I decided to get a day pass today as a skeptic to see if the membership price was worth it, or if it was over priced. I will say it is worth it. Youre not just paying for a gym membership only. You are paying for a one stop shop life style change. Youre paying for a healthy Cafe, childcare, group classes, chiropractor, massage therapist, multiple full tennis courts, in and out door pools, wet and dry saunas, all the hygiene products you could want, and everything a normal gym would offer machine wise plus some, and you feel rejuvenated when you leave. It won me over.
For 119.00 minimum membership fee, I had higher than average expectations. Unfortunately, the reality was below average at LifeTime fitness. To start, the weight machines are MUCH TOO CLOSE TOGETHER. This caused me to collide with another members machine while using their midrow machine. This was painful, but i was more concerned about the adjacent older woman who may have took injury. When i reported this incident, the staff was unapologetic and simply stated they would make note.Further, the water fountains have very low pressure and warm water. I thought: are you kidding me for that price you cant even refrigerate the water??Also, the gym is typically very crowded. They have shoved too many machines and too many members into too small an area. Finally, one must request cancellation 30 days ahead of time, so you are stuck paying for another month even when you find the gym completely below average and completely over-priced.One plus is the cool cars parked outside.
Theyre a bit pricey compared to other gyms (my solo member account is $119 plus tax). However, for me I find it to be worth every cent. See, its the one gym that I feel like I can accomplish my goals. Between classes, machines, free weights, the sauna, and pools...theres something for anything I might need or want. Im just getting back to the gym and had my membership on hold. I felt zero shame or guilt for just now coming back to it. Honestly, if you can afford it this gym is the place to be.
Gorgeous gym & everyone is so nice! I really like it. The group class cancellation policy needs to go, it seems silly when classes arent even filling up. Plus, how am I supposed to know that Ill unexpectedly get caught up 2 hours before the class starts?
Lifetime is everything I could ever want in a fitness center. It is clean. There are a wide variety of well maintained machines. It has so many classes (yoga, aerobics, strength training and so much more). The staff and instructors are always friendly and professional.I love having the tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna as options. I can get my nails done and have a massage and facial. The cafe has vegan options. Supplements, vitamins and snacks are there too.Its just about as perfect as it can get.
Positive, passionate, professional, aspirational, and inviting.I was hesitant to join because of the cost. After persistent follow up from their sales dept, I agreed to try it out. Soon, I made it part of my daily life and havent looked back. The only service I havent used is child care, but my friends use it often and somedays LIVE for that time.Literally everything is world-class, no joke. Everything. Walk in, greeted with a smile.Locker room, like a spa.Tennis, best facility in the state.Yoga, incredible everyday.Group training, Olympic lifting, Spin, Pilates, BBall, an entire spa/salon, three pools, saunas, cafes...The best part is the people. Positive vibes only.
Incredible gym with all sorts of equipment and classes! The only bad thing I have to say is they don’t have tanning beds. Well worth the price though.
There is a lot to love about this fitness center and they have a lot to offer. The value for the membership is excellent. Nowhere else offers the quality of classes, swimming, weights, exercise machines, sauna, steam room, and so much more! The only complaint I have is that all the additional paid services are offered above the market rate of businesses that exclusively offer those services. Im talking about the salon, massage, physical therapy, chiropractor, etc. I cant understand why they wouldnt offer these at a discounted rate to members to at least be competitive with other providers in the market. It would be great to have a one stop shop for all of these services.
Love the place, for the equipment and supplied locker room with locks, the pools + hottub, the kid zone especially. The down fall is that its pricy as hell, and you pretty much have to make reservation if you have children. When I was going I have yet to have any problems with any employee so I can not say for there negative behavior like I have read from these other post. I have seen professionalism everything I went. Day fee is 40$ soon if ya wanna try it thats what to be expected
Nice gym and amenities (hence the two stars), but you pay a pretty penny for it.. If you want to cancel your membership you have to come in and sign to close your account... Thats extremely inconvenient and totally unnecessary. In this tech day and age theres zero reason they cant email you a form or send you a link to complete online to cancel your membership. Its just a black hat sales tactic and worth mentioning to others.
The minimum membership price for one adult is $119.00 per month a little courtesy for that price would be that nice. It seems as if there is a policy change and price hike every other week. One week they tell you one thing and before the end of the month it something totally different, and no its not covid related. Then management seems to have an attitude when you tell them that these changes havent been communicated in an effective manner.
Insanely posh. Four pools, four hot tubs, two sauna two steam rooms, showers I mean the list is endless. Café food is great, employees are fantastic. I cannot say anything bad about this gym.
Pretty amazing all inclusive place to spend some relax time... Or.... Work quietly... Or get your swole on! I love the selection of classes that are available! I love, even more, that kids are all over the place.... The family atmosphere is wonderful! It encourages healthy activity as a family❤️
I think this is a great gym stuff for the whole family I do wish they had ev charging but I feel like it will be coming soon
I highly recommend Lifetime Fitness! I joined shortly after it open a couple of years ago. The staff and trainers are knowledgeable and have a passion for fitness and making you better. Its more than a gym s its a lifestyle for me to meet like minded people that make their health a priority. Check them out, then join!
Cancellation was very difficult and this was my 2nd time being a member with them. See the different cancellation date on written paper vs email. It wasnt done correctly, so I email the photo as requested. Got a reply back with a different date and bill was fully charged.Last time they cancelled 1 day early. When my wife and I showed up to the gym that day, they prevented us from attending a Pilates class that we scheduled on the last day.
Very nice gym, great atmosphere, a very welcoming environment and they have amazing equipment .They offer many classes as well as massages, time in the steam room, hot tub and swimming pool. Would 100%recommend
I miss this place :( its all because of Covid19 iam holding my membership hopefully we get rid of this virus ASAP. amazing indoor swimming, SPA Wet SPA make you forget you stressful day.. i know that they are doing amazing job right now to keep this place sanitized but i am a little careful man.. i know my self i prefer to stay safe but i will go back when life is back to normal Lifetime is my 2nd home..
Worth the money. Some body builders workout here and they are usually glad to answer questions. Cool people. Chris Kennerly is a trainer there and every workout is unique and he keeps things fun and new.
Its amazing place.I hope having an opportunity to come there more.
I personally have never been inside the gym. I drive a friend up there everyday (200 miles round trip) he loves it But Im giving only 4⭐ because its so unbelievably expensive. Anyway Im reviewing to possibly get Google Maps Navigation corrected. Four months Ive been trying to tell them Google aint getting me there. See photo attached. This is my navigation page. Note 3 minutes arrival time. As it happens, Im the blue arrow thingy, at this point I am literally parked directly in front of LifeTime Fitness main entrance. Despite countless ☹️ ratings for navigation, AND pointing out correct location on map multiple times, google still sends me to parts unknown. Apparently, because I dont follow the bad route - did you follow the suggested route? Did you follow the blue route instead of the route suggested? No. Because BOTH are wrong. So, my input is ignored. I am unwilling to drive 3 min plus 0.7 additional mileage to prove my point. I dont need the navigation -I use maps every trip just for traffic updates- but Im guessing correct location/ navigation info would be extremely helpful to visitors unfamiliar with OKC. Just saying
I enjoy it here. It a higher priced gym but Im on a family plan so for two people its cheaper. Its always clean, plenty of towels, people are super polite.Just a nice gym.
We went to check out the place! The service was great! They gave us a tour on the facilities. They offer indoor and outdoor tennis, gym, yoga, steam room, sauna, indoor and outdoor pool, area s for bikes, services for kids, showers, lokers, they offer their own towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soaps. Everything is aprox. 100 dollars per person plus the registration fees. It looks super and it is very clean. The concept is to have everything in one place. Therefore, they have a salon, spa, tea/coffee shop, and bistro, but it is extra. The place is very welcoming and beautiful!
I like this gym a lot. Wish it had an indoor track, you have to pay to use the indoor tennis courts, and the open floor areas are taken by paid-for classes. Classes are decent, sometimes too full. Theres always a hustle to try and get you to buy more, which I expected. The gym is lacking when it comes to resistance machines and free weight areas. Indoor pools, saunas, and hot tubs available. Gym looks very clean compared to others. Locker rooms offer a lot of amenities.
There are many fields and equipments with high quality available. Im mostly using pool. There are three in and out side pools. One for children, one with warm up and other one with little colder temperature for professionals.
I just love this place! Great staff...trainers...therapists! They have it all...
I’ve been to Vasa, Gold’s, LA Fitness, YMCA etc.. none will compare to Lifetime. Of course it is more expensive but you get what you pay for. The kid care is AMAZING. The ladies are so nice every time we take our kids. They’re happy to see them and even better- when we pick up our kids they’re sad to leave. If a manager reads this- they need a raise!!!There is nothing worse as a parent than feeling guilty going to work out. We need that time/physical activity to be good parents and it makes it much easier knowing the kids are being taken care of. The only reason I would not get a membership here is if I only went to the gym 1x a week. If you don’t use the facilities and the daycare it might not be worth it but we use it and we love it. Big fan.
A great place for the entire family workout...
I had a very good experience with lifetime OKC. I’m from out of town and wanted to sign up because the Lifetime has locations where I live too. My membership advisor was Chris and I’d highly recommend him to ANYONE! I’ve been a member at Equinox, 24 hour fitness, LA fitness, Bay Club, Gold’s Gym, and the Colorado athletic club. Chris gave me a better experience during sign up than anyone else at any other gym I’ve ever been to.Onto the gym: open space - THERES A TON OF OPEN SPACE. Racks - maybe 12-15 squat racks? That’s a ton. Cardio - more than I could count. 3 rooms of cardio machines. Free weight area - ample open space for even the most Instagram-ridden exercises. DBs themselves are newer and go past 120lbs.All in all I’m so thankful for coming to this location as my first lifetime experience. It was fantastic and I can’t wait to get back here anytime I’m in OKC. THANK YOU CHRIS!
Its the biggest Lifetime Ive been to. All the equipments are brand new and well maintained. They have enough workout equipment to where you wont have to stand around and wait even if it gets really busy. They have a hot spa, steam room and hot sauna in both the men and womens locker rooms. They have 3 indoor pools, 3 outdoor pools, a coed hot spa, 6 giant indoor tennis courts, a massage salon, and a healthy Cafe downstairs. Upstairs, they have 2 full basketball courts, a bunch of studio rooms for free classes open to members and tons of workout equipment.
We joined Life Time OKC after having our first daughter and quickly realizing that no other gyms in OKC offer legit childcare for a 3 month old baby. So we shelled out the $$$s and havent regretted it since. Our daughter is almost 1 year old now and she loves going to the child care at Life Time, its the highlight of her little day! I go to one class each day and my only complaint is that the classes dont line up with the Infant Reservation times super well. I also sometimes book her a reservation so that I can use my laptop in the Life Cafe to get some work done while they watch her. The staff members are all extremely friendly and professional and the instructors are all top-notch.
I’m coming back after being a member a month. My experience has been amazing. Special thanks to Katy, the swim instructor for keeping my friend and myself motivated to come to the gym everyday. I look forward to seeing her everyday I’m at the gym. Some days I sit and watch her coach her team and the amazing work she puts in to them. Katy, you’re a true example a leader and thank you for giving me little pointers, which has made me comfortable in the water and helped me become a better swimmer.
I visited the spa today for a Massage with Angel Watkins. It was amazing ! She was courteous and professional and friendly too. The facilities were clean as well. This is my terrible photo of the waiting room. I will consider joining the fitness center just for the spa.
Great gym, pre-pandemic it was amazing. Hopefully we get back to that in terms of classes being available especially for kids. Still cant beat it for the price with all the things there are to do there.
You cant compare to other gyms, they will work with you so you can keep coming back, I owe this place my sanity, I wouldnt be alive if it wasnt for this place, by far the best, friendliest, and knowledgeable staff. Photos of the locker rooms are prohibited but they wouldnt do them justice anyway. I do have a pic of the treadmill results. Everyone here is friendly, Lifetime Athletic makes me happy in life!!!
Wow! This place is amazing!
Great childcare. Kids dont want to leave
Great atmosphere, the front desk rep Brittney is awesome, she always welcomes you with awesome attitude and smile. The gym offers everything!!! It has tons of cardio equipment, weights, tons of classes, great locker rooms that include hot tub, steam and sauna. It has 2 indoor Olympic size pools and outdoor pools, including resort like waterpark feature!!! The cafe has very tasty food too. Love this place!!!
Pool is the best in the city. A bit expensive but worth it if you intend to work out in the water. Bathroom could use a little more attention, and seems a bit understaffed. Overall one of the better gyms in the area. Some members at this gym are a little rude however.
Great place to Improve your body and relax!
Best gym, so clean, and absolute best community!
Love! The staff is amazing!
We love our gym! High end and great childcare! Lots of choices for classes as well.
We are leaving this location due to bad management and poor communication. They have been through several managers in the short time they have been open and when a member leaves several messages and gets no return phone call you know you have issues. Then Covid happened and they came back with few classes and made anyone that asked when they will be adding classes feel like they was not a voided question. When you pay $130 a month you expect some level of service or a discount if you can’t provide that same service. Corp people got very rude to my wife was last straw and we hope they understand at some point you can’t get by with facilities alone, you have to provide a service to your clients.
Made a simple request for the sales manager to call me. No response.
After a year of going to this gym, I unfortunately lost my job. With sadness I was forced to cancel my membership due to the rough economic circumstance I found myself in. They quickly complied and let me sign a form. I thought after that, I’d be free. Two days later I look at my account and see a whopping $150 dollars withdrawn from my account. They had charged me another month. Naturally, I assumed there had been a mistake. Yet when I went up there in person they didn’t even make an attempt to act like they couldn’t get my money back. They simply quoting my contract saying they had the “right” to charge me to my account not that they “had” to charge my account. End of conversation, no money would be returned to my account. So thank you lifetime for treating your customers affected by world circumstances with such due diligence. I’m eating ramen for the rest of the month until I’m re-employed. But hey, at least I can use a sauna for another month, right?
Great day for water walking in the lap pool.
Awesome gym, first class equipment, first class classes, the best instructor lead training. Most likely the best gym in OKC.
Worth the money
Wonderful staff, awesome classes, great place for singles and for the family. This place is more than a gym. If youre here enough it will start to feel like home!
The gym is good and I have no complaints but I did the mistake of using their spa services. I was booked for a 90 dollar facial and she apparently applied some anti aging stuff during my facial and at the checkout I was told that my facial was 140 dollars. there was no prior discussion done by my esthetician about extra cost or anything extra. I paid at that time and did not say anything but I was very annoyed. then I called next day and expressed my concerns to the manager as I do not think they should be doing that. she said that she will call me back and the esthetician will call me back. its been two weeks and I have not received a single call back. they just want to take your money and do not care about your experience. I suggestion, use the gym not the spa. if you want spa services go somewhere else. I have learnt from my mistake.I will be reporting this to better business bureau as I do not think they should have charged me without any prior notice of any extra charge. The facial was average at best, nothing close to a good facial.
Im editing my past review to add that tiffany followed up with me and helped come.up with a solution to a problem I ran into with my account. The person I spoke with originally was Chris and he forwarded me to addie. Tiffany is her assistant and she was a very good listener. Id like to say Chris was somewhat patient in listening to my ranting but did little to offer solutions. Thank you tiffany.
I have always been impressed with the cleanliness of their facilities, but during this time of COVID it is even better. Not everyone is ready to hit the gym again but if you are ready this is the only place I would do it. The staff seem to be taking precautions seriously and making the best of a tough situation.
Staff is great to work with! Clean facilities at the tennis courts.
A gym experience like no other and the vegan PB shake is heaven on earth
Life Time is a great gym. Yes, it is pricey but the class instructors are the best in the city and you can try everything out for free at least once. The locker rooms are very clean and the staff is courteous. This is the best club in OKC. Its not supposed to be a weight lifting center, boxing gym, or cross fit place. Its supposed to have a little bit of everything, the machines are impeccable and the equipment is top notch.
Just joined and so far so good. Great equipment and very clean facilities.
Great service in the salon
I can’t speak for other people about having a bad customer service experience. But personally, mine was awesome! The staff is always super friendly and as I walk around the gym they remember my name and say hello. This is a great gym with great people and a great community and likeminded people. Proud to be a member here! It’s at home away from home.
The main reason I signed up with Lifetime was due to the sales team LYING about the amenities. The outdoor pools are NOT open year round, the childcare is insanely difficult to procure a spot and classes are never consistent. I was forced to pay out the last four months of my contract even though I never utilized the facility. Call me crazy but I dont like freezing cold showers at 5am because the water heater is broken AGAIN!
Very pleasant experience there. I am handicapped at the moment and found everyone very helpful and kind to my disability. Most definitely would recommend if yourbudget can afford well worth it.. Everyone there was so pleasant to talk to.. After my recovery I hope to be a member.
They are being careful and respectful given the current situation. I feel safe working out.
The address listed took me to the worst part of the city.
Quality equipment, love the cafe and steam rooms! Eager for my first cycling class
I have no ideea why people complain about Lifetime gym, from my experience there,i just have good words for them, they are doing a good job.Always clean, always friendly. So,if u have a problem with this gym, probably the problem is in you !Have a nice day 🙂
I love lifetime okc.. amazing staff and always welcoming us.. my daughter takes swimming lessons there and every one there knows her and always play with her even if she has not a lesson.. I’m allowed to leave my daughter at the kids academy for 2.5 hours that gives me time to enjoy my workout.. please stop being negative because that place is super clean and super nice..
Got a membership here and it’s so worth it. The cafe is amazing, and the locker rooms have a wet and dry sauna, a hot tub, and so much more. 10/10 recommend
This is by far the most luxurious gym in Oklahoma, not that the bar was set very high. We became founding members back in June and have been going three to four times a week since it opened. Sadly Im not in any condition to take advantage of many of their services, and attempts to bring family with our visitation guest privilege hasnt worked out yet. If you have a need for regular physical therapy, this place can easily equal many of the features.
This place can be a life changing experience if you want it. It’s interesting that all of the one star rating are from non-members and the 5 star ratings are from the ones that joined. If you want a tour I highly recommend scheduling it in advance. Ask for Andrew, he’ll take great care of you.
Love the hottest experience after a long day :)

Actual gym and facilities are great. However during primetime hours from Monday to Thursday a paid class takes all of the squat racks leaving none for member. Was only Tuesday and Thursday but they moved it to 4 weeknights to make more $$ instead of being good to their members. Salesman bragged about amount of squat racks when signing up. Didnt mention you couldnt use them
I am a very picky person when it comes to my nails and often am dissatisfied when trying new places. I received a dip manicure from Ariel at the OKC location and will definitely be going back to her from now on. She pays attention to detail and I never had to ask her to fix anything!! I literally walked out amazed and very pleased.
Fully loaded w all amenities
I got a new haircut / new hair style from the salon here. The service was great. All of the staff members were friendly and helpful. Bekah, who cut my hair, taught me how to style it the way I wanted and took extra time to make sure I was comfortable with the results and knew what I was doing. My wife joined and had her hair cut and eyebrows done as well. Great service all around.
Always great
I have been a member of every major gym in the US at some point. I can state I have a better than average perspective of a good gym facility. While the equipment and choices here are exceptional the level of service is a far cry from the dues or just common good service practices. I cannot express the multitude of attempts to resolve situations or just get a response from this location. Two email request and two phone messages and still no response?? So yes I am ending my membership. I pay a premium 3 times a normal gym due I should at least get a minimum get a courtesy email or call. Also after dealing with the rude receptionist that refused to take my simple request---for me to speak to management about my failed 3 attempts for a response--you might want to review your company handbook about guest services and guest requests--you are not a manager nor do you have the ability to address the problem
Large building with a lot of different things to do. Great child care. I joined to use the Olympic lifting pads; however 9 times out of 10 they were doing “classes” on them and politely asked me to stop using them so they could use them for their classes. Thing was they do the classes the same time as most people workout. The weight area is about 60”x30” feet..... that’s it. So if you’re into free weights, Lifetime is not for you. The facility is very clean and is very nicely equipped. I really wish they could fix those issues. I would definitely go back.
This place is like a little piece of heaven. Amazing facility, amazing staff and the best part is the abundant mindset that this place puts you in. You can walk in feeling stressed and walk out feeling rejuvenated. Thank you guys for creating such an exceptional place to be a part of!
Im not sure what everyone is talking about on here with these negative reviews. The establishment isnt actually open yet. They have extended hours from 4 a.m. until midnight. I was able to sign up easily and all communication with them has been seamless. Im looking forward to attending when they open in October.
Been a member at a few different gyms, but none as shady as this. On the outside it seems wonderful, but once you realize how much it’s all for show it kills the want to come. Pushy salesman, everything costs extra and for such a huge building the actual work out floor is tiny. Also, I hope you love spam emails, you will get a TON from lifetime about whatever trash they’re trying to sell you this time. So happy to be done with this place.
This gym is fantastic, I have been a member of both the Tulsa and Austin locations! I am very excited that OKC is finally getting a club! Tim and his team are passionate and willing to answer any questions you may have.Once the club opens, it is open 20/7 so I am not sure why one of the reviews says they open late and close early! That is most likely just for the office they use to facilitate their business in until the club is actually open.
Great gym. Daycare is nice option but my kids are literally sick every other week since we joined. Idk if they never disinfect or the members could care less about dropping off sick kids. I’m sure it’s a combination of both.
Great gym if you can afford it.
If they had good customer service perhaps i would have enrolled as a member. Free advice, It all starts at the front desk, people! First impressions last longest
Beware when you cancel they charge you $15/mo and dont tell you about it then try to send your $15 to collections once you call them out on it. I actually liked this place until this happened. Sad to see such corporate bs ruin a good thing.
We love it! What a beautiful facility. With the grand opening it has been crowded but it never feels that way, it’s spacious and the trainers are all super friendly and great.
I think Im going to settle on a solid four star review here. The gym itself is very modern and well laid out. I was a member at a Gold Club in Denver before I moved here. The club there was much larger and frankly nicer than this Onyx Premier Level Club. This place has more pay to use things like tennis courts whereas the club in Denver had free rock climbing areas and large open kid areas indoors as well as racquetball courts.Im sure the outdoor pool will be nice come summer. I will admit Im a little confused about the different levels of the Gyms, because like I said the gold level gym was nicer than this gym and had a much larger workout area and was larger overall. You will also notice a lot of the negative reviews are from people complaining about the cost/price of the gym.One of the things I always liked about this gym was that the membership fees are high enough that it doesnt get very crowded during off-peak hours.
Poor customer service. Staff are unpleasant, rude and unprofessional. The staff did not clearly explain the fees associated with becoming a member and were not friendly therefore I decided not to sign up. You will pay a joining fee of $119 plus the cost of the monthly membership. The basic membership starts at $119. For the cost of a membership here the customer service should be exceptional. Very disappointing.
Just toured Lifetime today. Simply AMAZING!!!Very professional and no pressure was applied! Definitely will be joining! We have nothing close to this facility.
Very nice facility! Staff was friendly and helpful!
Clean and nice. Love the spa.
This place is great for everything. We have tried may things here that we love: cycling, swimming, tennis, yoga, and so much more.
Great facility with tons of options to make staying healthy less mundane.
I have long been hoping for and anticipating for the Oklahoma City Metro area to have our own Life Time Athletic.I have thoroughly enjoyed my workouts at Life Time Athletic OKC! From the state of the art atmosphere, always friendly and highly educated staff, to the ease of how memberships and finances are handled. I love how each team member makes time to inform their clients of the newest and greatest trends, specials, and just the everyday greeting and smiles! Each Life Time team member plays a part in enabling us to continually hone our workout regimesand I’m proud to say that my regime has been sharpened and heightened to a level I did not think I could accomplish. The dressing rooms are divine!!! Life Time Athletic OKC is levels above and beyond anything we have.FINALLY, the Tulsa Metroplex is not the only place in Oklahoma to proudly house a Life Time Athletic! Oklahoma City has our own, and we all absolutely love it!!Thank you, Life Time Athletic!!
My family and I joined when they opened. But i lost my interest using the facility because of 2 staff at the swimming pool. Not professional at all. Also the general manager of rhe center, i left him a voice mail, he didnt return my call. I went to his office to talk to him, i was told to come back in 1 hr, when i did, i was told he is unabl to talk to me.I will give them some time if they get better, if not i prefer Mitch park YMCA they have much better service for family.
Awesome staff. Really great classes included. Swimming and hot tub are really enjoyable.
I was a Lifetime member for 2 years in Dallas. Glad they are opening a new location in Oklahoma. Wished it was 24 hours like the other Lifetimes.Edit: Been a lifetime fitness member for over 4 years total and never had to deal with this till today. Their swim team keeps reassuring me that my recurring swim lessons are cancelled, but they constantly bill me every month for $123. They keep apologizing and saying its a mistake, but put no effort to resolving it. Impossible to cancel and managers do nothing except redirect me to their swim manager.
I live a across the street they play their music from 8am until 9pm. Its outside nonstop every day! I am not sure why they cant just play the music inside like every other fitness place! If I could give 0 stars I would.
Very rude people at the front desk. Wanted to join but I changed my mind. Had a very bad experience, now I know why this was place is always empty.
