they were getting ready greeted me and then left me alone. In other words, it was perfect. All the basics you need are there, plus some. As for the environment, think more Gym and less health club, which again is a huge positive for me.

Love this gym. I made the switch after getting tired of 10gym. I actually look forward to going to the gym now. For background, I’ve been weightlifting lifting for 6+ years. And this gym goes above and beyond my needs!- They’re a truly 24/7 gym- Never too crowded- The guys that work the front keep a tight ship. It’s always super clean and the equipment attachments are nicely organized. And they’re always super friendly.- The machines are really nice. Sufficient amount of squat racks. Big weight area downstairs and upstairs.- Awesome hip thrust equipment for the 🍑.- good cardio area.I honestly couldn’t ask for more out of a gym. Super happy I made the switch!

The treadmills are not in super great shape. Also, if you want to cancel your membership, you have to pick up a cancellation form from a physical location and mail it certified to an address in Harrah, OK. Also, watch out. Even if you ask for a 12 month contract, they might check a box on a different page of the contract that auto-renews until said form is certified mailed.

Glad I found this place downtown. I work odd hours so it’s nice having the 24 hour option. Plus it’s never too busy, so no waiting on exercise machines. Staff is always friendly. Would give it a 5 but the tanning beds need staff cleaning in addition to the self-serve cleaning currently in place. Top floor gets way too hot for yoga in warmer months, but if you’re into bikram style yoga get ready to sweat. All in all, a nice gym that offers everything I need at a fair cost.

Ive been working out at this gym consistently for over a year now. The staff has been very knowledgeable and they have a group of very professional trainers that get great results for both weight loss transformations and show prep athletes. One thing that really stands out to me is how well kept the gym is. If something is broken, they expedite repair. Also, its alway clean!!

Managment bold face lies, no sanitation supplies upstairs, missing ceiling tiles. This place is a breading ground for bacteria & all the germs. The only thing I like is that me & my workout partner pretty much have the gym to ourselves when we workout. I do not recommend this place & hate I ever joined. I’m fulfilling my contract then I’m out. I’m not going through the hassle of trying to cancel so I’ll just along with paying $35 a month, bring my own personal sanitation supplies & complete my training. I should’ve done a walk through first before joining & really checked this place out. I’m disappointed because I definitely expected more considering it’s “4star”. Because I was out right lied to & the lack of sanitary considerations, this place gets 1star. That lie trumps everything because now 4star collectively has no credibility with me. That lie has me stuck in a contract without my sister I was told could join on my account.

I had a horrible experience with four star. I wanted to terminate my contract as i was moving but they told me i was bound for an year contract. Then finally when ome year was over they told me to mail a form to harrah OK which would take 1 month to approve and will have to pay 1 month extra.

Super atmosphere, clean and great gym

I signed up the other day and had wonderful service from Josh at the front desk. He walked me through the gym, he explained some of the machines and equipment and was very thorough on explaining my contract and everything that came with my membership. The gym is perfect for what Ive been looking for. Im looking forward to sticking around with them for a long time.

This place is ridiculous!!! For almost 2 months Ive been trying to use my key fob on the door to workout at 4am. The key gob NEVER works. I have repeatedly told the front desk about my problem and it has not been fixed. I signed up to this gym because of the 24 hr access. This place is not 24 hr access!!! I left a message for someone to call me back. I really hope the owner cares enough to fix this issue otherwise I want out of my year contract without penalties because this place is a joke. I do not recommend this place!!!Update: they took a few days to contact me but my problem was solved. I will be giving this place another try because we all fall short of being perfect. Thank you four star.

The gym is meh, pretty small and has limited equipment. Any time I have tried to call the number the line is either busy or no one answers. The worst part about this gym is trying to cancel your membership. Not only do you have to go to the gym, get a piece of paper to then mail it out somewhere but on top of that the membership wont be cancelled until 30 days AFTER they have received it, if they have received it at all.Meaning you could possibly charged for 2 ADDITIONAL, if not more, months if your timing is off and even if this process goes perfectly. Its 2020, as a member that has been paying for years I should be able to go to the gym, tell them Im leaving and then beep boop, its done.This is a scam to try and squeeze more money out of their members and its gross.

I travel to a different city every week for work. This place was perfect, has all the equipment you’d need and they are in great condition. 10$ for a day if you are just in for a day or two isn’t bad at all. I’m used to paying 6$ to park at some gyms.

Great location and equipment. The, showers and bathrooms are rough! No AC in the mens bathroom which is terrible after a workout. Other than that the place is great!

I mainly visit this studio as a student at the yoga studio upstairs. It looks like the equipment is nice and the staff has always been friendly to me. There is also a room upstairs where I hear them holding spin classes, etc. I do want to mention the set-up of the girls bathroom. There are only two showers and they do not seem to get cleaned as often as I would like. There is often hair collected on the bottom of the shower (and Im there in the early morning). In addition, there is only one plug available to be used for hair dryers, etc.So overall, I believe the facility is great for working out, but if you are planning on getting ready for work you may just be a little prepared to have to wait your turn in the bathroom.

Great gym and location. Equipment is pretty good, gets the job done. I have two complaints: 1) The locker room doesnt seem to get any AC/cooling just a fan blowing hot air around... After you shower you get hot and sweaty again. 2) One of the owners took my gym bag out of the locker room since I didnt put it in a locker outside of the locker room but didnt tell me so I panicked when I went to change clothes and my bag was missing. Not cool.

Absolutely love this gym. I started out on the May location and came to the downtown location when it opened due to it being closer to where I live. The staff is alway helpful, the facility spotless, and the management is constantly upgrading to make the place even better. Ive been coming here for 3 years and if not for me moving out of state I would be staying at this gym. Going to miss my Four Star family.

Wish I could give them zero stars. I wanted to check the place out, but they wouldn’t honor their complimentary first visit offer due to my lack of a local ID. I live in OKC but am active duty military, and therefore I don’t change my driver’s license every time I move every few years. Very frustrating and the customer service was awful as I tried to explain my extenuating circumstances.

I like the staff and the fact that there’s no wait/ it’s sometimes empty, and location. But I dislike that the fans were constantly caked with dust (along with everything) and there were bugs, this place is pretty expensive to be filthy

So this gym isnt terrible but I dont think its worth the price tag. I was told when I signed up that during the evenings after work (my usual work out time) that there would be anywhere from 10-15 people using the facilities. This couldnt be further from the truth. There are easily 30+ people packed into this very small sized gym every day after work. The gym doesnt have towels, which I learned the hard way after trying to shower after a workout on my lunch break. The equipment is decent, but I would expect that out of any gym. The only difference here is that the equipment is slammed together since there is a limited amount of space. However, there is a nice blend of age groups. In conclusion, I am not a fan of waiting for equipment or the size of the facility, so I would advise to keep looking unless you live relatively close.

This is a small gym but I love it. I got a killer back workout there.

Great gym if youre not into big gyms like LA fitness and want to focus on bodybuilding at a smaller, local location. Also has all the machines and weight youll need, without all the extra treadmills.

Open 24/7. The owners are great people. You dont feel like you are competing against people. Its also not that crowded either.

Gym equipment- 3 of 5 starsLifting equipment was decent. They use hoist machines, which I prefer. Free weights go up to 100 from what I saw. 3 of the cardio machines where not working and also the remaining seem to be very warn. Pretty sure the owner or manager was standing next to him but didnt chime in. Josh admitted to miss understanding the owner but still. The horrible thing is we had confirmed the deal on the phone and then didnt tell me until I arrived.OverallThere is plenty of other gyms in town that I would consider a better option. The Y is 25 roughly a month with same equipment standards.Golds gym is the same cost as 4star with better managed equipment. They will also be up front about their fees and golds gym had the same incident but the manager honored the waived fees. (based on golds gym on 23rd)Note for the Owner/ManagementBait and Switch- the action (generally illegal) of advertising goods which are an apparent bargain, with the intention of substituting inferior or more expensive goods.a bait-and-switch schemeJosh should have got you involved or you should have stepped in and owned it. Also fix your cardio equipment. Thats been that way for a while from what your current customers have said. The small things make a difference.

Small gym with limited equipment. If you prioritize working out and like to workout in a positive atmosphere, this is not the place. Horrible customer service.

This place is not just a gym. Its a family. There is a reason four star fitness earned best gym in OK 2 years in a row!!!

Clean, good equipment, best staff in town, no rules really, love it here. Just wish there were towels and a sauna, but other then that its my all time favorite

This place is not open 24 hours... Its members can use the gym at any time but the front desk strangely is not staffed outside of certain hours... Someone let me in, and when I asked the staff member (who I think was a coach), I was told I couldnt sign a waiver or pay or do anything, and to come back at another time.No thanks.

Clean. Friendly staff. Equipment on par of what you need. Not to overly crowded is recommend anyone at least trying the place.
